I took my first Hot Fusion class at Infinity Hot Yoga studio tonight. It was a perfect way to start fresh with my practice and explore a new style of hot yoga. With each pose held and paused just long enough to deepen the stretch and bring more awareness to breath. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the instructor created a calm, focused energy in the room.
Thank you!

I took the Hot Fusion class and absolutely loved it! The instructor was structured, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive—she knew exactly what to cue just by observing your form. The class had great energy, and the studio was spotless. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Finally a great hot yoga studio in Alpharetta 🎉Gina, the new owner is committed and welcoming. You can tell she is loved by her students. She helped me get my asanas right, without making me feel uncomfortable. On the contrary, she encouraged me with such a positive energy that now I understand why her students drive long ways to see her. Don't trust the old reviews. You do not do your yoga on carpets and everyone is just fantastic.

I was interested in taking the alignment workshop, feeling that it was something that I needed. The class was not crowded. Gina provided detailed explanations and demonstrations, and then we were given a chance to practice. They walk around and provide feedback and pointers to every single individual. I don't think it could be better. I hope they offer this workshop again.

Very welcoming studio. Aesthetically pleasing with clean amenities, including showers and a steam room. The owner goes over class details with new members, making sure they find classes that are a good fit/suit. She and the other instructors are phenomenal. I have been to a number of studios over the years and it’s been awhile since I was this challenged in a class. They are very diligent about watching over their students, guiding proper alignment and positioning so it also feels very safe.
Most of the classes are hot… really hot! But…I’m finding my body is acclimating to the heat a little more each time. So just hang in there…. And be sure to bring a sweat towel!!

Great class with instructor Eilean Mackay. The hot fusion sequence is my favorite as it is rooted on the Bikram Yoga sequence created by Bishnu Ghosh. This is a great sweat! Come hydrated and ready for 90 minutes of standing and floor postures. I have been doing this for 20+ years and find it to be an addictive way to flush the system while building strength and flexibility. Highly recommend! Infinity Yoga offers a variety of classes and there is something for everyone.

I’ve had the best experience at this yoga studio! Every class I’ve taken so far has been amazing. The studio is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with great vibes the moment you walk in. All of the instructors are knowledgeable, give clear instructions throughout the class, and consistently keep it both motivating and challenging. Highly recommend this place!

From the moment I stepped into Infinity Hot Yoga, Gina's compassion and expertise welcomed me like a warm embrace. Their teaching has been nothing short of life-changing, guiding me to greater strength, flexibility, and inner peace. Each class is thoughtfully tailored—not just a workout, but a journey that uplifts the body, heart, and mind. I’m more aligned, empowered, and grounded—on and off the mat.
Thank you, Gina , for illuminating my path with light, kindness, and resonance.
Gina, your warmth, expertise, and unwavering support have transformed my life. Every class with you is more than a workout—it’s a sanctuary for my body, mind, and spirit. Your compassion makes Infinity Hot Yoga feel like home, and your presence has brought me true empowerment.

I was introduced to Grief Informed Yoga through Infinity Hot Yoga. It was a profound healing experience, combining movement with a deep understanding of the weight grief carries. Eilean provided a safe space, sharing her own journey with grief as she guided us through the sessions. I appreciated the focus on self compassion and truly giving ourselves grace as grief is different to everyone. This was a beautiful transformative practice. I’m grateful to Infinity Hot Yoga for providing an excellent facility to practice and also for continuously striving to provide sessions and classes that truly improve many facets of our wellbeing. Highly recommend this studio and its group of talented staff.

I just took the Hot Fusion Yoga class at Infinity Hot Yoga, and honestly, it was amazing! First of all, the studio is gorgeous—it has such a calm and welcoming vibe. Plus, they’ve got everything you need: locker rooms, showers, and all the amenities to make your visit super convenient before and after.
The class itself was awesome. Gina is the best. She’s so knowledgeable and made the whole experience really comfortable. Whether you’re a total beginner or have been doing yoga for years, she knows how to guide everyone and make the class feel accessible. I loved how she kept the energy up throughout the 90 minutes—it felt challenging but also really doable.

