I can’t say enough good things about hotworx. I absolutely love it. The staff is incredibly friendly and the place is always so clean. My favorite hiit workouts are hot cycle & hot blast. Hot thunder is okay just don’t burn as many calories as hot cycle & hot blast. For the isometric workouts my favorites are hot pilates & hot warrior. Definitely plan on being a member for life. Highly recommend if you’re trying to shed a few lbs. Be prepared to sweat lol

Abby was so welcoming from day one, I feel like I’ve truly found my tribe of ladies who just make me feel so happy every time I set foot in there. The instructors are extremely easy to follow and the videos are well made. I’ve toned up and have lost a few pounds in the months I’ve been going!! The app is also extremely easy to use, I am somehow technologically challenged and I got the hang of it quickly. I also love how you can earn gift cards to use in the shop, just for logging your classes/calories - I felt so proud when I got a free towel just for working out consistently!

I love that I can pre-book my sessions through the Hotworx app—meaning I get to workout in the comfort of my own space without any onlookers. They are also open 24/7 which means I can stop in whenever is best for me! I joined about 7 months ago and the combo of the hiit and strength training classes have helped me hit my personal fitness goals without getting burnt out or bored. They also run fun contests that incentivize you to come workout which is great!

HOTWORX-PTC gave me the space I was looking for! I wanted a private sauna experience with gentle movement but with the option to do more. I joined for the hot yoga and hot pilates as a way to decompress. I also wanted to be able to go whenever I had time so it being open 24 hrs was a game changer. As a person in the healthcare field and knows how the body responds to exercise and conditioning, Megan and I love this philosophy of these workouts.

They have modifications for each workout and it’s easy to schedule a time. You can get a sauna to yourself or bring a friend, it’s all in your hands. 🙌🏻 The workouts range from isometrics to stretching and HIIT programs, there is a workout for everyone. Open 24 hours and close to home which makes it convenient plus keeps me accountable!

It’s a pretty good spot to exercise and relax. My only concern is that they have just a few yoga classes in the afternoon, and they're full most of the time. The virtual instructors are helpful, but they can become boring at some point (replaying and replaying the same video).

I got a one week free pass and I was trying out this studio. The establishment is very nice and modern with great amenities. The dry heat is different than what I am used to, but it makes breathing a lot easier while still keeping the muscles warm. Definitely a different feel than your regular gym or hot yoga studio.
