gain. is the BEST! Katie and Erin have created something truly special -- small-group training for women in a fun and friendly environment. They (and the new coaches joining the ranks) are so kind and approachable, and they adapt their instruction to each individual, meeting everyone where they are at, whether they are brand new to strength training or have been at it for years. Definitely worth the investment for the level of attention you get from coaches, as well as the great community of women who work out there.

The first truly welcoming, encouraging, and client-focused gym I've ever belonged to. The coaches pay attention, keep it moving, modify when needed, and never shame a person for not doing eleventy-hundred-thousand reps when twenty will do. Also, I'm a fan of the lift & yap approach :)

I have been a dedicated hot yoga person for almost 10 years but at the urging of my friend signed up for the 10-class introductory package. It has been SO great!! The small class size and dynamic format of teaching makes hard work go by quickly. Katie and Erin have established a really welcoming and supportive sense of camaraderie. I really appreciate that the other women I see in classes are from all different age groups and experience in fitness and the environment is encouraging overall but specifically helped me push myself more in skill and weight. I strongly recommend the studio to anyone who wants to try or continue building strength!!

If you are looking to get into strength training in an unintimidating environment, this is a great option. I have been doing personal training with Erin for several months, and have recently added in the small group classes. This is a great women only gym that fosters a community feeling. I love my gym family.

Great option for working out in a clean, new girls-only gym. Erin is a wonderful instructor focused on building functional capability and strength. I've done individualized training, which I can highly recommend, but they also offer classes. GAIN some strength that does the body good.

I started at gain in May and I was so nervous my first class! Erin immediately affirmed me & made me feel so comfortable. I went from never imagining myself learning how to life weights to now doing it multiple times a week- all thanks to the ladies at gain! Katie & Erin both clearly love what they do and genuinely want to see others love themself & be strong.

I can’t say enough good things about Gain. I never would have started lifting weights in general if I hadn’t started personal training at the beginning of this year with Erin. Gain is not just a gym to me but has also given me a sense of community being surround and supported by strong women (s/o to the 6:30 AM crew). I never knew how much my body would benefit from lifting until now. I recommend Gain to anyone looking to get stronger. So grateful for both Erin and Katie more than they’ll ever know. Here’s to continuing to get stronger ᵕ̈

I didn't think strength training was something I was capable of until meeting Katie and Erin and taking classes at gain. They offer classes for total beginners (meee) as well as experienced athletes, and both Katie and Erin are knowledgeable and encouraging trainers for women at every level. I really appreciate their focus on functional fitness and mobility. I have surprised myself and been proud of myself at gain, and am way stronger than a few months ago. Katie and Erin are incredible professionals and I can't wait to see how the community they're building keeps growing.

Erin & Katie have created a safe space for those who seek physical and mental wellness. I appreciate the inclusivity and body positivity in their gym. I have been working out since I was a teenager and this is the most comfortable I have felt at any fitness facility. Please support this gym and invest in yourself. Health is wealth!

I first started working with Katie nearly 3 years ago through a customized training plan. After years of trying to workout from home in limited space, getting bored and uninspired, Katie invited me to try a gain. class. The rest is history. gain. was everything I needed and didn’t know. I wasn’t ever a big fan of group classes, but these are different. They’re small, personal, and women only, which I love! The community and family that Erin and Katie are building is amazing! I genuinely enjoy going to class, seeing them, seeing my new friends and cheering each other on as we add more weight to our barbells. Throughout any injuries or health issues, Katie and Erin find a way to accommodate and modify exercises to meet my needs. I’m forever grateful and so dang proud of myself and Erin and Katie!

I can’t say enough good things about Katie, Erin, and the incredible community they’ve built at gain. There is truly nothing else like it in Atlanta. Both Katie and Erin are not only deeply knowledgeable and experienced coaches, but they’re also genuinely invested in helping every woman who walks through the door feel strong, supported, and empowered.
There are lots of different class types and something for everyone - those newer to weightlifting and experienced lifters. The small class sizes mean you get personal attention and guidance on proper form. gain. is also a great place to make new friends!
I always look forward to going and leave feeling stronger and more confident. If you're looking for a place that combines excellent coaching, thoughtful programming, and a powerful sense of community, gain. is for you!