I had an incredible experience at the hot yoga class! From start to finish, everything was fantastic. The studio had a calming, welcoming atmosphere, and the heat level was just perfect — challenging but not overwhelming. The instructor was knowledgeable, supportive, and provided clear instructions for each pose, ensuring everyone, whether a beginner or seasoned practitioner, could follow along. I felt both physically challenged and mentally rejuvenated by the end of the class. The heat really helped deepen my stretches and allowed me to push myself further than I expected. I left feeling energized, centered, and completely relaxed. Highly recommend it. I can't wait to return!"

Infinity Hot Yoga is an incredible place full of heart and beautiful yoga energy. Owner, Gina, has been a trusted yoga guide to me for years. I followed her to her new location, which she now owns (in case you see reviews from years past, NOT the same yoga studio, only the same address!) Gina is a wonderful yoga teacher and has a heart of gold. I cannot recommend her enough.
I also shared a beautiful experience with Eilean and the participants of our 6 week grief yoga series. From the meaningful connection between the yoga poses to the stages of grief, to the guided meditation and breath work, I felt an overwhelming sense of calm and peace as a result of this series. I am forever grateful for Eilean and her masterful work connecting yoga to grief therapy.
All in all, 5 stars. Def check out this studio and if you’re new to yoga, how lucky you will be to experience yoga with these ladies and their tribe!

This studio is AMAZING under the NEW ownership. Gina, Eilean, and Emily are absolutely fantastic instructors. I’m new to yoga entirely, and chose Hot Yoga for my first go round. Not only did the instructors make me feel welcome, but my peers in the class also made me feel welcome! Such encouragement! All three instructors have a keen eye for seeing when you may be struggling with a pose and coming over to discreetly show you how to do it properly. They all make you feel like you are empowered to try something new, but give options as not to hurt or injure yourself. I appreciate this studio so much that I drive 40 minutes to attend classes. If you are on the fence about trying hot yoga, you have to come here. You will not regret it.

WARNING: Condescending and sadistic instruction
Calling all masochists! This studio is for you.
Carpeted floors, weird mats and inaccurate description of the style of yoga they are instructing. Epic fail. The HOT YOGA descriptor for the class as well as the many references to "hot yoga" in the FAQs did NOT prepare me...
Hands down worst “yoga” I’ve ever experienced. I’ve practiced Heated Vinyasa/Vinyasa 1 & 2, Mindful Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Kundalini and other styles of yoga for 11 years. I’ve been instructing as a 200-hr RYT since 2013. In years of travel, I’ve never encountered anything resembling Hot Yoga Johns Creek. In researching a studio Friday evening before a Saturday 9am “HOT YOGA” class, Hot Yoga Johns Creek’s website came across benign enough. I repeat: the 9am class on the schedule read “HOT YOGA”.
Upon arrival, my friend and I were frigidly acknowledged by Jenny and hit with questions resembling an aggressive, unprovoked pissing contest - “Have you done yoga? Hot yoga? Where do you practice? ...Oh.” Meanwhile, $54 for two drop-in's later...
Every small exchange, from asking if we could rent a mat to whether hand towels were available seemed to irritate Jenny, this yogic soul. A fellow student pointed us to the locker room area, thankfully. After stowing our belongings, we found the carpeted sauna where we’d soon be assaulted. Another kind student instructed us to move to the center of the room where “she” would be able to see us better. Jenny, the cold, condescending and uninformative receptionist, if you could call that “reception”, ended up also being the instructor - oh boy.
Wow. Whoa. Wowzer.
While the room, at a steamy 105 degrees, was remarkable in itself, the “style” of “instruction” was a level of hostile much more worthy of remark. Jenny again asked about our experience with yoga, I assume so the whole class would be aware we were imbeciles, and proceeded to tell the rules of this strange practice. She was quick to berate anyone for not adhering the super strict sequence and condescend anyone for drinking water outside of the one second break you get to do so during the 90 minute sesh. It was surreal how non-nurturing and unsupportive and unaccommodating the execution was compared with any yoga practice of which I've taken. No mention of mindfulness to injuries nor modifications were offered. The closing rest, consistent with the rest of the practice, was complete with an unrolled, un-wrung wet towel chucked at each student with only the sloshing bucket of water as the warning. Upon our departure, no thanks or namastes were offered. Wow. Just wow.

