Extremely greedy company. I am military. I purposely chose a month-to-month plan, however I was charged for multiple months. Month to month means exactly that, not paying months after. It's a scam. Do not go here. They will continually harass you and place this on your credit after cancelling. It's quite pathetic.

We love this hometown, patriotic-vibe gym!! We joined when it was Edge, and we are thrilled with the new owners. They have moved mountains to update equipment, create a clean & safe space to work out, and provide updated technologies such as red light therapy. Marvin Gulley is a wonderful and caring trainer who made the gym less intimidating for me. There was a small period of time when billing was a hot mess--but that is no longer the case with the new owners so please do not be deterred by negative reviews from the past. This is a safe, family-friendly space where everyone from the front desk crew to the trainers to the owners themselves strive to know your name and show that they are genuinely glad you are there!

Shady company they really try to trap you in your membership.

I originally asked to pay upfront for two months membership I paid everything upfront, the employees assured me that I would not receive a monthly bill. A few months later, I see that I’ve been charged every month on my credit card so I dispute the charges and called Fit co. No one answered the phone so I left a Voicemail request requesting to end my membership Also, I sent them an email requesting to end my membership. Six months later, I receive a collection note in the mail. Even though I showed the employees the email That I sent requesting cancellation and showed them the non-renewal agreement in my contract They acted like none of that matter and refused to do anything about it.

So If you don’t want to be trapped into a membership for your sake, find another Gym.

Also, This gym is terrible. Max fitness is 1 million times better.

I was a member at this gym and unfortunately started having seizures wasn't able to do physical activity and drive by statelaw so I had to cancel my membership so I was told to get a medical letter from my neurologist so I got them the letter from my neurologist and assumed it was canceled like there employee said never heard back from them then later on I receive a letter from a collections company I owe a 1240 past due balance fitco so I contacted the owners and they said that there's nothing can be done so I haft pay it or my credit will be hurt so if u value you're money then stay clear of this conartist named Enrique owner of surrounding fitcos and after my experience heard several other people saying they ripped them off in different ways

Zero stars…DO NOT USE THIS GYM! They “bought” our membership from Kinetix. No notice was given of the transfer until it was too late. The people at Fitco refuse to cancel the membership. I have called and been hung up on, left on hold and ignored. I have sent countless emails with no response. Once you finally get a response it’s someone telling you to pay for a membership you did not ask for and acting like you haven’t spent the last month trying to cancel it. I did NOT agree to transfer to Fitco, and want no part of this gym. The gym, management and customer service are all trash.

I don't like it. It is unbelievably expensive compared to every other gym in 50 mi. It's $35 a month if you lock yourself into one year contract. It's $45 a month if you don't want to pay for a full year, but they require three months advanced notice to cancel your month to month. Think about planet fitness which is just down Russell that's $10 a month. Max fitness which is another five or six miles away and a thousand times better than this place is only $20 a month. And don't forget the Base gym, which is 2 miles down the road and free. And also has 24-hour access if you get your access card enrolled. The gym here itself is extremely small, equipment is typically broken most of the time. And the room in which the dumbbells are housed and the free weights is not temperature controlled. So when it's cold out it's cold, and when it's hot out it's hot. Locker rooms leave a lot to be desired. Urine stained carpet from the '70s, extremely small lockers, no space to move around, and makeshift toilets. I also believe this ownership is different than the fitco on Margie drive. Either way in this economy I do not see this gym staying in business for very long.

Be care signing contracts with this crooked gym a month to month contract is not what it seems. They told me i could sign up with no ties if i wanted out life happened and work and my schedule got real busy where gym is low priority. I had to get a new debit card and i gues the payments stopped coming from my account so they waited and kept charging me until collections just called and wanted 280 for my no worry month by month contract. Not good business. Haven't been to that gym in over a half of year and they know i Haven't but still want to keep charging me. Bad business

I was a member of Edge Fitness before Fitco purchased the Bonaire location. Fitco immediately made a LOT of improvements! I’m sure I’ll leave some things out since there were so many but off the top of my head, they greatly improved the lighting, upgraded the flooring and equipment, painted the entire gym and added patriotic decor. I’ve worked out on the machines as well as free weights and gone to several fitness classes. I have also had a personal trainer for 2.5 years and have lost almost 50 lbs in that amount of time. I’m an older adult and am very comfortable working out in the atmosphere at this gym. Their pricing is also very reasonable. I LOVE my Fitco gym and highly recommend making this your gym to focus on improving your health!

This is one of my favorite gyms in the Warner robins/Bonaire area. It's in a great location. Only takes me 5 mins to get to. They have personal trainers, tanning beds, showers, and updated EXCERSIZE equipment in good condition and plenty to choose from. Very nice place. I only wish that they were a 24 hour gym.

This place is not judgmental at all and they help with any and everything you need when your here I appreciate the hospitality that comes from the staff at this location !!! However the late night cleaning crew is very judgemental and likes to make fun of everything you do in here at night. Some people come at night because they don't want anyone to be in there with them but they go out of there way to make you feel very uncomfortable. I'm not really sure why it takes 4 to 5 people to come every night and clean when there's not a whole lot of area to cover but whatever they hardly do any work as it is they stand around gossiping more than anything! Very unprofessional ! Sorry about the picture quality but just shows how the cleaning crew sits down and does nothing !

Place is very great! Been working out here for a while now. The workers always very nice. Machines work very great. The only thing that I have a problem with is the cleanup crew at night don't do much for awhile, then when some one new comes in they act like they were cleanin for hours but they werent, then they go back to talking with each other in the one room in the back. I don't why there's like 6 people working when they don't even get Nothin done. I think it's very unprofessional of them to bring additional family members there that are not paid..