Back in January, I was looking for a spot in town that would be welcoming to a beginner without judgement and provided the support I needed to become stronger as I get older. Gain was JUST that! Erin was the encouragement I was looking for!!! She pushed me just enough and supported me through the exercises so I would feel confident in each one. She even made me a morning person! I was always excited about training. Once they opened their gym, I knew I had to sign up for classes. Their Foundations class is just hard enough to keep pushing you. I’m just here to become stronger so I can lift soil bags in my garden and go through my day with a stronger core and avoid injuries that come with getting older. And Gain is the perfect place for that!

I love it here! This isn’t just a gym. It’s a cute lil community of strong women empowering strong women. I like the variety of workout classes. The space and owners are welcoming so I don’t feel intimidated to ask questions. I appreciate that I can learn new things here instead of doing the same routine at an open gym. They also have open gym hours when classes aren’t happening so you can practice what you’ve learned or do whatever workout you want on your own. Pretty cool place to gain muscles, knowledge, and community! 🪩✨💪🏽

I moved across town last year and have been looking for a new gym for weight lifting classes. I tried out gain. and love the classes, trainers & community. Everyone is very friendly, classes are a good size to get to know trainers and get good instruction in classes, and the best part Katie and Erin are clearly very knowledgeable & passionate about what they do. If you’re a female in the area looking to get into weight lifting, this is the place to go!

As long as I could remember I was intimidated by lifting weights. Katie did a great job of meeting me where I was at and demystifying the weights side of the gym, including helping me perfect my squats and learn how to properly deadlift. The small class size is also key. Both Katie and Erin have built a great community of supportive women and I could not have asked for a better experience!

Before joining gain, I had never lifted weights and felt unsure of where to begin. Discovering Katie and the gain. strength training program has been a game-changer. The classes are not only fun and approachable but also small enough to offer personalized coaching on form and modifications. Erin and Katie are creating something truly special in Atlanta, and I’m excited to watch it continue to grow.

“I don’t know what I’m doing. I’m scared to go to the gym and hurt or embarrass myself.” Those are the exact thoughts I had when I found Katie and started training with her over a year ago. Now, I’m THRILLED with the results, confidence, and the community that gain. has given me. Katie and Erin are providing women with what they have been searching for in a gym and training program. The classes they offer through gain. are approachable, modifiable, and introduce you to the most supportive group of women I’ve ever met. You get the benefits of a personal trainer with an amazing community of new friends. Whether you’re scared to start working out in a gym, or you’re someone who’s been working out for 30+ years, Katie and Erin are hands down the best trainers for women in Atlanta.

I feel like I’ve been looking for something like gain. for years—a place where I can ask questions, challenge myself, make mistakes, and grow without fear or judgment. Gain. is the place you go if you want both an incredible workout in a totally supportive environment and with a community of completely badass women. Erin and Katie are knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and it’s clear they love what they do. I’m so thankful for gain.!

I’ve been training with Katie for several months now and love how approachable she makes strength training. She can modify for your goals and limits but always challenges you. My endurance and ability to lift have massively improved in just a few months. I also love how gain empowers women to use and love the gym environment, and am excited to join the larger community.

My 6 weeks in the women’s strength session taught me both form and power. I increased my PR’s on every metric and learned about how to maintain form and postering to continue to work safely under load. I deeply enjoyed learning and building alongside other like minded women, the community it introduced me to is as vibrant as the coaches and i take joy in being a GAIN. gal!

Fantastic fitness classes! I’ve been working with Coach Katie a long while and have seen amazing results, without ever feeling totally destroyed by a workout. Love the 1:1 coaching and the new progressive training working on specific movement patterns. It’s a great community of women to train with too!
