At age 70 Iβve been coming for several years. Fitness training is geared for my age and strength. Stretching is emphasized with each exercise. I can still get in and out of my Corvette without using my hands to pull myself up. Thatβs my benchmark! UPDATE: Still showing up and at 75, still able to get in and out of my Corvette without using my arms and hands to get out!! How do I do it? Fit for Life training is a big part of it.
