This location has the best customer service! Stephanie, the manager, has such an infectious personality. This location is the largest one and also is the only one ( that I know of) that has an extra room where it can be walk-in only! Definitely come to this location for a tour! You won’t be disappointed!

I went in for my orientation today… Stephanie was my guide. I’m a little awkward and quiet, usually leads to me having odd experiences… however; she was so great. Very patient. I’m not much of a talker, but she made me feel very welcome and very comfortable. Thank you! I haven’t yet had a workout in, but I purchased my membership and plan to stop by soon. The gym smells clean, the saunas smell clean. And the establishment was very clean.

I enjoy being a member of this location. The team is exceptional and exceeds expectations to make sure that their members have great experiences. Parking is easy, the facility is clean and people are friendly.

I shared with David, the owner that I was getting married in April 2025. Stephanie, helped me schedule a workout for my bridal party to join me in a workout the day before my wedding. That morning, when we arrived to the gym we we're greeted with breakfast, bottled water, and electrolyte drinks.

Stephanie also sent out waivers the week leading up to our schedule class so that everyone could complete it before the class began. I'm grateful for the hospitality and kindness of the Hotworx Decatur team to celebrate me.

I’ve been working out here for three years and would highly highly recommend! It has tremendously helped improve my physical health, mental health, sleep, and flexibility! I started my membership at the Decatur location. I have the sweat everywhere plan. I initially got frustrated because I didn't know how to adjust things like the sound or equipment but the staff showed me how the dial for the sound is on the ceiling near the sauna controls and how to adjust the machines. The people here and all the locations I've been to have been great.

Meh, I’ll pass.. I have the “sweat everywhere” pass and decided to visit this location for the first time on a whim since I was in the area.. half the hiit machines were broken and outdated and one of the HIIT machine classes was unavailable, really?

Also no ventilation, whatsoever. It smelt musty and it was just a dirty studio.. I’m not sure what that was about, but I would advise going elsewhere…

2 stars because the staff was friendly AND greeted me….

I was so excited to join but on my first night in on Friday. The sound was not on so I was not able to hear the virtual experience which left me unsatisfied. $59 a month to sit and not get motivation is disappointing.

I just got a membership here and it’s great! I’ve taken 3 classes so far and you get a good sweat from each! It’s nice that the classes run continuously because my schedule is crazy! I’ve already gotten in 3 classes. The staff is friendly, informative, and made me feel so welcome! Can’t wait to keep going!

QUESTION-- are ALL classes available ( when said sauna is free) ALL the time? Meaning, can I come at any time of the day that I can get a reservation for a specific sauna, and take absolutely ANY class that runs out of that particular sauna? Talk about a good sweat! My experience at Hotworx has been by far my favorite workout throughout the week. The Staff was very helpful with my first workout and gave me the best tour to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. I love this place. I go 3 or 4 times a week. Love the friendly staff and it's an awesome value for what you get: 24 hour gym access, virtual classes in small settings, SUPER HOT, short or long classes that you can mix and match. Being able to take a 15 minute full body workout with Hot Row is so motivating for me.
