DREADFUL!!!! Lifetime Peachtree Corners is a very poorly run facility. The staff treat customers like dirt. The manager Dillon behaves as if he owns the entire franchise - do not bother talking to him, he will ignore you. The membership dues increase sharply on a regular basis with zero added benefits. The gym area is smaller than that at any standard Lifetime facility. You cannot reserve an indoor court for tennis or anything else but there are often courts standing empty. The cafeteria staff are slower than molasses with preparing food. The shower soap dispensers are ridiculously high at almost 6 feet - which brain trust came up with that idea? Isn't that discriminatory against short people? Also, they dropped the water pressure and temperature in the showers to save bucks. What a scam. Even though they have a crappy, often dirty outdoor pool they have no costume drying device at this facility. The other Lifetime gyms do. I would also not drink any water from the big green water bins that they have everywhere. That water tastes metallic when it warms up because they are probably taking it directly from very old municipal faucets. Yes, it is tap water. This Lifetime has a weird, non-intuitive layout and only a fraction of the exercise facilities offered elsewhere. But they do have lots of tennis courts and pickleball courts. Be very careful of the open play sessions. The organization of which is dreadful. You will find absolute noobs intermixed with 4.5+ players. It is a very unpleasant, unfriendly and rude environment to play in. At $219 per month per person Lifetime is certainly, by far, the most expensive large-scale gym operation in the USA. Look elsewhere for better treatment and value for money.

RUDE!!!!!!!!!! Staffs at Peachtree Corners
Most of the staff at Life Time Peachtree Corners are friendly and professional, but my experiences with pickleball Joshua, pickleball Maria, and a lady named Jael have been consistently negative. They’ve come across as rude and condescending, treating members as if they’re beneath them. What’s worse, when I raised the issue with the general manager, he showed little concern or willingness to address it. The lack of accountability is troubling, and the atmosphere created by this group feels more intimidating than welcoming. As a paying member, I expect respectful treatment and a positive environment. I won't come there again unless those people are gone.

Our family loves this place. It has a sports club resort feel that is immediately calming once you drive onto the somewhat hidden campus. It offers a large amount of well maintained indoor and outdoor pickleball and tennis courts. My son and I started playing pickleball here and it's very easy to have a private game or participate in open play with all skill levels. This facility recently invested in an extensive remodel and they did a fantastic job of expanding the gym and updating all areas. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is always lovely and willing to help. Membership seems expensive on its face but considering the entire package, we think it is a steal.

Shame on the management, wasting a sensational tennis court stadium, converted to 4 EMPTY pickleball courts.
lot's of missed opportunities, always trying to reserve indoor courts but they're fully booked, when in reality they're empty, i have pointed this out in person but no one cares.
We can't bring guests to play league matches, we only have up to 4 guest pases and limited to 90 day visit for the same person.

*UPDATE: the general manager gave me a call and we had a productive conversation.
I visited the Lifetime Peachtree Corners location for the first time and was extremely disappointed. The gym looked more like a construction site than a fitness center, with tarps and equipment scattered around. I asked the front desk if the gym was open, and she simply told me to go past the tarps—no mention that the treadmill area was closed.
I started my run, and within a minute, a staff member approached me asking if I was a member. That was an odd and frustrating way to start a conversation, especially since I clearly had access to the facility. He then informed me the treadmill area was closed due to work being done, though there were only a few men sitting on massage chairs and one adjusting a light fixture. The treadmills were fully set up and didn’t appear to be under construction.
He said only the weight room was open, which was in complete disarray—dismantled equipment and several workers moving around. There were no signs, no updates on the website, and clearly no communication to the front desk staff about what was actually accessible. The website only stated that the gym would be closed on Thursday for updates, but it’s Tuesday.
I had carefully planned a break in my workday to get a quick workout in, and instead I wasted my time. For the amount I pay monthly for a family membership, this experience was unacceptable. Lifetime needs to do better with communication and transparency.

They don’t even let you bring people in for tennis matches anymore unless you use one of your 4 monthly guest passes or pay 60$... What’s the point of paying 150$ a month to not even be able to bring in playing partners? The only reason I got a membership here is because I’m registered for multiple tennis leagues and now can’t even use this as my home court. Not to mention everything is extremely overpriced. Run from this place as they will rob the living daylights out of you

They treat their members like garbage. They have week long pickleball tournaments every month and don’t allow members to park. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve driven to the gym just to be told I can’t park because of their tournaments. $200 a month and I can’t even use the facilities. Also they continually raise rates and their guest policy is terrible.

