Took my granddaughter here to tryout for their pre-team on 8/14/25. Coach Dena evaluated her and I was told she wasn’t ready for that class, but would be great in their recreational classes twice a week. Instead of doing a trial class, I went ahead and signed her up for the recreation classes twice a week and paid $149, which was the prorated amount for the remainder of the month, plus a yearly registration fee. She attending her first class the following day. I understand that my granddaughter may have not been ready for their pre-team, but what I signed her up for was insulting to say the least. She was put in a class with girls who could barely turn a kart wheel. She was way passed this stage, and the only reason Dena gave me for not putting her on the pre-team was due to the fact that she couldn’t pull over on the bars. Understandable, but why on earth would she suggest putting her in a class with girls that were just starting out in gymnastics. Needless to say, I sent an email once I got home to withdraw her from the class. This was on 8/15/25. According to their policy, you have to withdraw from the class at least two weeks in advance in order to not be charged for the following month. I never got a response from the first email, so I sent a second email on 8/18/25. Never got a response from the second email, so I called multiple times and for some reason, even though there are people sitting in an office when you walk in, no one checks emails or answers the phone. I decided to go online and remove my card from my account since I never got a response or heard back from anyone. Got a call yesterday, 9/8/25, from them and was told that my payment information was removed and that I needed to update this so a payment could be made. I explained to the lady that I sent two emails and made multiple phone calls 3 weeks prior, to have my granddaughter removed from the class and no further payments would be made. I lost my initial payment since they have a no refund policy, but made sure no other payments would be made. If you decide to try out this facility, take the trial class first. Lack of communication is real at this place, or maybe it just depends on who you are and how much money you are spending. Either way, not a good look and like other reviews have mentioned, the ventilation and appearance of the place is not up to standards. Needless to say, I found a gym that my granddaughter got on the pre-team for and had actually forgot about Infinity until they called me yesterday looking for some money!

I recently moved to the area and found Infinity Gymnastics just to be disappointed! First off, it’s run down and smells, but I enrolled my four year old in one of the classes and the instructor was RUDE. I would overhear her in class saying “you’re not listening!” Or I’d be waving to her and she be waving and mouthing me something and she’d say “who are you talking to? We’re not talking right now”. I emailed to cancel immediately and they said they would but they don’t offer refunds. They offered me to come in for another class but my child said the instructor is mean and she doesn’t want to go back. Not to mention, they’re running a camp so the seating area is DISGUSTING. Food all over the floor. You also for some classes have to watch your child on a camera versus in front of you…I wonder how long the disrepect really went on.

We just had my daughter’s birthday here and we were so happy with how it turned out! I had never been here or had classes here but I found it from the Alpharetta moms group and was pleasantly surprised! Elena is so friendly and communicated well through the planning. We had 3 coaches during the party for 16 kids and they were so kind and helpful! All the parents were so happy they were able to watch the party from the loft and didn’t have to chase after the kids. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to do another party here!

This is the thing about Infinity. 😍 We have had four of our children enrolled over the past 10 years here in both the recreational and competitive program. I want to be in a competitive program where I know I'm getting my money's worth. Where our daughter will not only thrive emotionally and learn life skills, but that she'll also actually have a chance at winning of she wants to with all the money put into training. Infinity has all off that. And two Olympians on staff with many other high ranking former gymnasts and excellent coaches. Our daughter's competitive team has won 1st place in almost every meet they have competed in the past three years. That matters to us to know that they are being taught the correct skills to compete well, all while thriving emotionally. As far as the management and money concerns, the policy is clearly stated about unenrolling timelines. I will say that at times we do get annoyed as parents when practice is cancelled (mainly do to school closing and very rarely a sick coach, etc.) and rescheduled during the workday, but I appreciate the firm decision making of the rescheduled time. It would be difficult to please every family's different schedules. I imagine this would be more difficult for parents who don't have more flexible schedules. Overall, we are highly pleased with Infinity. They really have a WINNING program and will train your child up safely and properly in the sport of gymnastics.

We had our daughter enrolled here till April. Because of our engagements we wanted to pause the enrollment. We sent an email for it to Krissy. She never responded, we went two days later spoke to Ashley and they said they don’t pause, but they can un enroll the student; which we agreed too. However the credit card never stopped getting billed. We noticed in November they were still billing us for a total of $825. Upon bringing this to Ashley and Krissy’s attention they have refused to refund any of this amount. $825 of fraud. Save yourself and do not use Infinity Gymnastics.

I can finally leave a review after my child attended in the recreational classes and team classes for over 2 years. Their teaching staff is fine, but the problem is their management/admin. They are so last minute in communication yet demand everything is mandatory. We were not given times for the banquet till 7 days before. 2 tickets ($75/each) are mandatory wether u decide to show up or not. I ended up buying 2 more for my husband and son (which was a hassle to get because they don't answer emails). However due to the management giving us the short notice, they weren't able to attend. Today I wake up to an attempted charge for $75 for another ticket. When I emailed them asking why? They replied back and said I brought an extra person with me. The audacity to assume I had brought an extra guest with me without any type of verification. I sat next to 5 other parents. Who all complained (with me) btw about the lack of communication from this gym. When I confirmed with them I had not brought an extra person, they said they were going by what I order. What order???

This experience overall has left me feeling like I've been taken advantage of. This is a business that seems to prioritize collecting fees over customer service.

Called and asked about a trial class. Person said they don't do trial classes. Person who picked the phone was also rude and asked me to check the website - well, the website is not comprehensive and does not talk about trial classes.

Sent an email but never got a response.

Uhm.... Last I checked, gymnastics was not just for girls... They don't offer gymnastics to boys???? That's really excluding, sexist and disappointing. There's not one sign that says this is a girl's only gymnastics center. They offer tumble classes to boys until the age of 4.... Wow. Not impressed.

They are ok for gymnastics, But very sneaky about getting money things.
One of these instances is when we had to quit. My daughter went and told front desk And asked if they need anything from us. They said parents need to call, so I called and they said we Will be taken off. We r good
next month we got direct debut , we thought we were in notice period . Next month again the charges were deducted . Called them every time new person will check and let you know . Few phone calls later we were told they need written notice no refund will be given .
After 4 years with them, and in return this is the behavior.
Beware !
