Money sucking pit that charges you for every little thing. They started 24/7 operation - but of course you have to pay more for that - and there’s a $50 fee if you go outside of your allotted time that comes with the basic membership. However, they didn’t send out information about this new policy - besides a instagram post. Decent equipment but I would expect iron weights for the price gouging rather than rubber. Not worth the money.the free weight room has a bunch of conservative flags hung up on the walls - is it necessary for a gym to push a political agenda? Uppity gym for uppity people who just want the status of carrying a fitco card on their keys.

I have been a member of the LagGrange Club for two years. The staff is friendly and typically keeps the equipment clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, they have been unable to properly care for the very popular stationary bikes. My coach states the straps on the pedals must be in place to get the proper resistance when exercising. The straps have been missing for weeks on one of the three bikes. Morgan and Hailey were helpful once, but the rest of the staff doesn’t see the importance of making this daily correction. Idea: maybe put a sign next to the bikes telling guests to not remove straps..easy fix..

Honestly, I only go to this gym because it's down the street from my house but I'm always waiting for equipment, there's always people in the way just talking or hogging machines, and they have tons of cardio equipment but not enough lifting equipment. The second floor is not tall friendly I'm a 6 ft tall woman and I can hardly do my workouts on the second floor and there's nowhere on the third floor for me to do functional fitness because half of the time they're having a class in the functional fitness area and they also treat you like you don't belong in there if you don't have their highest tiered membership. The tier system that they have is ridiculous. I've never been to a gym that won't let you use a hydro bed unless you have $125 membership. This gym is not as top tier as they think and half of the time I drive to Columbus to a real gym. They even have political gear in the shirt section. Not very welcoming to everyone. What keeps people going here is convenience and nothing more.

I had a great experience at Fitco and I’m so excited about starting my fitness journey here. Soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles by a super friendly staff. Specifically Victoria and Haley. I wish I could give Haley 10 stars lol. She did an awesome job with explaining the membership packages to me throughly, so that I could understand and pick the membership that were just right for me. She’s super nice and very well spoken. She answered all of my questions super well. She gave me a schedule with all of the group fitness classes and times on it. She also gave me a sheet with the classes breakdown explaining each class throughly. Overall my experience was great here and I’m happy to now be a member. The gym is very nice and clean. For the amount of things they offer, it’s definitely worth every penny. The sauna is my favorite ! They also have childcare ! Mrs. Wanda is the very best at caring for your little ones while you workout !

Said I signed up for a year long membership but I pay every two weeks. Shouldn’t be this hard to cancel especially if you moved. Seems like they try to get every penny out of you before you leave.

Stay away!!!!!!! This gym is the worst ran gym I’ve ever walked into. I did month to month membership due to I’m only in town a few months at a time for work. Doing so I pay a higher monthly rate which I was fine with. They make it impossible to leave, you have to call a number , leave a message and they have to get back with you then wait another 2 months. I left a message twice with no follow up so I stopped that debit after the second time and never stepped foot back in gym. $710 and a collection later it’s finally behind me. Try being one month late and walk in a gym it’s not allowed, to charge me over $709 on a $65 month to month membership not a year contract is basically stealing. Do not sign a contract with these people you will not only hate the gym good luck leaving. You have been warned 😂

I signed up for the $50 instead of the $40 to AVOID the contract because I knew I may be moving. Well as you probably figure, I’m moving but apparently have to still give 60 day notice AND I had to pay an extra $50 . So I paid $100 for one month. Wouldn’t recommend any gym who lies during sign up. They will find a way to screw you one way or another.

I travel for work and am avid lifter, I have seen many different gyms. This one is by far one of the best gyms I have went to. Vic and Meg where awesome at the front, very nice and informative. They made me feel welcomed as soon as I stepped in.

The gym is newly remodeled and has a large variety. The free weight dumbells go up to 150. At least two benches, squat rack, Smith machine, cables, deadlift platform, treadmills, multiple machines, cardio area, and more. They also have child care.

I wish I was a local so I could go here every day. I also spoke to the manager about their memberships and it was a pretty good deal for everything that they have. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone who's looking for a new gym.

Fitco is a great place to workout. Now with the new equipment being added it makes it feel like a real gym. The front desk girls are very accommodating. Especially the lady in the mornings with the black hair. I believe her name is spelled Stacey or stacie. The group classes are phenomenal as well. Just a great core group of people all around. Can't wait to see it blossom and grow from here.

FitCo Lagrange is a great gym especially after all of the upgrades that they’ve recently made!! I love the staff there too, especially Stacie!! This is a good gym in a good location. It has everything I need to get the job done. I love the new equipment and pro American theme. I hope at some point they open up weekend hours a bit into the AM and even extend the PM so I can lift here more frequently.

They updated the gym with fresh paint and new amenities (cryo etc), but completely forgot the showers.
It's okay that they're outdated, but there's no reason for them to be this dirty at 6:30 am.

Place is a good gym but whoever the owner is has an annoying sense of humor. They put slow Christian worship music for the gym. Like dude nothing is a bigger workout killer. First time my headset died on me , the gym went from great to sucky real fast..for everyone coming , make sure your headset got juice!
