Fred is my energy coach, which is to say his advice and guidance have transformed my life far beyond the personal training and exercise routines. Fred Spring is an amazing coach. I turned 46 this past year and on November 7 of 2023, I weigh 232.2lbs. I took on a game to drop 50lbs by the end of the year. With his coaching and guidance, I was able to make my goal by December 30, 2023. On that day, I stepped in the scale at 179.9 exceeding my goal.

Fred Spring is a man of compassion and focus who preaches what he practices.

He will do his research and make sure that he has experience to back up his counsel before preparing a course of action for me as a client. I appreciate that immensely.

I've known Fred for a long time and got wind that he was opening Fred-X and I inquired about it. Turns out it fit exactly what I was looking for: a quick, EFFECTIVE and efficient workout regimen that I could sustain. (I have sustained it, whether at home, Fred-X or traveling.)

Fred has developed a custom workout routine for me, based on MY goals and objectives and he is deliberate, purposeful and challenging as we work out. We have developed some affirmations that he helps me keep present during my workouts as well. One of these: "I am healthier than I've ever been and I'm getting stronger every day." Well, IT'S TRUE, I am and I'm very happy with my self, my trainer and my progress.

I recommend Fred-X to anyone looking to start or reboot a strength training program. The workout routine provides a full-body workout in 20 minutes. It can be adapted to increase or decrease intensity. I have had the desire and need to increase strength but lacked the Motivation, Structure, and Accountability, and this is what Fred-X has brought to me. Fred-X is key to achieving my goal to age strong.
