Terry has been an incredible personal trainer who completely transformed my relationship with fitness. As someone who had never worked with a trainer before, I appreciated how she assessed my starting point and created a customized workout routine specifically tailored to my needs.

What sets Terry apart is her supportive yet straightforward approach. She doesn't waste time with unnecessary fluff, instead focusing on helping me master the fundamentals so I could improve my form and get more effective workouts. One of my biggest achievements has been the significant improvement in my flexibility which is something I struggled with before meeting her. Terry incorporates targeted stretching sessions that have made a noticeable difference for me. Terry also includes nutrition guidance as part of the training package which is nice.

Before working with Terry, I actually dreaded exercise. Now, I genuinely enjoy the process of becoming stronger and fitter, which speaks volumes about her skill as a trainer. Her positive energy is contagious, and I've come to adore her both as a trainer and a person.

Her flexibility with scheduling has been a lifesaver since my work schedule sometimes varies depending on how busy work is. She's always willing to work with me on rescheduling when needed.

Terry was my trainer during a high risk pregnancy in 2021, and after delivery and she kept me healthy, within a healthy weight range and energized, plus she held me accountable when I didn’t feel like moving. I rehired her to train me virtually at the end of February and I’ve managed to lose 15 pounds since with her commitment. She’s amazing and stuck with me for the long haul.