CHARGING FEES WITHOUT NOTICE OR POLICY SHARED WITH CUSTOMERS!!! Starting from the recent few months, I noticed there were a bunch of random no show fees charged to my account that I found out 1.5 month later due to ZERO notification/receipt! except checking my CC transactions. I called and asked for the policy. The lady explained that as long as I checked in at the club on the day, I will be fine. One day, I called to cancel a reservation. Typically, no fees will be charged. But, again, without any notice, my CC is charged. We called for a refund and take back the reservation. Yesterday, showed up at the club, someone used my reserved court since I showed up slightly late to take care of my parents. This person claimed that the court is not reserved…idk why. We played for the remaining time. Then, I got charged for no show again!!! I called again, they told me I showed up late! NOWHERE on my app speaks about a late fee? They refused to refund me and promised an explanation from his manager. No one called, picked up my phone, sent me an email. I love the indoor court, but I have not seen a club that changed their policy multiple times within 3 months to charge customers without notice! Is that even legal? No one sent me a policy update, app is not updated. Staff is friendly, club is nice, but be ready to pay ransom hidden fees at the club to enjoy.

I was a member for 3 months. And I have more negative than positive experiences with the club
The only good thing about this club is the facility is in good shape. Equipments are nice, the locker room is always very clean. The courts are very nice.
Now let’s get to the part that I am not happy about the club.
The tennis booking system is absolutely horrible. And the person in charge of the court reservation is extremely rude. There are two times I was very angry with the way the club handled the situation.
First time: I booked a court but apparently it was supposed to be blocked out for a pickleball event. The person in charge gave me a call and was basically like: there’s a pickle ball event so you don’t have a court anymore. IT IS CLUB’S RESPONSIBILITY TO BLOCK IT TO PREVENT DOUBLE BOOKING. The person called me didn’t event offer me an alternative solution. Treated me like it’s my fault that I booked a court. He was nice enough to later called me again and offered me another court during that time.
Second time happened yesterday. I booked court 3. And you guessed it, they forgot to block it again. The court was still painted with pickleball lines. I invited a friend to come play, when we got there, we were speechless. This time they didn’t event call me. We went back to the front desk, the tennis pro there basically was telling me that I can play tennis on the pickleball court because there’s tennis net on it(it doesn’t even have tennis lines). And another lady was saying in an angry tone: “what do you want us to do? There is no other court. You will not get anything because you’re talking to us because you’re upset.
Well, you are certainly right. I drove 20 mins to my club to play on a court I reserved and just to find out it is now a pickleball court and there is no other court available. Not to mention I invited a guest. I am obviously upset.
The result was the lady telling me the best thing I can do is complain to the manager tomorrow through email because the phone number on the card at the front is the number for mainline and the manger Oliver is not there.
I would like to use disrespectful to describe the ways the staff handle their own mistakes. Even when mistakes were not directly caused by them, they all treated like it wasn’t their business to help me find a solution. TRAIN YOUR STAFF. It just makes the club look bad.
As I am writing this review, I ended my membership. It is simply a very nice place with very untrained employees. I no longer think it worth the money and energy to stay with the club and always expect the courts not available due to their booking staff’s mistake and no one can stand up and provide solution when needed.

They block off the largest parking lot every time they have a dumb pickleball or tennis tournament and force all PAYING MEMBERS into the smallest lot with not enough spaces. It’s already a premium gym and they’re trying to sell parking passes for these events. Terrible management and treatment of members.

There is only one wall to practice tennis and it was turned into a pickleball field with metal stabilizers, it can’t be moved. I don’t understand why the only practice wall field for tennis was transitioned like this. It would be achieved with a removable net.
This location in my understanding will turn into a more like a club for pickleball.

3/15/2024 update:
I was never contacted regarding the unauthorized charge on my card (see 3/12/2024 review below) even though Anya Crawford said someone would call me back. Members: please check your statements, Anya Crawford will charge your card without authorization or notice for services/experiences not rendered.
Anya Crawford then left a note on my account where she conveniently left out details that would've revealed her incompetence.
I disputed it with my credit card and it was credited back to my account.
What an amazing way to treat a signature member visiting your club.
3/12/2024:
I would like to say this is NOT my home club. My home club is Life Time Tennis Galleria in Houston which is excellently operated by Teddy DiBlasi and Gary Armstrong. The concierge team they have assembled in Houston is nothing short of exceptional. I cannot say the same for the Peachtree Corners location.
I booked a court yesterday at the Peachtree Corners location to hit with a friend that I have not seen in 4 years. Today, I received a notification (from my credit card) that I was charged $31.80. I called and spoke with Anya Crawford; she stated that I was charged for a 'match fee.'
There are several problems here.
#1 I am a signature member. Signature members do not incur fees to use courts. I also checked under reservation rules for this club and it also states that Signature members do not pay court time and there is no mention of a 'match fee.'
#2 When I called today, Anya Crawford asked if I played a match indoors; I answered yes because the keyword here for me was 'indoors.' We did not play a 'match,' however we did hit 'indoors;" not one serve was hit. I am not part of any flex leagues.
#3 She then stated that she checked-in my guest who 'disclosed' to her that we were playing a 'match.' I was unaware of a 'match' fee so my guest obviously was not aware of such terminology. I spoke with my guest and he stated that he does not remember her asking him any such question and that she was bantering with another team member, was very much distracted and was rude.
#4 Why was my guest asked about our use of the facilities but I (the signature member) was not? Nor was it disclosed that I would be charged a 'match fee.'
#5 During our conversation she was very rude and adamant that I played a match, essentially calling me a liar.
I have no problem paying a fee if: Signature members are subject to these fees AND if the fee was disclosed to me AND if I actually played a match!
Anya Crawford at best needs re-orientation of proper customer service skills, communication skills and absolutely an attitude adjustment. Lifetime Galleria would NEVER speak to a member in the accusatory, condescending manner in which she spoke to me. I am actually shocked since Teddy came back to us in Houston from this club and I was expecting a similar experience.
I am still awaiting a call from managment.

