I can’t say enough good things about this gym. I was stuck in a depression and hadn’t been active for almost two years. I kept telling myself I needed to snap out of it, but I was intimidated to start working out again, afraid I’d give up. My body was screaming for help, I was in so much pain.
Then I finally had a consult with Sharde, and she has been absolutely amazing. She’s so encouraging, holds me accountable, and creates a safe space where I can be vulnerable. She designed a plan specifically for me, and it truly feels personal. It’s only been about three weeks, but I can already see and feel a difference.
I’m beyond happy I started this journey. My confidence and strength are growing every day! If you’re on the fence, I promise you, just step foot into her gym, and you’ll see for yourself why she’s the trainer for you.

If you’re looking for a good workout from cardio (baby I was sweating in the first 5 minutes lol) strength training and learning boxing stands and moves and putting it all together then this would be the perfect class for you! I never really took a boxing class and was nervous but I loved it!! Sharde made me feel comfortable and confident with every drill she was hands on with everyone and I will definitely be back! Got to get that 8 class package ASAP!! Highly recommend 10/10

Such an awesome experience! The gym is super clean and well-designed, with everything you need for a great workout.
The instructor was amazing—she knew exactly how to keep us motivated and made the whole class a blast. The workout was challenging but so rewarding.
I loved how she balanced technique with intensity and I honestly can’t wait to go back.
