The staff is incredible! Mackenzie, Grace and Addison are so kind and helpful! The workouts are effective and the infrared saunas deliver all that they promise. My skin and joints have improved. Amazing! The wonderful #girlboss staff, who somehow are always in a great mood and remembers EVERYONES name - they also are great to ask for advice or just simply chat. The whole building is always clean, feels safe and equipment stays in working order and gets repaired quickly when needed. The sauna workout experience is like no other - loved that I was able to go try a free class and see if it was for me and it was - Im hooked! The leader boards and reward system keeps me motivated 💪 ✨️! The infrared heat is almost magic...I never feel the intense soreness, days later - no excuses to not keep going back again and again! The virtual instructors are switched out often enough that nothing feels boring or too routine which creates a new experience each time and there is always a modified example for beginner's or those tough days. I also like that you can sign up for classes up to 3 days in advance but if I forget and classes fill up, Cycle, blast, weights and rowing always are an option. "More workout, less time" is a great little motto of theirs...even if you only have 15 minutes, there's no excuse not to get a little work out in your day. I'm so happy I made the decision to try this place and wish I joined sooner! Keep up the great work!

Hotworx is the most fun and friendly place to sweat and get your workout in. You have so many classes to choose from with all different difficulty levels. My favorite is hot Pilates, all classes are done in an inferred sauna which burns more calories in less time! Who wouldn’t want that! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have no words to explain on how amazing this place is seriously. In today’s world it’s hard to find a place that feels like family, and this place definitely does. I have felt so welcomed an not in a “I have to because I’m at work “ vibe but a wholesome welcome that is warm and inviting. I am a beginner at yoga and have had nothing but help at this location. Although the program is great the biggest flaw is that they basically make it impossible to cancel this membership. Called multiple times to do so and they basically refuse to do so. You have to pay to cancel and also go all the way up there to do so…I informed the girl months ago that I really do not have them time to do so i work two jobs over the whole week and they basically refused to cancel it and now they try to continuously charge my card every 20 mins over and over and over again. I’m not going to jump through hoops to get this taken care of. All they want is money so for me the customer service provided isn’t good so at this point I’m over it I shouldn’t have to go out of my way to cancel something and fill out all these forms when the reason why I need to cancel is cause I simply don’t have the time anymore with how my schedule is, but hey they don’t care about that they simply want your money.

There are a variety of different classes to choose from, 24/7 access and a great weights area that also has a pre-recorded coach to motivate and encourage success. I LOOOOVE IT HERE! I've honestly never been a fan of gyms because I don't really like working out in front of other people and the dank and musty smells make it super unappealing. I was considering finally joining one because I was doing most of my workouts outdoors, but it was too cold to continue my routine at the time. My best friend recommended Hotworx and since my first trial class it has been the perfect gym experience for me! The staff is always so helpful and kind, the gym itself is always in pristine condition, and it doesn't smell like a gym (the wipes for cleaning the workout equipment smell like cologne – other gyms should take note to be honest lol). The app is easy to use and signing up for classes is always a breeze. I personally prefer to take classes alone, but I have taken several classes with other members and it's always been great. I joined months ago and I still can't stop talking about it and telling other people how they should join too lol. 5 stars, 10 out of 10 recommend!

I wrote a review about a negative experience that I had. It was not the facility. The facility is absolutely amazing and I feel like I have accomplished something good for my body and health every time I go. I won't re-hash the previous review, but I will say that I pleased with the response and attention given to my concern. All to which, just adds to the positive vibe I got prior to the one isolated experience. I got a call from one of the owners and she respectfully listened to me after letting me know that she takes the reviews very serious and is concerned about my safety and the safety of her patrons. That particular act made all the difference and I am going to continue my membership because I am convinced by our conversation, that she too is concerned about the safety of her clients and business.

I am a current member of this location. About a mo. ago, I booked a session and ddbl checked that there was no one else in the sauna with me. According to the App, there was not. I arrived after 7pm and after I entered my sauna, a few minutes later, an older white gentleman (putting it lightly), walked into my space and acted as though he were trying to show me how to work the thermostat. I was alarmed that a stranger walked in while I was there. I explained to him that I was aware of how to work the thermostat as I backed away from him with him standing between me and the door. I felt very uncomfortable and very unsafe....

I have been going to Hot Worx for about a month now and I have enjoyed it so much! The staff are always so friendly and helpful and the owner Grace is a precious human. I am so happy I found a gym that I enjoy going to. My friends and I love the competition in the app so it makes us push ourselves harder. The class times always work with my schedule. So glad they opened, as I was driving almost 40 mins round trip to go to the Acworth location. Now it's only 10! This is by far one my most favorite gyms I've been a member at. The heat is my favorite part, followed by the comraderie, then the exercise. My only complaint is no showers (unless there's one in the 2nd bathroom that I've not ventured in to yet) & the weight area (aka the FX Zone) is kinda small. So it gets a little tight with more than 1 person back there, but they did a great job with the layout given the space they had to work with! 10 outta 10 would recommend
