Just joined today and love the variety of machines in the gym. I love the owner and his excitement of me deciding to join the gym. He basically does everything from what I saw. He is very nice and told me I could ask him questions if needed. The people I talked to in there gave me a good welcome and one of them even showed me around. The sauna is perfect, only 1-2 people at a time but I got hot fast for only 10-11 minutes. Not a busy gym really much of the day.

Love the easy to use equipment but not the fact there's no staff 24/7 although it's a 24/7 facility. When I needed help with something there was nobody there to assist me after hours.,8km
