Definitely one of my go to gyms. I can do cardio, yoga, pilates, plus other very significant guided classes in the privacy of a sauna. Love that! If I wanted to weight train then they have sufficient equipment as well! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Kennedy certainly makes it a point to keep Everything tidy and smelling fresh-can’t thank her enough for that!

This is a money grab and completely horrible . They WILL NOT let you cancel a membership until after 6 months and then require a 60 day notice to cancel . Obviously to make it difficult for you to not pay them something. I’ve never walked into one facility or used one class or orientation and am still forced to pay monthly. After calling today I was told I still need to pay an additional 99 dollars on the 160 they just took out of my account in order to stop paying… they have no remorse or care for anyone and instead blame you . The absolute worse! And they make you talk to the lowest tear manager because they claim to not have a corporate communication or a way to speak to anyone who makes any real decisions . Disappointed

Manager is horrible and has zero customer service. She is extremely rude and can’t smile. They make you pay $99 to cancel and you have to come into the original hotworx that you joined in order to cancel. I was told I only had to give a 30 day notice but apparently the contract requires a 60 day notice.

I’m a sweat every member and I was in the area and went to this location. Like every hotworx I’ve been to this location was no different, extremely clean! What stood out about this location was the shower. The nicest one I’ve seen so far. Will definitely be back!

Hotworx has truly been the best gym membership I've ever had. There's something about the heat and the infrared lights that inspires me to push myself harder and stay motivated. Since I started, I've seen remarkable improvements in my fitness. Even during the break I took last month, it became clear how much I need to get back into my routine to keep progressing on my fitness journey. I highly recommend!!

Great amenities and super clean! I would give it 5 stars if there was more than 1 yoga class per month (same recorded sequence) and offer at varying levels. The one I took was too easy and I'd get bored if I did that same sequence again and again for an entire month. I'm surprised there's not more variety.

I went in yesterday for my trial it was nice. The staff is nice. I did a thunder row class and a hot yoga. It’s very hot!! I think it will be a great workout.

It’s very clean & organized

It seems very secure. It is open 24 hours, only staffed 11-8. You get either a code or you can use your app to unlock the door.

Everything seems very straightforward when it comes to using the rooms and machines.

Cons-
It’s small. I’m 5 11 and I can’t do a lot of the yoga stuff due to a lack of space. The walls are low & close, which is a little odd because in all of the informational videos they have way more than enough space. I definitely would not have three people in one room two is more than enough.

When signing up it is a minimum 3 month plan.

Also I did find it a little weird I went back & fourth with Hattie on the enrollment price. When I walked in the sign said $20 enrollment && I had spoken to someone on Saturday & asked her if the $20 enrollment included the mat & towel she told me yes. When it was time to sign up she said the $20 was over bc that was last month. I wasn’t feeling to well so I was kind of out of it but I reminded her the sign outside literally says $20 enrollment. She said she would change it & did!!
I also told her my cousin referred me, she told me they they don’t do anything with referrals, as soon as I signed up and got the app they definitely do do something for referrals lol
Also, as soon as I got home, I saw that the enrollment for the month is now 4$. So it was a little weird that she kept pushing the $99 enrollment when I was aware of the $20 and for the month of July they’re doing a 4$ enrollment. So just be aware of any specials before you go in.

I just joined. I love the sauna so my friend recommended. I enjoy the cardio and stretching classes with the sauna. What I don't like is that they have the music blasting. This is very distracting when trying to hear instructors in your specific sauna room. You can also hear other classes going because people have the volume up so loud. I don't like that especially if you just want to come in and meditate at the end of a class. The baths are also not as clean as they should be. I would suggest please don't have the music so loudly over the speakers!

Hotworx Sandy Springs has been such a great gym to work out at! I’ve been working out here for over a year and Hattie has been so helpful and great to work with. The classes change every couple months and usually it’s just you working out in the sauna with a virtual instructor. The price is better than every gym in the area for an unlimited memebership. I’d definitely recommend!

Today was my first session at HOTWORX Sandy springs. The staff were super welcoming and helped me get my membership. She also walked me through the entire gym and explained the different session and saunas available. She also helped me walk through on how to use the apps.
The gym is super well maintained and the workouts are very fun to do! They have a variety of sessions to choose from so it’s fun to try everything and set a workout routine for yourself! Overall had a great experience today! And love to see those calories burn while also enjoying the different workouts here!!

