I have recently started working out at Ga Fitness of Suwanee. It is a great place to work out. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The management has always been attentive to the needs of the members and does a great job keeping the gym clean. They are quick to do whatever they can to help resolve any issues you might have. It is always well stocked with plenty of clean towels and other nutrients you might want to help your workout and promote good health.

If you plan on working out with a significant other or a friend DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM! My boyfriend and I had a terrible experience there. They have started a new policy that states members can not train other members while at the gym or else your membership can be terminated. My boyfriend and I were working out together like many couples who go to the gym, when at the end of the workout I see my boyfriend receive a notice about the new policy. When given it he explains that he was not training me and that were were just working out. Then asked why were were the only couple in the gym to get this notice when everyone else was doing the same thing we were. Pamela, the staff member who gave him the notice asked "Are you really trying to pull the race card right now?" Both of us are offended and extremely mad at this point. She tells us to get the f*** out of her gym and when I asked for manager information she refused to give me a number to contact then gave me and incorrect email address.Spend your money somewhere that allows partner workouts, and does not treat people differently based on race!

Been a member for well over a year now...and im very sad i cant just pick this gym up and take it to florida with me! Amazing staff, clean, and people actually come here to workout. My favorite gym...ever!

The gym is fine. The cancellation is a nightmare. You'll be hand delivering your own "exit interview" paper to corporate headquarters. Or you can mail it. Until then, someone keeps billing you. No one at the gym seems to know who's charging my card every month. The money just magically comes in from some place. You can't fax. You can't call. Again, you have to give the paper to some office. That's all the info I got. I looked up the address. There's no phone number. No business name. Wow. Thanks Georgia Fitness. Ill make sure to tell all my friends.

Its not many environments I can work well in due to Gym styles but this location is like CHEERS. Everyone on staff knows my name, and shows nothing short of a positive attitude towards anyone that enters. The Gym is clean, up to date, and spacious without pushy trainers constantly pushy personal training. I strongly recommend this facility.

My family and I have been members with this location of BodyPlex for like 8-10 years now. We love the place. The staff is very friendly and personable. The facility is always clean. Trust me when I tell you that this is very important. If you don't think so try using a treadmill after 18 other sweaty fellas have....GUUUUROOOSS!
They have a great assortment of equipment and classes too.
Anyway, they seem to take real pride in the facility and it's been a pleasure to be a member there. I'd give it a very high rating.
