Great location! Hidden gem in Atlanta! You won’t find a better trainer than Al. They also have arial yoga, a cafe, meal prep based in your goals, etc. You can do personal training or they also have group sessions. This place offers so much! 10/10

I recently had the opportunity to visit this new gym and I must say it exceeded my expectations.The gym itself was clean and well-maintained,One of the things I appreciated most about this gym was the atmosphere. It was a welcoming and non-intimidating environment which made it easy for me to feel comfortable and motivated to work out. Overall my experience at this gym was fantastic.I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a positive and inclusive fitness community.😁👍
