Hey! I’m Jot, a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and life coach based in Statesboro, Georgia.
I offer in-person training here in Statesboro and online coaching for clients anywhere in Georgia, across the U.S., and worldwide.
For clients in cities like Savannah, Atlanta, and Augusta, I occasionally offer novelty in-person sessions designed to fine-tune form, check progress, and make sure you’re training correctly. (Ongoing coaching is fully online, so you get results wherever you live.)

Jot is a fantastic personal trainer! Not only was I able to lose weight and achieve my goal, but I was able to have a better understanding and relationship with the gym and the food I consume. I don't have the time to go to a gym, so having Jot provide me a routine via online was the best structure for me, but also provided me the freedom I needed within my work schedule. Now I'm not perfect, so Jot walked through those weekly challenges I faced rather it was me needing some encouragement or when it came down to cravings, he showed me what to do and how to overcome them. He was responsive any time I had questions or concerns, and helped me stay focused. Lastly, my favorite part about having Jot as trainer is that I had to submit photos of my progression, so weekly I got to see my improvement. I also had a chance to reflect on what areas I might have wanted to focus on or where I could improve. With each weekly submission Jot came back with a new challenge for the week, challenging me mentally and physically. If you stick to the program, you'll see the results that you're aiming for.
