I paid for a membership and haven't even be able to use it because I can't pick up the key. Was originally supposed to have it mailed to me never got it. Called and was told to come in and get it. Stopped by and was told the person who could give me the key wasn't there. Tried calling and haven't gotten through since

It's usually messy. There aren't usually staff on hand. Weights never get re-racked and nothing gets done about it. Makes it hard for others to use the same equipment. Very cramped. I would recommend Advanced Rehab.
