I love loveeeeeeeew this place. I have 4 stars because I want my cucumber water back. An also being a black card member. I never received my free shirt, or my body assessment. Non of the things I was supposed to get. So I'm a silver member now. Because it's the little things for me. Women are Soo sweet. Some of the men either are professional or lazy. Asking a man for a towel & wash cloth is like pulling teeth. Omg but again I love this place. An GREAT RESPONSIVE MANAGER. TRULY SWEET WOMAN.

Epifit staff and environment are clean, neat and pleasant! The Floorplan includes basket ball court, walk/run track, equipped gym, spa, bowling and mountain climbing and smoothie bar. It appears to be a well kept secret as many Christians and AUSTELL residents are missing out on this great fitness center!!

I enjoy coming to the EpiFIT club to workout. They offer literally everything that you need to get a workout and have several other great amenities. If you are looking for a one stop shop that is a affordable I definitely recommend joining.

Worker front with the Afro and brown skin complexion is very annoying weird and rude.Me and friend came to hoop with our friend he interrogated us even after singing a waiver and refuse to let us in. He also bosses the other employees around like he runs the place and has a terrible attitude

I canceled my membership many months ago and continue to be charged I called several times an each person I spoke with said the issue was handled an a supervisor or manager would be calling me never heard from anyone but my card continues to be charged will be reporting to the police for fraudulent card activity don’t go to this place

Me and mama come by and was greeted with a nice attendant and really enjoyed the tour . She then offered a 3 day free pass trial which was amazing! Really great front desk representatives, and nice spa!

This is a good gym, there’s not many people usually in the mornings and even during the evenings it’s not too overcrowded. I love that everyone is too busy working out that you aren’t really noticed. The front desk people are always kind and helpful!

Amazing gym experience. Cleanest facility I’ve worked out in, great vibe, friendly staff and a large selection of machines, cardio. I love the steam room and smoothie bar and have even started with a trainer there. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this gym! It’s small but it has everything I need! The environment is very friendly and they have the right amenities to ensure top tier cleanliness. Their restrooms are very clean and they have showers, saunas and a little hot tub. I haven’t gone in it yet but I can’t wait to try it! Also, the place always smells nice. Every time I walk in I’m hit with a smell that makes me feel at home. Oh, and they also have massage therapy!!!! Best gym membership I’ve had!

There are several critical issues here that demand immediate attention. First and foremost, the lack of basic customer service and hospitality is unacceptable. Walking into a gym should feel welcoming, not like you have to manage everything yourself. The entitlement and dismissive attitude some staff members carry is completely unprofessional.

Second, the towel policy is absurd. One towel per member? And having to walk all the way to the front desk for a fresh one? This is not only inconvenient but also shows a lack of consideration for members’ time and comfort.

Third, the maintenance—or lack thereof—of the steam room and spa is unacceptable. The steam room has been up and down for months with zero communication on when it will be repaired. Meanwhile, the jacuzzi is consistently dirty, with debris floating around, and no staff in sight to address it. This reflects a serious neglect in facility upkeep and member satisfaction.

This is a wake-up call. These issues are glaring and unacceptable for a gym of this size. Immediate action is required to restore trust and provide the level of service members deserve.

For potential new members, consider this a warning. If you value quality service, clean facilities, and a staff that respects its members, you’re better off exploring other gyms that actually care about their clients. Don’t settle for subpar standards.

I love the quiet atmosphere of Epifit. It's not loud like most gyms unless you walking the track, which is above the basketball court so noise is expected. The locker room is always clean. The front desk staff are always respectful and friendly to me.
Overall I love the peaceful atmosphere.

Signed up for a membership on 03/07/2024. Called several times for a cancelation of membership within 5 mins of signing up at the front desk. I was promised a full refund of $112.99, that day. Called and email several times the supervisor/manager never contacted me back. Had to put in a dispute with Amex. Very unprofessional. Weight room is smaller than a hotel fitness center.

I switched from Evo for Epi center for the steam room. Unfortunately the steam room and sauna seem to be very poorly managed and rarely cleaned. The steamroom has visible filth, dirt, hair and residue throughout the entire space. I’ve talked to multiple staff and managers who claim the steamroom is cleaned weekly, but I have footage proving that is simply not true. My time at this gym may unfortunately be coming to an end.

The check-in staff has no smiles (they do have frowns) or customer service skills. Also, one older female trainer has a "snappy" attitude/disposition. This is sad bc I'd expect a warm "Christ-ian" like customer service experience.

I actually don't understand how this place has NO true product/staged photography. No real insight into what the track, bathrooms, pool, weight room, cryo booth, looks like. I don't even want to visit until I have a general idea what it looks like. Y'all are losing money. The only "quality" photos I see are from users/member, BUT you have to scour through their Facebook, Google reviews and website to find them.

My go-to gym! Very clean with quality classes/equipment/amenities. I ADORE the wet sauna, dry sauna, and jacuzzi options in both women's/men bathrooms. The fact that it is a black-owned Christian establishment is always a plus. Options of the cafe/ smoothie bar are great additions also to satisfy my sweet tooth after burning calories! The hours are very family-oriented FYI - so it will not work for some people's schedules.

Clean, professional, and friendly environment. There is a variety of equipment without very little wait time. My favorite time is grabbing a smoothie afterwards. This gym is really clean!

Better than most gyms in our area, and has several basketball courts, a fitness area upstairs with various cardio and strength training equipment. The locker rooms are ALWAYS clean and there's also a sauna and whirlpool. It's also never overcrowded to where you have to wait for machines or feel uncomfortable.