I dont normally do this but I considered other people like myself that look at reviews for businesses when making money decisions.
Like many people these days. I work alot and I dont make much time to do things for myself so with the new year I decided to make some positive changes in my life to help my peace of mind and health.
So now to the review. The building is beautiful. The atmosphere is clean and it's a very zen environment. The problem is the Owner. She is Russian and a very money geared person. She wants your money bottom-line. She is not interested in teaching you anything. The times that I have been instructed by her she has chosen 1 person to jump on and down grade the entire class...I have been to 4 classes so this last class happened to be my turn. She was on my every movement. To a point that I stopped and just watched the class. Afterwards she sat down beside me in the bathroom to tell me how I need to come MORE($$) to learn the movements. So who would come more to be treated horribly. The classes were 20.00 a single class but I am guessing with what she called "inflation " she needed to increase it to 25.00 since there have been new students coming in like myself.
Prior to the day in question the students would sit in the bathroom and discuss who she has belittled lately in the classes and I took note of that.
So if you are looking for peace , instruction, patience and growth this might not be the place.
If you must go. Try the Sunday class the instructor is so much nicer and a human being not a greedy Russian vampire.

I went yesterday for the first time and I will NEVER be back! Jenny is about as rude as they come. She is very condescending, rude, demeaning, and NOT a teacher. I am in shock that I paid $20 for a class to be humiliated. The mere fact that she is open for business is absolutely mind boggling. If you can’t get the poses she basically barks at you to sit down and it must be in Indian style or Japanese style. Don’t put your hair on her carpet if you do she will bark at you for that. Make sure you bring the right mat or she will make a rude comment upon you walking in. The regulars who attend the class are nice but, I will NOT spend my hard earned money to basically be verbally abused. There is absolutely nothing nice about her. Do yourself a favor and go to YouTube and search for Hot yoga johns creek and click on the video of the Comedy Song. Yes she is that bad that someone wrote a song about it!!!

I went on a Sunday. I was met with rudeness from the first interaction that continued through the next 45 mins until I left the class. This woman does not know how to run a business. As a business owner myself, I'm surprised that she still exists after the number of negative comments here.
She appears to be extremely OCD and does not understand the PRACTICE of yoga... It appeared to be her instructing and managing what students did vs. allowing them to stretch and pull back when needed. Definitely not a yogi, but a drill instructor. She's got issues. Please someone else in JC open a hot yoga studio!!!

My experience was horrible and the way I was treated by the instructor on Nov. 8, 2018 was demeaning and rude. I spend nearly 200+ days a year traveling and try and find a practice (typically bikram) wherever I might be. I have literally practiced at hundreds of studios in the U.S. and around the world. Without question I have never, ever been treated so poorly and made to feel so unwelcome as I did tonight from the second I walked in the door. At one point before class started the instructor had another STUDENT shuffle in to question my level of experience and demand I move my mat so she could ensure I "knew what I was doing" I have a nearly seven year bikram practice. I’ve got 26/2 engrained in my head. But she never bothered to actually ask me that, just assuming I was a new guy off the street. She never inquired to where I was from, what level of experience I might have or how long I had been practicing yoga. Her complete lack of hospitality and rudeness (she asked me to move my mat for the second time so she could "keep an eye on me”) caused me to leave the studio before the practice ever began. I don’t have an expectation that anyone should have intuitively known what level of yoga experience a customer might have. I do expect that if there are concerns about the level of experience the front face of the business would bother to ask a couple of simple questions so everyone can be comfortable and have a successful practice. I will be calling tomorrow to speak to the owner and demand a refund for this extremely disappointing experience.

I took some classes with Jenny a couple of years ago. She was very unkind and shamed me in front of the class for being flat-chested. I wouldn’t recommend this studio unless you enjoy being abused. Much happier now with an instructor at a different studio who treats students with kindness and respect.

This experience was my first time doing hot yoga and the owner / instructor was so so rude !!!
She singled me out and picked on me for not getting the positions correctly saying I needed to follow instruction then in front of everyone asking me if I was dyslexic!!!!!!!! This place makes yoga look like a prison camp and this lady has major issues !!!!

