I have been a member since this gym opened up and I want to share my experience now that it has been a couple of months.
• The tripod/filming/camera situation has gotten absolutely out of control and absolutely ridiculous. You cannot avoid them even if you try! Some of us want to workout without being in the background of a wannabe influencer’s video or training segment but there is literally no escape. When presented to the staff, they say that YOU, the patron, have to tell the other patron to stop recording, which is insane. The employees at the gym should be trained to handle these situations and ask members to stop recording if a patron brings it to their attention.
• The men’s locker room is also rotten, filthy, and downright raggedy. Yes, it’s a locker room, but they should still be maintained. Urine, pubic hair, black mold, and even fecal matter in certain areas. Urine is always covering the floor. A hand dryer has been broken for months and just got fixed. A whole stall is out of operation. Sauna is disgusting as well. I come to the gym early in the morning and even at 6AM, the locker room is downright deplorable.
• One time I came to the desk for a band aid to be told they were out of them. A gym of this size should at no point ever be out of first aid material. Absolutely unacceptable.
• Customer service is hit or miss. Some employees are very respectful, courteous, and have proper service training. Others couldn’t care less and do nothing but chat with their selected few favorite patrons and act agitated or disgruntled when asked questions when calling in or over the phone.
• They do NOT have a pool.
• The gym is very spacious and well ventilated.
• The gym has all the equipment for someone who is trying to build mass and needing to do compound workouts.
• Not bad overall for the price, but could definitely use improvement.

Pilates Instructor CHARMAINE loves to call people out during class for wanting to challenge themselves. Instead of encouring people, she wants to single people out and projects her incapabilites onto others. It sounds like she needs to focus on how to treat people rather than her free class at a local gym. This is my initial review of the gym in Morrow and it was my first time inside on yesterday. I had a 6pm appointment that was never properly cancelled and I reached the gym to only find out no one was available. Everything else was fine, very clean. It is really poor to yell and scream over the speaker to everyone in the gym... I did not like that at all very poor taste.

Premium membership says you can bring a guest. However, when they say bring a guest they mean bring them a new member. The guest has to reside within Clayton County and it must show that on their ID. So any friends in Atlanta 10 minutes down the road? NOPE! They can’t visit! Have a friend coming from out of town? Better push off your workout! It is not like this at Crunch, Planet, or any gym I was able to be a guest at
myself. I could bring guests from out of state! I cancelled my membership and am signing up next month at the planet fitness down the road.

I love the gym itself. I’ve been a member for a month now. But what was frustrating was my first day there. I went with a guest pass and was denied because I “don’t live within 10 miles.” That’s a lie lol. The manager asked what city I live in, and then denied me. I live 5.8 miles away to be exact. A 15 minute drive.

Anyway, I went ahead and purchased the membership thinking that the Kids Center was still as thing. It’s not. Which was pretty much the reason I joined in the first place. The hours are extremely limited, I can’t go when I get off work and I HAVE to go early morning if I want to go at all because I am a single mom. There are a lot of inconveniences but…. It’s a clean gym with lots of equipment.
