gyms like these are really hard to find in this part of GA or really anywhere.i’ve never been to a gym with all 3 (clean, friendly environment/staff, equipment for anyone’s goals). My only problem with them is they didn’t open sooner because I don’t live in this area anymore :( that is the only reason i haven’t cancelled my other gym memberships.

Amazing facility! This gym is not only set up with the best equipment, it’s also owned and operated by an amazing trainer who is happy to help and inspire people along their fitness path. The location is beautiful, and interior of the gym has great light that is visually stunning. Highly recommend starting a fitness journey at K Peele’s Growing Pains!!

5 stars is not enough! If you are looking for the best gym in the area you’ve found it. Stocked with the best equipment, phenomenal lighting and a culture that makes you feel at home, Growing Pains is the gym to be at. The staff is awesome and keeps the place nice and clean. 10/10 recommend!

You know, I’ve seen a lot of reviews saying this is the best gym in town. While that is very true, I wouldn’t limit it to just our town. This is the best gym I’ve ever stepped foot in. I’ve worked out at a lot of different gyms and they all pale in comparison to Kpeele’s Growing Pains. I can’t get enough of the Arsenal Strength equipment. I feel so welcomed by the owner and the staff and they’re always willing to help me or anyone that might need anything. If you’re looking for gym, you have to try Growing Pains. If you already have a home gym…you should consider changing. You won’t be disappointed.

KPeele’s Growing Pains is the perfect family gym that includes a day care area for the little ones as Mom and Dad do their daily workouts her newly updated innovative equipment is very impressive and covers all of your workout needs Kelly is the perfect personal trainer and will work with you from your beginner level until you reach your full potential she has perfect customer service and an excellent staff this is definitely one of the best gyms in Tifton and I’m giving her a 5 star because she is most definitely a rising star keep up the excellent work Kelly
