The gym is nice and spacious with extra amenities, but the gym’s temperature is unbearably hot and stuffy. I joined back in April when the weather was already hot and the indoor temperature was comfortable with all fans rotating. As of last month the gym is hot, its fine in the cardio room and yoga room but the main area is unacceptable. The staff will adjust it upon request but it barely makes a difference. I saw one of thermostats near the hallway restrooms was reading 79 degrees as the indoor temperature. Im unable to enjoy my workouts. I will be changing gyms soon.

Today my husband and I went to Legends Fitness to purchase some protein powder and pre workout since they offer a large selection and usually have a nice promotion going on. We were greeted by two friendly ladies at the counter who assisted us In finding the flavors we liked and helped us get all kinds of swag for our teenage son’s Easter basket. The whole experience was pleasant and I would definitely recommend Legends Fitness.

Not the best pictures but some of what is not included is the pool, basketball court, cardio room playing movies behind the cardio deck, meals prepped and ready for purchase by the entrance with protein & supps too. I love Legends! It has everything I need here and very accommodating. This is the best gym in Macon! It always so clean, plenty of equipment and the staff is so kind! Even though I’ve been in fitness for years, this was my first gym. I love it and I miss it so much!!! I wish I could have taken it with me when I relocated 2.5hrs away. Nothing compares! Clean, great environment, even better people, lovely staff, well maintained equipment, childcare is included (my child looked forward to going and was always upset when she found out I went without her), and everything else you could ask for in a gym. I’m writing this as I tirelessly look for a suitable replacement in my new city. Haven’t been able to bring myself yo cancel my membership yet just in case. I miss yall so much Legends. This is a pretty nice gym. A friend referred me since they know I like to workout and I have a kid so the daycare is a plus. The only issue I experienced was with the front desk staff. They’re mostly young kids that don’t seem to have much experience about customer service and it comes across as if they don’t care. Aside from that, I’d give this place an A+.

I like the gym and only have two complaints. It’s clean, good equipment, nice saunas, pool, classes etc. but the music is so loud I can’t hear my podcasts when I am working out. And I turn my sound up all the way. Most people wear their headphones so most people aren’t listening to the music playing. Im not sure what genre of music. Sometimes it sounds Mexican and sometimes it’s R&B….

But this is the only time I get to listen to my podcasts and I literally can’t hear with noise reduction AirPods on

The only other complaint is the girls locker room
Door is never shut. And if you shut it it’s opened right back up.

After paying membership fees AND enhancement fees every year for 4 years, can't believe we can't get a replacement tag included with one of those annual fees. Tried to replace my ORIGINAL tag from 4 years ago and was told the front desk isn't allowed to waived the $1 fee.

I presented the original tag that is no longer functioning and does not scan. Facility refused to replace defective tag to access the gym.

Spending almost $2000 with this company and saying i should just spend more because the tag finally fell apart after FOUR YEARS. I most certainly don't think it's fair to charge a yearly fee for 4 years and not think I should get at least one replacement tag. Especially considering I held on the original tag for 4 years and have never requested a tag before. Certainly not "carelessly". -And that's after only even using the facility a handful of times.

Great gym, people there are so kind and helpful, I love that they have a semi-olimpic pool (speaking about the length), hydro jet massage Jacuzzi and the sauna.
It's also a great option for those who have kids since they have a kids-care special room.
Equipment are well maintained and very clean.
It's one of the best gyms I've ever been.

Large shopping mall fitness center with tons of equipment - great variety of cardio, selectorize, functional training and free weights with a bball court and an indoor pool. Easy parking, clean facility and friendly staff. $15 for a day pass but they make you wear this awkward green bracelet to show you’re a first time guess. All the equipment was in decent shape but some of the free weights are starting to show their age. I was bummed they only had one true half rack, no power racks and zero Hammer Strength.

I just wanted to comment on the last posting since I was right there entering the gym at the same time and was able to hear every word that was said at the front counter. This lady was 20 minutes late for the class which of course she never mentioned on her post. If she were a member of other gyms as I have been in the past, they would have debited her account an additional $12.00 for being a no show when the class was scheduled to start. The person that she spoke of at the front counter was Reese. He is one of the kindest people you would ever want to meet. He is always helpful and friendly to everyone. He was very polite and professional when he was speaking to the rude lady in fact, she was so rude I felt compelled to speak out in hopes that she would realize that the way she was handling herself was disrespectful and immature. I have been working out at Legends since the day they opened the door and have to say it is the best equipped and cleanest gym that I have ever walked in ANYWHERE. The staff and the management are top notch. They make every single member feel welcomed. I talk to people of all races and ages, and they always have nothing but positive things to say about Legends. I enjoy talking to everyone at the gym and have created many friendships there.

I joined this gym last year in hopes to stay active while going to therapy after shoulder surgery. I didn’t use much of the gym but as I healed and have been able to gain some strength, I renewed my contract at the beginning of this year and have enjoyed more of what it has to offer.
