Best atmosphere, great equipment, clean and very good people who run this fine establishment. Plus they have armwrestling practices there every other Sunday at 2. Which is super unique and a great addition to your arm workouts.

Signed up me and my daughter we love it here ....great place to workout everyone is friendly gym has been clean on every visit since we joined..update...I had a problem with covid and ended up with congestive heart failure.... can't work out anymore and I let them know that I can't use the facility anymore.... they have sued me for cpl hundred bucks