Have been going to Hot Yoga of Johns Creek for just about a year now. It has been a great way to incorporate much needed work in my flexibility and balance. The studio is very nice and the facilities are some of the best of any hot studio I have been at. I always look forward to my 90 min in the heat.

The studio is beautiful and very well taken care of. The class is challenging but can be done at any level of fitness and experience. Hot yoga is about learning and understanding your body and it's capabilities. It's about pushing yourself both physically and mentally to re-center and realign both. The instructors do a great job at helping you through that journey and to continuously help you strive for improvement and a better practice.

I want to get be 0 stars but the system wouldn’t let me submit my review . Anyhow about this studio .. the owner Jenny the self proclaimed yoga “ guru” is the problem !!! She has missed the whole point of being a yoga teacher . Rude , proud , disrespectful behavior and bad mouthing other yoga studios . This is what she did in the first few minutes of me talking to her . I was appalled by how someone could be so ill mannered and call themselves a yogi 🙄.
Yoga class needs to a quiet meditative place with just the instructions . However in this place it’s constant interruption . The instructor calls out people by their name and tells them what to do like 1000 times in 1 hour class .yoga is a journey . The goal is to eventually get the alignment right . Not here ... it is constant interruptions ! How is one supposed to relax 😏.
Anyhow the place has good bathrooms , so that’s a plus but other than thAt if you are coming to really learn yoga ... this is not the place . Btw Jenny loves bitching about other yoga practitionsers especially Bethany from red hot studio ..... such a pity . Jealous woman who can’t stand others doing well in the business .. that’s what I could infer in my 20 minutes meeting with her .
The other instructor is ok but nobody has Any say . Everybody there have to follow their rude boss !

Hi , I recently moved from the west coast and I I have been practicing yoga for the past 12 years...So i saw the reviews and joined the yoga. The Instructor is woman or "so called" owner Jenny is a horrible bitter woman, in short she's' has" temperament issues and is a Racist'". The first day I walked in she was so rude , I wasn't even late just on time, she created a scene and when i walked in the studio there were less than 4 students. One of the yogis just walked out of the studio for her inappropriate behavior. Besides, she doesn't even follow all 26 postures of the bikram yoga. She has her own postures. She is commercial ,she takes 65$ for a damn towel(she doesn't let you use the yoga mat bcoz she too scared that the carpet might get spoiled) and she keeps talking but nothing related to the postures. She Cant even speak good English, half the time you'll wonder what she's talking. So if you want a horrible experience , if you want to get treated like crap, knock yourself out. She is rude, she needs to practice yoga REAL BIKRAM YOGA herself to calm her anger and be nice to people irrespective . As a responsible citizen I'm warning you guys NOT to go to this place. You work hard all day and when you come to relax you don't want to be treated like crap , she yells at everyone whether your good or bad.
So Good Luck!

OMG... What a horrible ,terrible, unbelievable unconftable, incredibly stressful, extremely rude, depressing atmosphere, scary instructor,a total torture emocianly and mentally, felt like a prisoner of a concentration camp. And on top of that Hot Yoga with carpet really???? Not very hygienic, the place smell so bad that it was hard for.me to really breath in.
She treated me worse than I have ever experienced ;she made sure to let me know Russia was her home town therefore the heavy accent so if people did not understand her tough luck.
WOW be careful everyone out there,if you like to be treated like garbage and pay for it , this is the right place to go.
Jenny, the so called instructor is also the owner,so no where to go and make a real complaint.
I just came out of a bad health issue so I was looking forward to introduced hot yoga back into my life what a disappointment.
I am a strong woman, work out all the time and I am use to bootcamp type of work out so for me to have someone put me in such a stressful state of mind takes a lot.
I can't express enough how miserable I felt during class and after class.
Jenny must be so unhappy with what she does that it shows . Needless to say I got my money back and never, never, never, never, never will go back or recommend her/ the studio to any one;as a matter of fact I am going to make sure that everyone knows all about my experience and to avoid even calling there.
If you have had similar experience feel free to contact me;together we will make a bigger impact to prevent from other to have the same horrifying experience.

