I went to visit and it’s such a nice , relatively private has that inclusive feel of a gym, and very clean. Raul and Taylor are such sweethearts. I’ve tried rowing and core omg my arms felt the soreness the next day , on the other hand the core one was so intense hard but needed. I was impressed and i do lift, but this felt harder. My hair was frizzy by the time I came out. You get your money worth.

HOTWORX is a gem of a gym, perfect for any level of fitness and customizable training sessions you can book ahead of time. I started HOTWORX at the studio on Devine in Columbia, SC mainly for recovery after long runs. The more I have dabbled across the different platforms offered (ex: yoga, barre, buns), the greater the changes I’ve experienced in my body. It is amazing how good everything feels, even on bad days, or days you pop in just to escape the rain, the cold, or just a case of the blues. Excited to continue my fitness journey at this location.

JUST DO IT!!
Let me first start by saying I absolutely hate exercising. I’m not going to lie, I am a gold medalist in the couch Olympics. But I’m not getting any younger and I wanted to live a more healthy lifestyle. I looked at multiple different options because the “gym” is not for me. I always find myself walking around having no idea what to do. I saw Hotworx and thought the workouts would be “easier” and I would get the best “bang for my buck” since it’s like an act of Congress to get me out of the house.
I went there earlier this afternoon and met with Raul. He was so kind and took the time to show me everything they have to offer. He went above and beyond, answering all my questions and I left feeling so confident in starting my fitness journey.
I went back later that evening and was very nervous to try my first class. Raul and Savannah put my mind at ease and even helped me select my first class. Even with other customers there, they went out of their way for me. I just finished my first workout and WOW… the rooms give you a “private feel” so I was free to embarrass myself in secret. I was pouring sweat and the 45 min class was over before I knew it. I love how the virtual coaches keep you motivated and each person on the instructional video have different variations based on your personal abilities. I feel FANTASTIC! I am even excited to do it again tomorrow. That’s saying a lot.
The staff is so amazing. The environment is amazing. The workouts are amazing. I love that I don’t have to think, just do. SHOUT OUT to Raul and Savannah for making me feel at home and giving me the encouragement and support I needed to ease my nerves. If you are on the fence, just do it. If I can enjoy doing it, so can you.

Had an amazing experience at Hotworx! I tried the full-body workout in the infrared sauna, and it was incredible. I felt energized and refreshed afterward. I appreciate how kind and helpful Simmy was when I first walked in. I had no idea what to expect, but Simmy took the time to explain everything clearly, and I never felt rushed or pressured into making any decisions. This place is awesome!! Everyone is super friendly and encouraging!! Krissy is the young lady who texted back and forth with me while my husband and I were trying to decide if this was something we wanted to do. We have a very busy life and it took us a little while to go in and take the tour. We instantly liked everything about the facility. Krissy then set up our free workout for a couple of days later when it worked into our schedule. Prior to that day, Krissy, was wonderful about checking in with me and giving us some great reminders about what to bring and about hydrating prior to arriving. During the workout she checked in on us a couple of times to see if we needed anything.
During our trial workout, we liked it so much we knew immediately this is for us!! Simmy, the manager, is great! He worked out some details for us and was also super helpful and friendly. We love all the different workouts, as well as, free weights. This is one of the best gym concept ever!!

Hands down and up…best decision I made to join Hotworx! Being 60+ YO, Hotworx has allowed me to continue challenging my health/exercise plan. Being able to have 24 hour access to everything is a plus.
The VERY friendly staff are very patient with ensuring every member knows how to use the app and the programs/saunas. They greet everyone as if they are a friend.
I look forward to my daily workouts. Knowing I can increase my flexibility with a rotation of classes and blend in some HIIT work keeps the workouts exciting.

At my age I have tried many gyms and just could not stick to them. Hotworks is the perfect place for me! It offers 24 hour access all while working out in a sauna for extra calorie burn while doing resistancr training. It is easy on my joints and I feel accomplished when I complete a workout. The leader board motivates me to not quit as does the rewards I can earn for calories burned. The staff at my Bonaire facility are very friendly and the virtual instructors are top notch. I highly recommend Hotworks.

It seemed like a really great idea, and I was very eager to start. But these hours have to be the worst hours I’ve ever seen for a gym/workout studio. The hours of operation are not convenient at all. I would love to change my review, if they ever get better hours.
