They instructor left my kid alone in the dark (they turned off the lights ) for me to pick her up while he went to get coffee. She was seven. The owner called me after the instructor called me and cussed me out but the owner didn't care. I have seen several gymnasts break arms while i was there (before they left my kid unsupervised).

Very bad service and communication, I was there many times try to get information for my daughter so she can train there, and they always told me that I had to send coach Victoria an email, they made my daughter do a try out to see if she could be on the team or start training, they said they were gonna send me an email and they never did, so I went back and they said to send an email and once again they did not respond or send me any email.

I am so grateful for honest people! Yesterday, my daughter accidentally dropped a $50 bill at Gymnastix. She was supposed to leave it at home but forgot, and when she realized it was missing, she was absolutely distraught. I told her I would check with Gymnastix, but I honestly thought it was gone for good.

To my wonderful surprise, Laurie at the front desk had picked it up off the floor and saved it for us! You can’t imagine how grateful we are for good-hearted, honest people like Laurie. Thank you so much for your integrity and kindness!

Terrible experience. A long time coach was repeatedly demeaning and insulting to my child on multiple occasions. The owners were rude and unwilling to listen when I politely raised concerns about his behavior. I had previously heard rumors about other athletes leaving this gym after experiencing similar treatment in the past but didn't know to believe it because it hadn't yet happened to us. The owners' callous attitude and lack of professionalism in handling the situation was appalling and I would not recommend this gym for any child.

Edit: David has messaged me numerous times trying to insist our experience didn’t happen and claiming I never spoke to the “true owner”. In fact, I spoke to his wife many times about the situation (who is listed on their website as an owner) and emailed him as well, with no response. I 100% stand by my original review as it is an accurate description of our experience at Gymnastix. I did not write it to get some kind of response from them, but to warn others about this facility.

The “summer camp” is just your kid sitting in one room for 8 hours while the counselors are on their screens with headphones in. There is no activities or interaction AT ALL and when a child asks for help with gymnastics at the gymnastics camp- the counselors rudely send the kid away to “go play”
I called the center and asked about the lack of interaction and activities. I asked about the website stating there is an itinerary and weekly themes. The response I was given was “it is just free play and the themes are not interactive but just like if you want to wear a shirt that color. But it’s not like games or anything.”
So the response from Gymnastix- your own employees confirmed that the camp does not interact with the kids and my daughter certainly experienced rude counselors who yes had screens and headphones. I also have yet to see a refund for this waste of money.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! THEY ARE NOT GOOD WITH KIDS AND DONT CARE

I’ve took my daughter for summer camp. She tells me that the counselors are mean. They talk down to to the kids. They are stuck in 2 rooms and have little time in the gym area which is used for the kids I guess are in gymnastics. What’s the point of having summer camp if they can’t use the facilities all day. That’s what I thought summer camp at a gymnastics camp is about. My child is right about the staff. They are rude to certain adults as well. Don’t recommend the summer camp at all

Spent 2 sessions here and both of my daughters coaches looked like they wished they weren’t there. It much coaching actually happening. Some of the other coaches looked like they cared and actually gave real input to help improve their students. Unfortunately we didn’t get any of those so we left.

My daughter and my niece have been going to this facility for about a few months. They decided that they don't want to do the classes anymore because they feel like they are not getting any better. I decide to withdraw them online. I get a call to confirm the withdrawal but then the lady tells me that they can' t stop the upcoming payment that is not supposed to process on the 25th, so I say "fine". Then I check my email and they processed the payment for today. So how can they not stop a payment that isn't supposed to process on the 25th but you can charge the payment today? I have red flags about businesses that seem to be more about the money than about the experience. Im glad my family had fun when they did but this place has to do better with their billing. I would suggest not setting up your account for automatic payment if you choose to use this facility.

Horrible Experience with this facility. Completely unprofessional. Gave this place chance after chance for 2 years with our daughter. They would not annouce when to sign back up for classes then say they were full for girls currently in the class. The end of the straw for us was when the owner began teaching our 5 year old and coaching them like they were olympic athletes, yelling and being entirely too extreme for girls of that age. When we called to complain and talked to the same owner, instead of apologizing or making us feel better about the situation was extremely rude to us. Please! Stay away from this facility.

Great place to introduce your kids to this sport and if they love it, Gymnastix have wonderful coaches to inspire them to achieve more. Their teams are very successful. Look at the wall in the gym.

My two daughters have attended Gymnastix for about 4 years. The classes are good and we have enjoyed most of the teachers. We especially love Coach Laura and Coach Brandy in the Pond. The options for camps at the holidays are nice. The biggest issue is the registration process. Classes fill up quickly and you are not guaranteed to be able to get the class you need from one session to the next. This can make it difficult to balance schedules with multiple kids in multiple activities. The re-enrollment process recently changed and while parents were sent email enrollment instructions, we were not specifically alerted that the process was different. Parents were not given direct handouts at class with our child's re-enrollment card and there were no signs posted anywhere in the gym. Due to being unaware of the changes, we missed the registration time period and now we can not get back in to our class. I predict other families are currently finding themselves in the same situation. Currently enrolled members get VIP registration (whether you have been a member for 3 months or 4 years) so if you miss a session, you are no longer a VIP and it is almost impossible to get a specific class for the following session. It is clear that the goal for the gym is to pressure families to stay enrolled at all costs, to preserve their VIP status. After expressing my concerns to the staff, and my dissatisfaction at the vague way customers were informed about the new registration process, I was left with no choice but to leave Gymnastix to go to another gym just to find a class for my daughter. After years of being loyal members it is quite frustrating, as it feels like there is no respect for returning customers.