If I could give Hot Yoga of Johns Creek a half a star I would. Being an avid user of online review resources such as Yelp and Google review, I rely on honest feedback from previous customers. Anyone reading the one star reviews that Hot Yoga of Johns Creek has received can be assured that they are there for a reason and are spot on. My experience and the way I was treated was so horrible that I feel it is imperative to leave a review warning the general public of the horrific experience I endured.
Like most people I signed up for their special of unlimited classes for two weeks. I had taken Hot Yoga many years ago and I was so excited to get back in a studio. From the moment I walked in I was greeted in a very unwelcoming manner from the owner Jenny. The second sentence out of her mouth was criticism over the mat I had (which mind you I bought two days prior from a health store specifically designed for Hot Yoga). Her brash tone coupled with her disrespectful, arrogant disposition immediately had me second guessing what I had signed up for. I felt like I was a dollar sign in her eyes.
Nevertheless. I stuck with it and entered into the studio for my first session. There were a few regulars there to give me a brief overview of the class, and how the session will take place. From the minute the class started, I felt singled out and intimidated by her unprofessional and shameful demeanor. I left the class stressed, frustrated and angry. However, I decided to stick with it and had a different instructor the next day. Unfortunately, Jenny decided to interrupt the class that night and couldn’t resist continuing her harassment. She was making snarky comments thus interrupting Vanessa’s class and at one point looked me in the eye and said “nobody wants to hear you breathing”. At that point I kept quiet and simply spoke to the instructor Vanessa after class.
Although Vanessa was nice she didn’t seem like she was in the position to do anything with the complaint I was filing with her. Hoping that possibly after our conversation things would change for the better, I was sorely mistaken. It took a turn for the worse. On the 5th day, I attended another class with Jenny as the instructor. The class began with slow and steady negative remarks that rapidly increased. I tried to disregard her remarks but towards the end of the class she couldn’t let it go. She consistently brought up the previous day with my breathing in front of everyone. I told her I didn’t appreciate the way I was being treated. Her exact response was “then maybe you should find a different yoga studio.” I truly do not understand how someone who has been in business for as long as she claims thinks it is okay to treat customers this way. What is even more baffling is why people are willingly to put up with her constant verbal abuse. Don’t be fooled by the few regulars that come each week as they seem to be delusional enough to put up with Jenny’s constant disrespectful, rude, unprofessional demeanor!! There is no way I would ever recommend this yoga studio to anyone I know. In fact I will be telling everyone I know to tell everyone they know to avoid Hot Yoga in Johns Creek like the plague. Don’t go here. Consider yourself warned!!!

The facility was OK-- there were carpets instead of hardwood floors in the practice area. This is unfamiliar to me. I'd imagine that the amount of sweating that is done during a hot yoga session would discourage the use of carpets. Also, this is the first time I was told that I need a "special" kind of yoga mat because of hygienic reasons.
The instructor was OK as well--- she and I were the only ones in the class, so I was given very individualized attention. During the tree pose, she instructed me to imagine a bag of money in my hand. This struck me the wrong way. She must have had money on her mind somehow-- after class was over, she gave me a discount on a retail item.

My experience at Hot Yoga of Johns Creek was by far my worse yoga experience. At the very beginning of class I was treated as an outsider, not welcomed, nor treated fairly. During practice the instructor repeatedly pointed me out and instructed me to do the poses her way and not allowing my body to find the pose itself. This organization really needs to find out what yoga is really about and not treat it like some militant boot camp. I do not recommend ANYONE to practice here, nor will I be returning therefore forfeiting my two week try out. I am in utter disbelief in what I just experienced. Very rude and very uncouth not at all a relaxing nor calming experience.

I definitely would NOT recommmend this place. It operates more like a militant boot camp. I've never seen anything like this. I was looking for a peaceful serene yoga studio not to join the military. The Saturday morning instructor has such a negative aura and disposition. She's very rude and harsh. This is NOT a place for beginner hot yoga students. Spend your money at a yoga studio that respects its students.

