This is a premium-priced membership and the workouts are great, the individual saunas are great... unfortunately if you want to shower after sweating your booty off working out in a sauna, you will be disappointed as there is no way to dry your hair or plug anything in. I brought this to the attention of the manager, who already knew. She said she would bring it to the owners and see if they could put in an outlet in the bathroom. This was months ago. I even sent an email through the corporate website trying to get in touch with someone. No response. This gym is close to my work- which was the idea, to go before work, but I can't. I'm not one of those people who can leave with wet hair. This is so very sad! because I like everything else! But I am wasting my money because I can't use the gym and shower... who builds a shower in a premium gym with no outlet in the bathroom?

The absolute best! HIIT, ISO, Row, Cycle, Pilates, Yoga, Buns, Core... all the exercises you love or always look for... they have multiple times a fast in the Sauna. And they also have an open area for weights. I have worked out every day for over 60 days because I truly love the Studio, and the staff, and the results🙏🏽

I came here with my two friends and we had suchh a great time! the sauna fits three people and the guided workouts are very easy to follow. Brittany was super sweet and showed us around. They also have a small weight area

No one is there when you want to cancel. They never staff the front and want you to cancel in person but are never there. Iv gone 3 times this week during their hours and no one answers the phone or is at the studio.

I'll admit. I was skeptical about Hotworx. Most of my workouts consisted of weights, weights and more weights. With the occasional cardio or HIIT workout thrown in. And the sauna is where you sit and rehab the soreness away.
Hotworx - Buford changed my mind. Walking in the door, the staff is always friendly and helpful. And they always seem to know everyone by name. The workouts are more intense than expected (which is a good thing) and the heat only adds to it. It is very satisfying to finish a workout drenched in sweat. I always bring an extra shirt because the one I'm wearing ends up too soaked.
The results are just as great. I have gone down a pants size in only a few weeks. I always feel awesome when I finish a workout and look forward to the next workout. I plan on being a Hotworx member for a good long time.

Love coming here !! If youve never been, Hotworx has multiple saunas that have a flat screen TV inside and some have exercise equipment and some are empty. You get an app on your phone and schedule a workout and up to 3 people can fit in each sauna. But at the Buford location in the mornings you can usually pick a sauna and have it to yourself. Some exercise are quick 15 minute session like a cycle machine, and the. Others are up to 40 minutes like yoga or Pilates. In the empty ones Hotworx gives you a floor mat and a towel and you place that on the floor and do your workout. You can set the temperature of your sauna but I always go to the highest which is 130 degrees! Afterwards you have sweat out all your toxins (or drinks from the weekend) and you feel great! I’ve been going as much as I can for the last month and I am definitely feeling stronger and have more energy in the day! They also have free weights a bench and kettle bells that you can workout with in the A/C ! And.. they have bathrooms with showers so you could bring work clothes and head out from there and not have to go back home!!

I love the staff at HOTWORX, they are so friendly and warm, they make you feel welcome from you enter the doors.

I love working out in the sauna and the video led instructors, this combination is a great recipe for success. Also, the ability to have so many workout options 24 hours a day is an added bonus…so literally there is NO EXCUSES for not getting your workout in 💪.

I came into this gym wanting to sign up but when I did the front desk staff seemed to have no interest in giving me any information and looked at each other to see who wanted to give me a tour and plans. The gym overall is nice but the staff wasn't welcoming to new members .

Edit: called back management to give them my feedback. No response. Avoid this place. Went to cancel my membership because I moved and this location is far from me. I either pay $99 to cancel now or get charged for an additional two months. Even after I completed my three month contract agreement. Disappointed.

Visited the area on my travels from my home Hotworx, Charleston SC and this gym was great!! I needed help getting smart on visiting another HW gym and Kaylee and Vada CRUSHED IT for customer service helping me with signing in etc. Super pleasant and they were constantly cleaning the gym so although the main byproduct of this great workout idea is sweat, the facility is clean and fresh. Well worth the visit and the membership fee. Swanky Shower as well, Pantene products provided!!!

I absolutely love this gym. The manager Mike is really nice and the lady at the front is just so helpful and pleasant. I am welcomed every time I go. I wanted to get more in shape with myself and wanted to find a place that can do that. When I was on Instagram, Hotworx was being promoted (before it opened) and I was like 'WHAT IS THIS?' Looked them up online and I fell in love. The staff was so nice and accommodating to your unique experience.

When it was time to do the initial onboarding, I wanted to get the feel of Hotworx. When I tell you, the infrared sauna will have you more in love with the facility, it's insane. It does not feel humid at all; you can breathe while the sauna is heating up and you feel like a new person after you 'earn the burn'. The sweat you'll get is a sweat like you've never felt before.

I've been working out here since early November and I highly recommend going to this place if you're looking for time management (with its app and sauna scheduler) + more workout with less time.

I love Hotworx! I tend to get bored "going to the gym" and don't really have a lot of time in my schedule. Hotworx has 15 minute HIIT workouts and 30 minute isometric workouts that fit perfectly in my schedule. Been going since it opened! Great place to workout or even just sit in the sauna! You have a "private" sauna to yourself 24/7. (I say "private" because someone you don't know could join the reservation with you, but I have yet to experience that). I have gone at all times of the day including midnight! Safe area and front row parking for late night workouts. If you don't feel like using the sauna, there is a free weight area. There are 6 saunas that are empty but have a virtual class going on (yoga, Pilates, barre, core etc) and 4 saunas with equipment - bike, assault bike and row (with virtual classes). Some days I turn the volume off and do my own work out or just enjoy the heat. If you like saunas - this is your new gym! You will be DRIPPING!

I love that I can workout as early or late as I want. I enjoy each workout and how they show modifications for every level. Since starting in November, there have been updates to some of the workouts, so they keep it it fresh by updating on a rotating basis (from what I can tell). I have been very excited for Hotworx to open In Buford. I scheduled and confirmed my free workout for today (12/30/22) at 4:30pm. I even received a text reminding me of my appointment. I arrived to my appt at 4:28pm only to find the front door locked with no staff present. I called 6 times and received no response. It appears that the staff left the facility and failed to cancel my appointment. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I will not be returning. If you decide to workout in this facility, I would recommend that you call prior to finding childcare and leave your home.
