GymAbout the Club
We offer Functional Fitness group classes, as well as group boot camp classes and personal training. We have a nutritionist who can help with nutrition goals and losing weight. If you deal with injuries we have someone who works with an assortment of injuries to help people get stronger and healthier where those injuries were. Our Gym is all inclusive for all levels of fitness, from never being in the GYM to competitive Athletes.

Since joining Elevate Movement and Strength, I've improved on all my lifts, started tracking my macros, and have consistently hit PRs. I'm the strongest I've ever been. Bill works hard to ensure all exercises are performed correctly, meets you at your level, and teaches you how to improve and let go of your limitations.

I love this gym so much. The workouts are perfect for me, always challenging, but not impossible. The other people training there have become friends. The accountability of people expecting you to show up is helpful. Billy is a kind and knowledgeable coach that will work with any issues you have! It’s so close to my house too which is so nice. It’s really where I love to go to workout and just get some peace of mind, I really love working my body hard and pushing myself. I want to be healthy and mobile when I’m old! Recommend to anyone who wants a community of like minded people and a great gym where you are only competing against yourself :)

This is the gym you’ve been looking for! I joined Elevate a few months ago and I’ve already seen big improvements in my strength and form. Bill is a meticulous and knowledgeable coach. He offers great feedback and suggestions. I love that I get a lot of individual attention as opposed to getting lost in a huge class which can happen at bigger gyms. I’m new to the area, so getting to know the other members has been a big plus. Elevate is full of kind and dedicated people. This is the place to train in Acworth.

Elevate Movement is worth every penny! I absolutely love how these workouts make me feel, the noticeable improvements in how I look, and the variety of exercises Bill designs each week. I joined this gym with the goal of becoming stronger. Started off with the 30 min boot camp 3 times a week, after seeing how much progress I was making, i started going 6 times a week, alternating between bootcamp and the 60 min crossfit classes, Coach Bill has been nothing but amazing! The progress I have made these past months has been phenomenal and happy to say I have moved up into olympic lifting, something I never thought I could do. One of the best gyms you can join. Highly recommend!

I saw how successful Bill’s Toes to Bar and Pull Up program was with multiple clients and decided to take a chance to see if he could help me become more efficient at both. He started me building strength knowing I could do a pull up and toes to bar. I had to trust the process in his remote programming. After the first month of programming, I saw significant improvement in my strength and technique and now have been building for two more months in his programming. Bill’s programming meets you where you are, but also challenges you to take a step back to build on the basics to maintain a solid foundation. As a trainer of 6 years, I would recommend Bill’s programming to any and everyone. I am a true believer in trainers need talented trainers too to program and keep them on track.

Coach Bill customized a 30 day program for me to improve my Toes to Bar with his online programming. The exercises were easy to follow (included video instructions), and the app easy to navigate. I was able to message him with questions and got a quick response and even sent him videos of my progress for further feedback and support. He was great to work with and I saw noticeable improvement in my toes to bar. Highly recommend!

I started personal training at CrossFit South Cobb with Bill in March 2023. Coming into the gym with no previous CrossFit experience was intimidating but Bill made it manageable. I also came into the gym with chronic lower back pain and Bill was able to work with me in order to not further injure my back. I worked with Bill for three months, three times a week and by June, I was able to make my way into Group Classes full time. Now, at almost 37 and having never done CrossFit in my life, I am able to do things I have never done before. Bill taught me the proper way to move my body and build strength in order to be able to do the things that I can do. When I first started, there were so many things that my body just was no capable of doing yet but now, I can do almost all CrossFit movements and it makes me feel like a rockstar!! Bill has helped me with me my nutrition as well and has taught me how to count macros and taught me how to allow myself grace. Though I have done all the physical work myself for the past year, I accredit most of my success to Bill and his patience with me. I would highly recommend Bill and is programming!!