I recently tried Hot Yoga of Johns Creek hoping for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I signed up for their special of unlimited classes for two weeks, planning to go multiple times. So the very first class I went to- The instructor singled out myself along with the other new girl, speaking directly to us for most of the entire class (90 minutes). She would speak out my name and tell me to correct a position. Meanwhile, there were many people in the class that regularly participate. I felt like I was interrupting their experience, because the instructor kept speaking to me and the other new girl. I personally felt very embarrassed. Because I had purchased the unlimited special, I decided to try a second time with a different instructor. Unfortunately, I felt like that experience was even worse than the first time I went. The instructor was harsh and rude, and again I felt like I was being picked on for doing positions incorrectly. I understand if I need to do poses properly, but please show me discreetly. I have always thought yoga was meant to be a very serene experience, and this was nothing close to it. I left feeling humiliated and stressed out. I am sad because I was so hopeful this would be such a great experience for me.

I have been attending this studio for many months now, and just like each person there, I was once new. If you are looking for a wonderful experience, teachers who truly care about your health and want you to improve as much as you do, and for a more relaxed lifestyle, I highly recommend this studio. The teachers are wonderful. Jenny and Vanessa, both beautiful souls, have been my guides throughout my yoga journey to this point. This yoga, unlike other types of yoga, takes discipline and drive but will certainly bring you to a far better you. If you are interested, I recommend going in a little early and speaking with one of the instructors; this is what I did and the preparation got me ready for the class and I left wanting to come back every single day. A wonderful stress reliever and a hot workout, this class is for people who want to improve their balance, strength, and health, unlike other practices that don't really have as much to offer and work toward. The only studio I'll ever want to go to will be Hot Yoga of Johns Creek; my anxiety and depression have nearly diminished, and I'd like to thank the amazingly talented instructors for that. Jenny and Vanessa truly know what they're doing and will work with each person to keep them safe so they can continue their journey to pristine health and happiness. For anyone who wants to feel the benefits of this practice everyday of their life, I greatly encourage you to sign up and become one of the yoga family members!

Did I sign up for the military, middle school, or a serene hot yoga class?
If you enjoy being singled out by name, called demeaning names, harassed for 90 minutes, treated horribly, disrespected on every level, violated, humiliated and bullied then Jenny and Vanessa's Hot Yoga of Johns Creek is your studio. After the first horrible experience, I wanted to give it another chance because it was expensive and the heat is so nice.
Quotes from instructors: "Why are you wearing that tank top, what are you hiding under there, take it off now!"; "I do not care if you do it right, I have your money already!"; "You will be called newbie throughout the entire class!"
If you are new, make no mistake, you will be treated this way. I'm sad because I love yoga but this place definitely scarred my spirit in a particular way. (I'm not a person easily shaken)
Someone can really get hurt in such a competitive and judgmental environment. The other reviewer's obviously have never had a wonderful hot yoga or yoga experience if they think this is enjoyable. Even if you are a regular, how can you enjoy listening to the constant berating of humans? Shame on you. I welcome somebody to challenge this very accurate account of events that seem to happen regularly to people in this studio.
There are several hot yoga studios in the area. I highly recommend you try another studio and have a pleasant experience because yoga is wonderful.

I have been a student of Jenny's studio for over 9 years. I love working out in general and do lots of other types of exercise, but I have to say Jenny's hot yoga is by far the best workout you will receive. I find myself craving the practice for the mental challenges just as much as the physical ones. It's true as another reviewer pointed out, you need to give it several classes. People all react differently to the heat-don't let that deter you. The benefits you will receive from this practice are too numerous to list. A huge bonus for me was the great group of people I have met along the way-they are like family. The instructors are amazing and make you strive to do your best. We all appreciate the disciplined environment because we all strive to do our best individually and as a class no matter what our level of practice.

If you need structure and accountability to take your practice to the next level (or you learn best with hands on, clear instruction), this is the place for you. Jenny and her instructors are masters at finessing the details of each pose so that you will get the maximum benefits, no matter whether you are new to yoga or have years of experience.
Jenny's enthusiasm for yoga is contagious. She knows her stuff, and teaches with the energy of a Russian ballet coach. :) Her teaching style will inspire you to find your edge without injury.
The regulars are a great group of people, too. Many people there have been practicing for years, but are always welcoming and encouraging of new participants. The energy of this group will inspire you to dig deep to find the good stuff that comes from a consistent practice.
If you are looking for a place to really challenge yourself and build both physical and mental strength and flexibility, you will really enjoy this studio. It's quite a gem.

