By far the most comfortable and welcoming gym I have ever been to. Other gyms are too crowded and overstimulating for my anxiety. This gym gives me the perfect setting and peace. I started going to Image in March of this year and I have really enjoyed it. I have felt more confident within myself making this a routine of mine. The staff are all so kind and welcoming. Having Elizabeth as my trainer has been a great experience working on my fitness journey. She is so sweet and is passionate at what she does. I personally wouldn’t know what to do without her, as I have never had good knowledge of the gym lol. So I am very thankful she is helping me work towards my goals!! All around a great environment and motivating space, as well as great equipment to work with! :)

I cannot say enough positive things about my trainer, Elizabeth! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and the perfect mix of firm but sweet. I feel confident, stronger, and steady compared to when I started with her 7 months ago. Her encouragement and skill are unmatched. I have been amazed at how she can tweak my technique to isolate/target the intended muscle. She celebrates all of my successes and is such a pleasure to work with. I leave my sessions filled with gratitude for her!

Denied Membership Renewal

I am truly heartbroken by the treatment I've received from Image Fitness. After being a member (off and on) for three years, my membership renewal was denied without any explanation. NONE!

When I sought clarity through email, none was given. I tried reaching out on Facebook, but I was blocked instead of receiving a response. This is not just unprofessional; it's discriminatory behavior towards recovering addicts who use the gym to cope with life's stresses rather than turning back to drugs.

This experience has negatively impacted my mental health and my desire to continue growing. Not saying this will keep me from staying on the right path, but it sure doesn’t help. The worst part is that the owners knew my situation—heartlessness disguised as policy.

Always have a good work for an old man. Cati is always smiling and easy to talk with about any thing. This is the cleanest gym south of Atlanta because Sarah keeps it that way. She smiling alot too. Hope I spelled yalls name right. Love this Gym.

This gym is AMAZING!!!!!! Blaze Shetler is the BEST trainer they have ever had!!!
I would highly recommend this gym, the equipment is top notch, the location is perfect for me to go before work, and all the employees are extremely courteous, and respectful.

I've been working out at gyms since the mid-90s, and I can confidently say that Image Fitness is the best gym I've ever been to. The facility is always clean, smells fresh, and the equipment is top-notch. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, as are the other members. The place is pretty clean. Nothing too fancy. The main appeal for most customers, I think, it that it's close. That makes it worth it. I've never had a bad interaction with anyone. Front desk people are nice, and you can probably get someone on the phone any time of day.

This is my home away from home! I have been going here 5+ years. I love the gym family here and the owners are amazing. They are open 24/7 so on the days when I can't go in the morning, I can go late night and still feel safe because they have a two step entry.

Best gym in the area, easily. This gym is better than most big commercial gyms. The guest passes are super cheap. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Very clean and well kept. If you can’t get a good workout here, then I don’t know what to tell you. I purchased a guest pass online and they were able to let me in the building remotely.

I've had gym memberships all over PTC, Newnan and Griffin. By far this is the best gym around here. Always clean, awesome gym members and better yet, the greatest owners who go out of their way to satisfy us as a member. If you a looking for a fitness center to start your new years resolution, this is a solid place.

I used Image Fitness off and on for 6 years. I’m visiting from out of state, and have to stay in shape. My mom has a membership there but can’t use it anymore therefore lending it to me for the 2 weeks I’m back (getting our moneys worth, which would’ve been fine with the previous owner). The new owner caught an attitude with my mother and is currently texting her none stop to the point of harassment. Safe to say we won’t be using that gym anymore. We miss the previous owner terribly. Do NOT own a small business if you don’t know how to treat your customers and serve them properly. Disappointed.

I am just now getting back in a gym after 6 years....this place is a gem 💎 for sure.I love how there's not too many people in there due to me still being self conscious about my body. They have a variety of machines and weights to choose from. And the costs are great! I also love that it's close to my farm 🥰...definitely a long term customer here.