Agree with other reviews about the location not answering phone calls and the loudness of the staff/patrons. There were many times where I’d be doing a yoga workout and could hear the staff talking with friends loudly at the front.

The staff member that signed me up was super nice and I had high hopes. However, I wasn’t able to go after hours initially because my code wasn’t programmed correctly. I also lost time I paid for when I paused my membership one month. Beware and do not pause until the LAST day. They cancelled me for the month and I was unable to schedule any workouts despite there being half a month left that I had already paid for. I had to call and get it reactivated and then repause later on.

If you sign up, please read the fine print. When I was signing up nothing was explained to me, I was just given a quick synopsis and told it wasn’t important and asked to sign the computer, which is my mistake. If you want to cancel it is $99 immediately or 2 months notice. I was nervous about doing the 2 months notice due to former errors and just did the $99 immediately.

i love the workout but the machines at this location are often broken and the saunas here feel significantly hotter than at other locations... to the point you cant hold the handles in the rower without blistering.

10/10 recommend! The staff here is extremely friendly and accommodating. The fast workouts are perfect for anyone’s work schedule. They are challenging, but are only a maximum 40mins long. The fact that it is open 24/7 is a huge plus. I’ve gone at 4am and felt completely safe due to their limited access door locks, adequate lighting, and surveillance system. The facility itself Is extremely clean and well maintained, which is important since the workouts have you sweating bullets.

Maybe I'll get my request honored by leaving a review. This location does NOT answer the phone in a timely manner , they do NOT AT ALL return calls to members. They dismiss and ignore them. I am pretty sick and tired of it at this point. Is there a reason why you blatantly TEFUSE to contact me back? After numerous calls? I didn't realize I'd have to show up in person as an upset customer to have a conversation. A 2 min call could have rectified a lot.
Pretty disgusting to see new management or rather mismanagement handle customers in such a poor manner. Should have known to manage my expectations an not expect for service to get better. I guess they spent all their money on new equipment and is why they are AVOIDING customers and treating them poorly. Understand that doesn't keep them it makes them LEAVE!!! The concept is great but the equipment is not commercial grade and things seem to have issues a lot. Also there are quite a few very loud patrons and inside the hotboxes the sounds seem to be amplified so if you’re looking for reasonably quiet yoga experience this is not for you.

I LOVE the infrared sauna workout. I always feel relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. Even when I really push myself. It’s never crowded. I also enjoy the flexibility of being able to go at any time. A huge plus! Sometimes I go and just stretch and enjoy the sauna. You can exercise in a room all to yourself, so works perfect for these times.

Been a member since August. Great workout. At least while everything was functioning. Every single room has a broken machine at this point. Every time I have asked, I’m given some runaround answer about a change in management and how they are in a fight about who has to fix the machines. My advice to people thinking about joining us other than just doing the walk thru, check out all machines. Look at the broken knobs, look at the broken foot pedals, etc. For the sake of all existing members, please ask them to fix these machines before you join. I will happily change my review when everything is finally fixed.

Joined this gym a few days ago wanting to get in shape for my wedding next year, I’ve only been a few times but I love it! The staff is very friendly thus far and helpful. This establishment is so unprofessional! All they care about is money! They show no appreciation to members. My account was frozen and without notice they charged my bank account during Covid and refuse to issue a refund. They are unsympathetic to financial hardships. They never answer their emails, return phone calls or messages. It took weeks to finally get ahold of someone. Highly disappointed in this establishment. Avoid this location at all costs. The owner couldn't care less about it's customers. Charged a wrong amount for my monthly fee and now they are avoiding my calls and online messages after promising a refund that I never received. I have left countless voicemails and online messages and the next step is to go there myself to speak with someone in person. If you choose Hotworx, please choose any location other than this one. Extremely disappointed and glad I cancelled my membership.

I came for a free class last year but with my work schedule I just could not commit. Fast forward to COVID-19 and a weight gain of 50 pounds, I needed to get active. I was contacted and went in for another free session. The workouts are amazing and short which is what I need with my busy work schedule. Previously working out at the same club & routine, my body no longer responded to various workouts, no matter how much I tried. I accepted an invitation to visit Hotworx & was hooked from the start. Never knew working out on high degree could be such a hunger within. The staff are attentive & very helpful. A great network avenue also. My journey to shed inches, lbs...gain mental stability 🤔 (more) meet new associates, extend workouts, shed toxins, introduce a newcomer to a metabolic work out is my goal.