I started coming to Jenny's studio in May of 2010 after moving to Alpharetta in 2009. I was sick of going to the gym, I don't enjoy running, and I wanted a more intense workout than just walking outside. This workout is the best for stress reduction, improving digestion, improving mood, as well as increasing strength, balance, flexibility and posture. Jenny's instruction is fantastic and I truly believe I had a really great pregnancy (never any nausea or any type of complication) and easy, comfortable childbirth (with no drugging or slicing) because my hips were open and my hormones were in balance. In fact, the nurses at the hospital said it is rare to see a first-time mom deliver a baby so quickly and with hardly any pain. I've actually had menstrual cramps that were worse than what I experienced in childbirth. I didn't practice at Jenny's studio while I was pregnant, but because I had conditioned my body for almost 3 years prior to becoming pregnant, I still reaped all of the benefits from this yoga. So I highly recommend this studio. Choosing to take yoga here has been one of my best decisions.

I can't begin to tell you the benefits of Hot Yoga as they are numerous. But what truly makes the difference is Jenny who is the owner/instructor and her passion for teaching her students and passion for yoga. Jenny is not only an amazing instructor but she is an amazing student of Yoga herself. It speaks volumes when your instructor can beautifully demonstrate a posture and make it look easy. While it is not easy, it is an inspiration to continually want to improve. As Jenny always says, “it’s not what you do, but how you do it”.
I started Yoga a year and half ago at Jenny's studio. I had never taken a Yoga class let alone a Hot Yoga class I was barely able to touch my toes as I suffered from lower back pain. A year and half later, and a commitment of 3-4 classes a week, I am doing postures that I never in my wildest dreams would have imagined my body could achieve and it is attributed to the teachings of Jenny and her dedication to her students. Jenny takes the time to learn and watch each student and what they are and are not capable of achieving and she won't hold back if she feels you have more in you than what you think you have in yourself. I have personally experienced Jenny’s encouragements and I can truly attest without that extra push I don’t think I would be the student I am today, let alone have stuck with Hot Yoga and stayed committed. I have visited other Yoga studios and no one can hold a candle to the knowledge and skill that Jenny portrays in her instruction. I sincerely thank Jenny for all that she has taught me and continues to teach me. I can’t imagine my life without Hot Yoga.
The studio is not only beautiful but immaculate and inviting. I always arrive 30 minutes early to relax and unwind from a long day and catch up with my yoga friends. If you are looking for a great experience and truly want to learn the proper Yoga postures safely and have an amazing workout, I strongly recommend throwing out that Groupon and come take a class at Hot Yoga of John’s Creek. It was the best thing I ever did!

I decided to try Hot Yoga after my friend spoke so highly about the class and its benefits. Unfortunately, it is a bit of a haul from Roswell. But it is worth it! I have tried other studios and you will not find a more passionate instructor than Jenny. She wants to make sure you do the postures correctly which requires some coaching and correction. It also requires patience. This is not a studio that packs in 40 people most of which don't know what they are doing and never get corrected. This is a studio that practices the art and discipline of hot yoga in an environment of trust and caring. The studio is clean and incredibly well-designed and beautiful. Jenny takes pride in all that she does and it shows at her studio and in her classes. I recommend this studio to anyone who wants to learn the true art and benefits of hot yoga!

HYJC makes you work hard but clearly cares about each student's form. And after sticking with it for only a couple of weeks I saw results--in my golf game! I played a few rounds right before I started going to HYJC classes and had been scoring about the same as I have been for the past several years. After four weeks of classes, I had the chance to get back on the golf course and shot 15 strokes better than my previous time out. The tempo of my swing had improved, I was calmer over the ball, and I could tell my core was stronger. I'm sure I won't be 15 strokes better all the time, but I certainly am a more confident golfer after having attended HYJC regularly this summer.

¡Mil gracias, Jenny!

