It's adorable. The concept is something we have discussed for decades in different colonies. Who knows on the franchise ownership, the same old issue. The video session i did was the worst and I means worst instructor concept. So obviously there is worse, but for a continual format can be the deciding concept of why I wouldn't sign up. So the classes are all different instructors and maybe I saw the worst one first, which is better than finding out how annoying the format is after signing up. The particularly intersting part is the concept of cyle and rowing in a infrared, which is what we truly enjoy when super fit. So that by itself is worth it. I can use earbuds to my own music during session. The free weights are nice and the location at a non busy time is wonderful and calm. The young man whom I met that works there is just a treat of a human and so wonderful, which is more than we can usually say these days. But truly wonderful to talk with, making it a decent experience overall. That video was so annoying that I just couldn't stand it. With the proper format of the design and the person i did meet, can't speak about the other ones, well other than the wonderful woman I spoke with on the phone ... it seems very much a great concept and use of time for the cost with the consideration that it wasn't very busy and wouldn't be at time of routine use or participation. I really like the effecient use of space and cost reflective concept for a very exclusive design.

After reading the reviews I made sure to only book my trial for when there was staff there. According to their website and the front door of the facility, they have staff present on Saturdays at 11am. My daughter and I booked a session for 11am. We received an immediate confirmation. We waited until 11:30. Called, emailed the email listed on the front door. Nothing. Seems like a great concept but only for existing members. Absolutely impossible to join, tour, talk to and experience Hotworkx.

Place is absolutely fabulous! They made it right and we loved it so much we immediately joined! Great concept and workouts! Truly a unique experience!

I have never been to a HOTWORX before and was excited to try it out! I was worried about scheduling a time to go in because of my work schedule. Management was very flexible while accommodating to a time that worked for me despite being short staffed (like everywhere seems to be right now). Hopefully they find more help so everyone can enjoy this convenient location!
