I can’t say enough about this studio and Cassie, the owner. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, supported, and part of a true community. Cassie has a gift for creating a space that’s not just about yoga, but about connection, healing, and growth.
The classes are thoughtful, challenging in the best way, and always filled with encouragement. What makes this place special is the way it feels like home — everyone is greeted with kindness, and you leave not just feeling better in your body, but lighter in spirit too.
If you’re looking for more than just a yoga class, this is it. It’s a community, it’s a sanctuary, and Cassie is the heart of it all. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with Cassie Parlotto of Joiful Yoga in Sandy Springs to host a visioning workshop for a group of local small business owners—and she was fantastic from start to finish! Cassie was a joy to work with: responsive, detail-oriented, and incredibly flexible in tailoring the experience to our group’s needs. She came fully prepared on the day of the event with handouts and materials, and delivered an engaging, thoughtful workshop that sparked great conversation and creativity. We received wonderful feedback from attendees, and I wouldn’t hesitate to collaborate with her again. Highly recommend!

I've been attending this yoga studio for the past six months as a beginner, and it has truly been a wonderful experience! From the very first class, I felt welcomed and supported by Cassie and the instructors. The teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and patient, always offering modifications to make the practice accessible to everyone, no matter their level. The atmosphere is calming and inviting, which makes it easy to relax and focus on my practice. I've learned so much, and they have plenty of classes, workshops and events available. I always look forward to each class. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete novice like me, this studio is the perfect place to grow your practice. Highly recommend!

What a relaxing yet energizing experience this morning. I came in this morning for Zachs 8:30am Vinyasa Flow and loved it! I haven't attended a class in years and not usually my thing bcuz the flow is faster and when you don't know the names of the poses, by the time you look up, you're behind. That was not the case at all in Zachs class. I was actually impressed with myself! He was a great leader, patient, and encouraging. I especially loved the last few minutes at the very end, laying in corpse pose, I could feel the vibrations from the sound bowls throughout my body. I felt the same relaxed high you feel after a great massage 💆♀️ loved the class and can't wait to return and try some others in this beautiful studio

This is an amazing yoga studio for so many reasons - starting with the owner Cassie! She is so kind and welcoming, and goes above and beyond to make the studio special. It’s thoughtfully decorated and even offers tea! There’s also plentiful props and spare mats you can borrow for class. There are various types of classes offered - my favorites are Daniella’s restore + reiki, and Kyle’s restore + sound bath.

I am so happy to have found Joiful Yoga! I’ve taken yin classes with Doug, restorative classes with Cassie, Danielle, and Kyle, and every class has been exactly what I needed and I left the studio feeling lighter and more grounded than when I came in. The studio has the coziest vibes and I love the sense of community. Highly recommend!

Would recommend to anyone. Now listen, I am not a yoga enthusiast. I've done it a handful of times by myself and once or twice at a studio. I always feel uncomfortable and dysfunctional and bored.. so I was kind of strong armed into trying yoga at this place... but I'm glad I went!
The teacher was nice and open and affirming and took the effort to briefly (without boring the experiences folks) say why we were doing what and how the class works. I felt like I could safely stretch or not to my heart's content. I liked it more than I want to admit. I would go back... Maybe not all the time.. but sometimes and if someone wanted to go to yoga again I'd make sure it's this place.

The community at Joiful encourages me to expand my yoga practice both as a student and a teacher. Joiful Yoga offers a wide variety of non-heated classes, from kundalini to vinyasa to hatha to ashtanga, and even more. I tried both reiki and kundalini for the first time at this studio, and I’m working on trying all the classes that are offered!
The vibe is really hospitable. It feels like entering Cassie’s home away from home. The mugs you can use for either iced or hot tea are so fun. The floors are clean, so I don’t feel super weird about walking barefoot.
Joiful Yoga continues to help me “be the joi” I know I can become. Life throws so many challenges at us, and practicing here with my friends builds up my courage.