I have been attending Hot Yoga classes for 8 years and have finally decided to write a review because I feel so passionate about what it has done for me and how it almost immediately became a necessity in my life. Once Bikram Yoga, Hot Yoga of Johns Creek has a new studio but is not new to Alpharetta. The change from Bikram has been great because it has allowed Jenny and her teachers to expand the type and number of posture that can be incorporated. I have been taking classes from Jenny for years and there is no better teacher. Her attention to detail and her passion for yoga make all the difference and are the reasons I continue to attend. Vanessa and Betsy are two recently trained teachers who are doing a terrific job under Jenny’s guidance.
Jenny cares deeply about her students and wants them to excel and grow with every class. She challenges her students and is very particular about how the postures are done because she wants to keep her students safe and wants you to be your best. I share the same philosophy….it is not what you do but how you do it!! If you are going to do something do it to the best of your ability.
I highly recommend the regular practice of Hot Yoga, particularly from Jenny who has a passion for it. I can testify that it is the most difficult and challenging form of exercise I have ever done. I also am certain that the core strength and balance that I have achieved from doing Hot Yoga has helped improve my tennis and golf games.
Give it a try for a week …… I know you will be hooked for a lifetime of good yoga practice.

My wife and I have been members of this yoga studio for over 7.5 years attending regularly 3 days a week. We are both in our mid to late 60's and as older adults we know the value of mental concentration, strength, stamina, balance and flexibility all of which we get a healthy dose at Hot Yoga of Johns Creek. In addition to this, it is important as you age to continue to have good social interaction. This has been an added benefit of practicing yoga here. This studio is amazing! I have attended for just over a year and the benefits have been incredible. I suffer from a severe lower back L5/S1 Disc herniation plus 2 additional bulging Discs, and over a year ago I could barely walk without relentless pain. Being a former Division 1 athlete and ex-military, not being active was not an option, and I had exhausted all forms of physical therapy and treatment with no success. Within 3 months of attending this Studio I was virtually pain free. Jenny is remarkable and she runs a very professional, clean, and beautiful studio. Jenny’s dedication to her students and detailed instruction is 2nd to none and has changed my life. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who is serious about the practice as no words can truly describe the benefits you will see.

I attended my first class at Hot Yoga of Johns Creek on 6/2 and was completely blown away by the amazing community that Jenny has built! Many of the other students introduced themselves to me, and helped me to get settled and feel comfortable. After the class, many students asked me how I felt and if I enjoyed the class. I felt so welcomed!
Although I do not usually care for Bikram-style yoga, Jenny created a class atmosphere that was fun and light-hearted, and gave amazing cues and adjustments to the class as a whole, and to individuals. I was especially impressed at how she was able to modify certain poses for me so that I would not worsen a previous knee injury. I am very excited to have a place to practice yoga this summer!

This is a truly hard work out yoga with full of challenges. This studio was started out as a Bikram yoga studio but now it still offers basic class which include the 26 Bikram postures (with minor adjustments), as well as more advance class which has the 26 basic and plus more. I have been doing yoga in this studio for almost 3 years now. I love the way the instructor teach in the class here. She is strict but if you want to do the posture right, this is the place to go. I tried doing yoga at various places before but this is the only place that i truly feel like that I am getting very clear instruction in such granular detail level that how I should do in each posture. We all heard about how great yoga is in general. However, if you are not doing the posture correctly, there is no benefit at all. I did not "experience" it until I joined this studio. I had chronic back pain for years, now I am pain free. I lost good deal of weight from these tough steaming classes. My baggy pants from before don't fit anymore, and I have no intention to wear them again, because hot yoga is part of my life now.

Great new location for this Bikram-inspired hot yoga studio. Previous location was on Kimball Bridge and Webb Bridge Way behind the postoffice in Alpharetta. Studio is clean with ample studio space. Recommended for intermediate to advanced yoga students and beginners who are athletic, adventurous and ready for a challenge. This is not your grandmother's yoga studio. First timers should study the website, show up well hydrated and ready to sweat. I stumbled on this place back in 2004 thinking I would not care for the heat, but found it to be much better for your joints and a deeper stretch. 10 years later, this is my positive addiction and I believe I have found the modern day fountain of youth.
