I’ve had such an amazing experience at Hotworx Halcyon! The studio is always clean, welcoming, and such a great environment for getting the most out of my workouts. The infrared sauna workouts are both challenging and energizing, and I can feel a difference every time I leave.

A special shoutout to Kavitha, who truly sets this location apart. She is always professional, attentive, and incredibly supportive. Kavitha takes the time to get to know members, makes sure everyone feels comfortable, and her positive energy is contagious. She goes above and beyond to make sure every visit is a great one.

Hotworx Halcyon is a fantastic place to train, and having someone like Kavitha on the team makes it even better. Highly recommend!

UPDATE

It's been almost a year now. 25 less pounds later! I'm OBSESSED with HOTWORX. I have made amazing friends and I feel great. The new sales associate Kavitha is always smiling and welcoming. She has made a difference! She motivated me to invite one teens and now they are hooked!

Really surprised by how much I like this! They had called me several times and I had declined the free class. Once I accepted to go, I was hooked! I read about the infrared sauna actually improving muscle mass and results faster. So, you workout less time with better results. I also am very happy with the fact that you can access the location with an app that opens the door at any time.

The staff is awesome! (Particularly Maggie at Halcyon) and the place is always clean and the saunas are kept with nice scents. I love it!

I have been a member of this gym for years. In regard to the review that mentioned the loud music, there are days where it’s louder, softer or in between. It depends. HOWEVER the volume in the studios can be turned up so loud it drowns out the music and can be heard throughout the gym. This isn’t a yoga studio this is a gym w all different types of members. It’s virtually impossible to appease each individual independently with their tastes. Ive seen the numbers grow and awesome personality types coming in and making it a fun environment to work out in. Working out should be challenging and fun. Most members here like the music and ask for it. HAPPY N HEALTHY IN 25 TO ALL !!! 💪🏽🙏🏽

I’m a huge fan of HOTWORX and have seen amazing results. I mainly attend another location but have been here a few times. It has a nice set up and is very clean but each time I go the music is beyond loud and I’m told some members like it that way. I would like to be able to hear the instructor rather than booming music. If you want a loud gym then this is the place for you. If you want HOTWORX yoga go somewhere else

Love this place. Hotworkx is a game changer. Friends are asking me what do I do to have good skin and how I lost 30 pounds since joining a year ago. HOTWORX is such an important part of this. I do believe the infrared and heat combined is a game changer. And the fact that all are isometric movements (you use your own weight as resistance) means I no longer have injuries (I used to do Bootcamp). I have also met great friends and the staff is just amazing. I would only suggest to them to keep up with maintenance and make more fuzz about our monthly challenges. You have obsessed HOTWORX fans here! ☺️

They have actually fixed all the equipment and I believe now are having a better process. The owner has been fantastic about improving the studio. BTW, I read the bad review and I have been coming here relentlessly since I joined and the app has worked just fine. Only issue we had was when the time changed (daylight saving time) and it was for a day or so last time.

Hotworx Halcyon is awesome, I highly recommend! The staff at the Halcyon location are SUPER friendly and accommodating. The equipment and facility as a whole are great. But my favorite thing about Hotworx is that it can be used for more than just working out. The iso saunas are a great way to detox from a night out drinking or a weekend booze bender!!

I have joined so many gyms in my lifetime but this one beats all of the other gyms. I love the fact I can go anytime and there are a variety of different classes, the staff are very friendly and specially Kavitha, who is always there for the rescue 🤩. One of my favourite things are the monthly challenges they post and we all compete towards achieving it, which is fun and inspiring to keep the momentum going. I would recommend this to anyone and any age, don’t be scared of the heat, it’s a good heat and you get used to it, it really helps to remove all toxins from the body and detoxify. All my muscle pain and joints are gone, bye bye physio therapy, this is the real one. 👌🏻💪🏻👊🏻

I’ve been a member at the hotworx Alpharetta studio for a couple of months now and it has quickly become the best gym environment. The staff is extremely friendly, and the saunas are always in perfect condition. There are a variety of workouts from cardio to low-intensity to strength training. The product is great, this studio is NOT! Nobody is there to assist members with issues, even during “staffed hours”. Both the app to book sessions and the app used to enter the studio had been down for about a month and a half. I tried on multiple different occasions to get in contact with someone regarding this issue and wouldn’t get a response. Finally, I got in contact with a sales associate that told me she would talk to the owner about compensating me in some way for the time that I couldn’t use my membership. I waited for a week and then decided to go up there to just cancel my membership. After re-explaining the issues, the owner offered to wave the $99 cancelation fee, I physically signed off on it. Then she calls me back about an hour later saying she made a mistake by not consulting her business partners before offering to wave the fee and tells me she has to charge me the $99 cancellation fee; completely going back on her word. Very disappointed and I do not recommend this HOTWORX location.

I recently moved from New York to Georgia and decided to join HOTWORX in January. The best investment this year!! The staff is wonderful, the facility is always clean. It’s nice and quiet. Absolutely love all the sauna workouts.. It is a wonderful and unique workout. Which in my opinion makes for a great experience regarding my health. Can’t say enough about Halcyon facility. If you’re on the fence about joining this particular HOTWORX, do yourself a favor and join. And thank me later.

This place is amazing! I thought I would "freak out" exercising in a sauna - but, I didn't. I now prefer to exercise in the warmth - it prepares your tendons and muscles. I have lost 20 pounds since going here. But, the real value is the detox and better sleep benefits. Best of all, the staff is awesome! They are super encouraging. We have been at HotWorx Halcyon since it opened in July 2021. Can not speak highly enough about the staff. Always super friendly and willing to help however possible. Josh has been awesome and is always asking members for feedback and suggestions. Place is ALWAYS spotless and very sanitary. Workouts change frequently and are a great way to burn calories and build muscle. Variety of workouts keeps you bouncing from one to the next. This location at the Halcyon is convenient to hwy 400, the staff are so pleasurable to be around , it is constantly being sanitized too! I have been a Hotworx member since precovid . I am very poor when it comes to exercise and workout. I have tried multiple gyms and training programs but never got the motivation to continue any of them because they were boring and painful to me. My slow metabolism and lack of energy made things even worse. I was feeling guilty, worried and depressed and was concerned about my health and weight gain. My friend suggested Hotworx and I found the workout in sauna concept very interesting. I tried their free session, picked Hot Blast total body workout and I absolutely loved it. I was sweating like crazy and did not want to stop. Crystal was very helpful answering all my questions and I enrolled without any hesitation. Now it has been 10 days and I have not missed even one day of Hotworx. I feel sudden rush in my metabolism every time I enter the sauna and I get out of each session feeling energetic, content and confident. I never thought ever in my life that I would be excited, thrilled and motivated to exercise. Thanks to my friend who suggested this for me and I hope people who did not get out of the couch dreading workout will try this and experience a life changing experience like me.

I was interested in trying hot yoga, being new to the concept I didn’t know which direction to go in.