It had been a while since I had been in a studio, but Cassie and her amazing staff of yogis are all so welcoming and there's such a great variety of classes including ashtanga and kundalini. I'm hoping to check out the reiki and some more sound baths as well. The studio has all the thoughtful touches you could ever hope for and parking and signing up are easy.

Joiful Yoga has become more than just a studio for me, it is a community that will help new to experienced Yogis work on their craft. The classes are unique and keep me interested to learn more about the Yoga community. The Sound Bath class with Kyle is really relaxing and meditative for me after a busy work week. I also enjoy the Yin class with Daniella and the Vinyasa Flow with Georgia. I am looking to dive into more classes in the coming weeks as I am still new in my yoga journey. Cassie the owner of Joiful is very open to customer feedback and she introduces new classes and events each month to keep the calendar interesting.

Joiful yoga is exactly as described - joyful! The space has a great vibe, the people are all friendly and each instructor brings something special to the table. I especially recommend the workshops - I participated in the breathwork class a bit ago and it was worth its weight in gold. I learned a lot and was also shown the practical application of each type of exercise by the instructor. Absolutely the place that should be your new yoga haunt if you’re in the market!

I just recently started taking classes at Joiful yoga, by purchasing their 2 week new student special. From the moment I entered the studio, I was greeted with a warm welcome and the owner, Cassie was so lovely! I have practiced yoga for 20 years, and this studio is special. They offer a great mix of classes, and some offerings are beyond your typical asana classes. Cassie is reaching out to those who want to deepen their yoga practice - which is what really drew me to give this studio a try. I'm excited to try out as many classes as I have time for, and plan to make Joiful a regular place for me to practice yoga!

I'm so thankful for the Joiful Yoga studio! The location is extremely convenient if you're living in the Sandy Springs or Dunwoody area. The class schedule has a wide variety of types of yoga as well as plenty of different times depending on your needs. As someone who works a traditional 9-5, Monday-Friday I cannot thank Joiful enough for having classes both before and after work throughout the week!
I always leave feeling positive and refreshed after every class! All the instructors are amazing and the owner, Cassie, provides the studio with a great sense of community. There's complimentary tea for before or afger class and a library of books you can check out from. Joiful Studio is THE BEST yoga studio I've ever practiced in. ✨️

Joiful Yoga is a unique studio with a vibe and attention to detail that is unlike every other yoga studio I've been to in the Atlanta area.
The owner, Cassie, is unbelievably nice and truly cares about all her students. She has selected a great roster of highly qualified instructors that not only teach yoga poses/flows, but also yoga history, and how modern science relates to the practice. There hasn't been a single class where I left feeling like I wasn't getting instruction that went above and beyond my expectations.
One of the best things about the studio is the variety of classes they offer. So, whatever you're into (vinyasa, ashtanga, restorative, etc) there absolutely will be something there for you.
It is also located next to an excellent vegan cafe, which as far as I am aware, is legally required for all good yoga studios.

Hi Everyone! 😊
I joined joiful yoga in April 2023! I love this yoga studio so much! Cassie (owner of Joiful Yoga) she has been so nice to me from the first day since I meet her. She is very helpful and always greets me so kindly with a smile. ✨😁 Cassie has been very helpful in teaching Kundalini also. I always look forward to this class every week. This is the first yoga studio I join, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to join Joiful Yoga. Joiful Yoga is very interactive with the members which I really appreciate. I enjoy meeting and getting to know everyone & the reading the newsletter emails we get every Tuesday! ☀️ Joiful Yoga also has a book club. 📖📚 I really enjoy the variety of yoga classes and also the workshops which have been a great key learning experience. All the yoga instructors have been very helpful and are very knowledgeable. I really like how all the yoga instructors have their own unique personalities in their classes. I always leave learning something new in all of the classes and feeling totally relaxed, strong and mindful. 😌💙☁️🧘♀️
Much Love~Kris 💖🐬
