I highly recommend HIIT IT Hard. I've worked out for many years and Justin workouts are different every time. You never know what you are going to do, just that you will get an incredible workout. He offers alternate exercises if one doesn't work for you. I love that all I have to do is come and workout. Also the classes are never ever boring. Great music too!

I love working out with Justin. I can honestly say this is the longest I have ever stuck with anything. Justin makes it easy and fun to workout no matter where you are on your fitness level. He goes above and beyond to create a variety of exercises and knows when to challenge you.

Going to the gym was another form of people watching for me because it was an intimidating environment for me. Also, I was always worried about not using the equipment correctly. However, working out with Justin as a trainer has been a wonderful experience. He is patient, encouraging, and very knowledgeable. The fitness programs that he creates are interesting and challenging. No two workouts are ever the same. He genuinely cares about my progress. I had given up on fitness goals until I started working with Justin. My body started magically responding to his training. He holds you accountable for your well being but without pressuring you.