My daughter started here with rec classes moving into developmental league. She loves this gym and so do we. She is currently a part of their diamonds level developmental leagues with high hopes of being invited to teams eventually. From their rec classes to the developmental league, teams, clinics, open gyms everyone at this gym is so friendly and clearly there for the children who participate in and love this sport. The patience and care they show is absolutely amazing! This is our second home and we have zero complaints.

We are so grateful for the positive atmosphere GTC provides for our daughters! It is evident all staff and coaches care deeply for our children and their craft. Our youngest enjoys recreational classes in the pond and our oldest is in her third year as a competitive gymnast. From the team perspective- our coaches, Coach Michelle and Coach Marcos, work tirelessly to teach and polish skills, build relationships and are so intentional with coaching the heart of every athlete! We are so proud of the young lady and gymnast our daughter is becoming...we love our GTC family and are thankful for the profound impact this gym has had on both of our daughters!

My daughter has been training at this facility for 4 years and absolutely loves it! Coach Logan, Lauren S. and Erin are amazing and really care about the girls they coach. They take the time to critique and work with each athlete individually, even with 8 or more girls in a class. They push the girls to be the best they can be and also show compassion when someone is struggling. Amelia has grown so much the past year and I have the coaches at GTC to thank for that!

Participating at the Gymnastix Training Center has been a wonderful experience. The coaches are knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and work towards pushing my daughter to be the best she can be! We have been at the center for 2 years and I can’t say enough positive things about the organization. While may kids across the country have been unable to practice in the gym, the owners worked diligently to figure out how to make this safe and possible for so many kids. I would highly recommend this gym for any gymnastics interests.

Adalyn, who is 9 and on XCEL Gold, has been training at GTC since she was 3. She is incredibly talented, thanks to her training there. However, what I am most thankful for is the guidance that her coaches have given her, the mental strength they have helped her build and the TRUST that is the center of the coach-athlete relationship. Michelle & Marcos, I thank you for pouring all of your energy, coaching and love into this team! We are so proud to be a part of your family!

My daughter has been with Gymnastix Training Center for almost 6 years and we couldn’t be happier!! She comes home from every practice and talks a mile a minute explaining every detail of practice. This usually goes on for about 20 minutes. Lol!! She always feels so encouraged by Coach Marcos, Eric, and Amy. Coach Marcos has been with her the longest and he is exceptional. He believes in her and pushes her in a safe way. All the coaches just go above and beyond. The owners, David and Michelle, are wonderful people and really care about running a quality business.

My daughter talks about how the corrections she receives from the coaches make her feel empowered because they say what is working and what needs some tweaks. I truly appreciate all they put into her. She had a back injury set her back last season, but my goodness is she rising up. I owe some much of that to her amazing coaches for training her in such a positive manner. I know gymnastics is not everything, but she loves it so very much and it plays a huge role in her happiness. Thank you to everyone there for always looking out for what is best for all gymnasts!!

We’ve been part of the Gymnastix family for five years now (time really flies!!!) We’ve been truly pleased with our experience- as I tell others who ask, I wouldn’t keep my kids here and my money here if I wasn’t satisfied ☺️ I have an 8 year old daughter on team and a 5 year old in developmental league. Both started when they were 3 years old. Coach Laura is an amazing woman whom both my children loved when they were in preschool. They still run to give her hugs when we do camps there. Erin has been great with both of my girls, and Grecia, Mackenzie, And Renata have all been amazing with team. They understand my girl’s strengths as well as her areas where she struggles and they support her in guiding her how to work through them and improving overall. We’ve made great friends, and just overall are very pleased. If you are a parent looking for a great gym where you can expect honesty (even if it’s tough or not something you want to hear), hard work, and love toward your babies, this place is totally for you.

*note: I was not asked to write this review, nor am I receiving any kind of financial benefit or something free from writing this- just wanted to leave an honest review. No strings attached.

I definitely recommend here! My daughter loved here. Only down side is that you have to becareful picking the time and coach. There are few coaches who is careless about teaching. My child's coach didn't do anything to correct her posture. She only babysitted one particular child the whole time. I switched my child to another coach and he was absolutely awesome! Coach steve was fantastic!

Good luck...Great for beginners. But good luck when your child actually learns the technique and wants to advance. Unless you are a stay-at-home parent, you won't be able to get your child on a team. They have tryouts in the middle of the day and practices starting mid-afternoon.

They are in no hurry or need to gain your child. Seems as if they are a bit cliquey or just doing well enough financially, they don't need new talent.

Ah so the owner only responds once a bad review is given. Ignore emails and phone calls but bash them publicly, you get a response. Joke.

We had our daughter's birthday party here and she had a blast! The entire experience surpassed my expectations. Our party leaders Jess and Jackson were great with the kids and made sure each child had a great time. The kids loved playing on all the equipment and didn't stop the entire time. We had a big age range (2 1/2 - 12 years old) and they all had fun. They even had plates and decorations that perfectly matched the princess cake my daughter picked out. We loved that there was no set up or clean up - all we had to do was show up and have a great time. I am sure we will have more birthday parties here in the future and possibly even enroll in classes.
