Quality of equipment isn’t great. Stretching mats are so damaged that they should be thrown away and replaced. Two stars because of the large selection of equipment but wouldn’t go back.
EDIT to add/reply to owner reply:
I appreciate that you have many people who have the opinion that the gym is great and enjoy the equipment you have. However, I found that the cable attachments, specifically with velcro, were so worn that the velcro was rendered useless. Several of the machines by both squat racks were rusted where the adjustment handles are making it almost impossible to adjust the equipment. As for knowing how to use the equipment, I do Physical Therapy for a living with a great passion for fitness, so appropriate use of equipment was not an issue. I was in town visiting, however after this reply I don’t think I would return regardless.

STILL FITHING THS BATTLE 3 MONTHS LATER. Ending a MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACT should not take emailing 60 days in advance and a written notice within 30 days! Just ask anyone what it’s like to end a membership here and I promise you being out of shape is less of a hassel. Let me edit to add the text exchange from today. It’s clear they have NO IDEA what the terms are. So is the new rule for a year contract a 30 day notice and month to month are 60days? How much sense does that make? I have been told different by everyone I speak to with this joke of a company

I moved from Chicago a couple years ago.I thought I would never find something like the gym I was going too. When I walked in Fitco health club I thought I was back into my gym in Chicago My expectations were met, price right and people that own it are very professional. The staff makes you feel like home keep the gym clean and helpful with all my needs. Love my new gym!😊

As a diabetic, I joined FitCo to improve my health and A1C. Thanks to my trainer, Heather, my A1C is now 6.7 and my latest lab work is excellent. Heather is the best trainer I've ever had.

STAY AWAY! Was with flex for awhile and had no issues. When it changed over I was told my son was too young to go. So I said no problem but I’m not under a contract so I’ll have to go sign up for another gym that will allow him to go with me. The girl says no problem I understand and apologized for the inconvenience. So that’s what I did well little did I know the horrible ownership of this place would drag it out another 3 months of me paying going back and forth with them and Paylocity to get it canceled owners were to much of a coward to even get on the phone and just tell me flat out that they were gonna screw me. Made the poor girl up front do their dirty work.

I loved Flex Fitness before FitCo took over. The management was rude. When I tried to cancel, they refused to do so with a fee added. I never signed a contract. Terrible experience. I'm going to a real gym that treats it's members with respect. When fitco took over, I had a month to month deal with flex fitness.

This is a great gym. Very clean and not crowded. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am currently doing personal training with heather. She is amazing. I love the atmosphere.....unintimadating, friendly, motivating and uncomplicated. It feels like your own private home gym. The employees and patrons are warm, welcoming and eager to help. You feel so comfortable learning at your own pace. The boot camp is extremely productive, fun and catered to every fitness level, and it reaaly teaches you proper form and exercises to do outside of the boot camp schedule. The instructor Jason is attentive and vey helpful. I found my new home, and new motivation to do better with my body. So glad my teenager recommended Flex. Go JC!
