I love this gym. I like the variety of equipment that they have. I like the access to the open room when classes are not in session, to do my own private exercises. Exercises everyone is friendly and respectful.

It's very quiet most of the time it's definitely more of a older person gym nice state of the art equipment but not a bodybuilder recommend gym very small facility and the mens bathrooms are pretty dark not good lighting and the stalls are a bit rusty for being such a new building

My gym membership was canceled due to a gym member telling the staff that I didn't put 2 weights up, the person in gym who thinks he's a trainer told the gym personal that I didn't put the 2 weights up how childish of him but instead of asking me why I had a I'll family member on the phone so I merely forgot and I went back into gym and put the 2 45lb weights back into there perspective places. Only to receive and email from the owner telling me that my gym membership was canceled without even hearing my side of the story.

The gym is clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and the 24-hour access is a huge plus. Though they have unlimited access, I have always felt safe even when I have been there later than planned.
If you ask the owner questions she is good to try and explain things or help you.
The rates are better than most of the gym options we have in the Conyers and the referral program is a plus.

I am handicapped on a walker, I was told they would modify workouts for me before I joined the 16 week weight-loss challenge, well I paid my 1 month, signed up for classes and was unable to do them because they couldn't/wouldn't modify. I asked that someone at least show me how to operate the workout machines and tell me which ones would help me achieve what I was trying to achieve. I had to use the machines without anyone even coming to help me at all. The owner was helping other people. She would just leave me standing there and go help others. I found out that the guy who told me they would modify does not even work there 👎🏽

The equipment is nice it is a clean facility. It is open 24/7 the NAC staff don't communicate enough do not tell you the process if you want to get out cuz they don't want you to get out even if you inquire it takes a minute for them to communicate information to you please make sure you ask detail questions if you want to get out of the contract what is necessary for that to happen because they do not want to let you out of a contract planet fitness and LA fitness is a better place to go because if you have something to come up an emergency somebody pass or whatever and you cannot be around to work out they get upset planet fitness you paid the $10.20 whatever it is you want to pay and you can end your contract at any time the contract with this place is very antiquated most gyms do not use the theories that they are using

If clean space was a person, Fitness1400 at Milstead would be that person. I went in for my "free trial". Front desk was welcoming. I like the 24hrs option, all the full-body workout equipment you need. Mostly mature gymers*. I like that alot. Young males are gonna hit the weight area as they often do. I'm looking forward to a long term relationship here. Highly recommend you check Fitness1400 out.

My Hispanic wife and I attended a class tonight for a 16 week program. My wife is from PR and hardly understands English so she was doing her best to listen and understand. About 15 minutes into this initial meeting, the trainer of the program or whatever he may be, told my wife to get out because her arms were crossed and she was giving him “dirty looks”. She did no such thing and never even exchanged a single word with him. He even went as far as telling his wife to call the police because she was trespassing and I thought it was a joke but it was not. It’s giving racist and it was extremely embarrassing considering there were 10 other people there as well and our daughter was in the next room. EXTREMELY degrading and unprofessional. Will not recommend and will never recommend this place to anyone. Will be contacting the BBB and am already taking measures to have actions taken for this occurrence.

They are offering on Facebook a membership drive looking for 45 people for a fitness challenge which is great. But one of the requirements is that you have to attend three workout classes per week. And sign a one year contract.

With that being said. You can cancel the contract only after the first 17 weeks . It is mandatory that you go to the three classes per week and if you met the requirements then you can cancel the contract. Which is no problem.

The problem is that they’re signing up hundreds of people and only have 12 classes per week and the room that they have classes in only accommodate about 20 people. But with so many people signing up in reality they need a room that would accommodate well over 50 to 75 people per timeslot.

And there is no way that they can accommodate you or the contract that you filled out. It’s a very small facility but for you to sign a $800 a year contract b4 even the first class Is ludicrous.

My friends invited me to try out this new gym. The facility is small but the equipment is new and up to date. The owner would probably be the reason I never come back. She was rude and unprofessional; Maybe she didn’t mean to be buuuuut I’ll pass. The friend that invited me informed me that most of the personal trainers quit and after meeting the owner I completely understand. Maybe get some people in the gym that know how to politely interact with the customers? It’s definitely the owner...

I wanted to visit and eventually encourage my workout/walking crew to join this new gym in the area. It looked nice and may be a family owned franchise. Well, to my shock, the "owner" was extremely rude, nasty and unprofessional. I showed her the free visit postcard and her response was an accusatory "WHERE DID YOU GET THIS??!!" As if I stole a FREE visit postcard!!! The exchange wasn't what I expected. I knew right then this was not the spot for me or my workout buddies. I'd never recommend this venue. Too many professional and customer-oriented gyms in the immediate area that deserve and will get my business.

Love how I don't have to fight traffic on 138 to go workout. Its 3 minutes from my house no traffic! Super clean. Never too crowded and easy to get in to 24/7. Its also right next door to my kids' learning Center.