Scheduled a tour. Only 1 person working up front so was unable to take a guided tour. Kids Club was important to me since I have 2 kids. Was told to go back and speak to them about it. The lady back there was filling in for someone and had no clue.
Great way to make someone feel like they wasted time and aren't important enough. For a gym that charges well over 200, it seems like you're understaffed.
Complete waste of my time. This was a scheduled tour. At least have the decency to call and cancel it.
Way to put your worst foot forward on new members.

For $130+ a month, I’d expect the weight area to have much more equipment. Like other reviewers have commented, I’ve been to hotel and apartment gyms with more equipment! It’s really obvious the gym was an afterthought here. So, if you don’t love tennis this place doesn’t offer much else. And yes, cell reception is a big issue because the gym is in the basement area so listening to music or streaming stuff on your phone is annoying. I’ve switched locations and it’s worth the extra drive. Shame since I live close by!

Really wish I never signed up... They have a shady charging structure. They jack up prices when convenient and without warning. They figured out I was canceling which is a complete pain. Cant do it in person, cant do it over the phone, you have to call THEN they email you a shady link to a simple form which you have to fully fill out. I thought I canceled once and they conveniently stopped charging... but now they re-started charging my account at a 65% higher rate. They now say I have to re-cancel which requires a 30 day wait time? The Covid signup incentives, when they were begging people to join, included a cancel anytime perk, which they fully reneged on.
It's going to be an extra $500 total for me by the end of this stunt they pulled. It's 2021, lets try to not support these practices so places like this can die out. If you still decide to use this location, save your initial contract and be aware they will try and hide/lie on how to cancel their subscription anyway they can.

Beware of the personal training department. Here's how it works, no matter when you sign up for sessions they bill you immediately for a month's worth of sessions. Then they bill you again on the 1st of the month. You MUST give 30 days notice to cancel sessions or they will just keep billing your credit card on the first of the month. In my case, the training wasn't worth the money, so I cancelled almost right away, but I was on the hook for 2 months worth of sessions anyway. It is these sorts of tactics that give the gym business a bad name in my opinion. When I complained, the manager can me 200 "LT Bucks" which can only be used in certain areas of the club, not the cafe. I have yet to find a use for them. This club is very nice and the people are friendly, but the personal training department will tell you one thing verbally, but then not do what they said later and point to fine print.

Invited for a festive event. This place appears to be an inclusive health club, top notch for family and friends. We arrived a bit after 5pm I had to give my name on their tablet for entry. It was very roomy and the area was clean but the bathroom had a very overwhelming odor of urine. They probably need to give it more attention during the times they have so much traffic. The place was packed with tennis players and kids roaming around in the lounge area, so they were busy. Staff was friendly especially the bartender that helped with our area setup.

Unfair and reckless billing practices. Not even deserving of the one star.

When signing up we were told that even though the actual gym area is substantially smaller than a regular club, they still invested the same amount of money into maintaining and updating the equipment as other Lifetime locations.... BIGGEST LIE EVER! The equipment was probably bought in the late 90's... used. At an auction. It's all woefully outdated and only about half of the cardio equipment functions properly. (Which there isn't much equipment available in the first place, so 50% being out of commission is quite a hit)
However, you may be surprised to learn that 100% of the equipment is FILTHY. I'm talking crusty, sticky, sweat-salt-stained filthy. Like a grimy film that's coating basically all of the equipment. To add insult to injury, they provide a few dispensers of ever so slightly pre-moistened (stamp sized) towelettes to clean the equipment with. IF you're quick enough to make it from the dispenser to the equipment before the moisture evaporates, you'll be disappointed to discover that they are so heavily scented with synthetic fragrances that you'd rather take your chances with the grimy crust afterall!
The locker rooms are maintained to a much greater degree of cleanliness, but only 1/3 of the locker's prefabbed locks still work. Accessing the locker rooms is a different story however. Especially the women's, as the narrow hallway only allows for single file access. If another person is in the hallway it requires both parties to press their backs against opposite walls and slide by one another. I'm not joking.
There's also no sauna, no steam room, no indoor pool. The life cafe offers far less grab-and-go options than your average gas station, except of course it's three times more expensive.
We made a reservation for a free introduction to reformer pilates class, the instructor was almost 10 minutes late. This wouldn't have been that big of a deal except we also need a reservation for a pool side social event that we received invites for via email. We found out after we actually showed up to attend, that this club doesn't participate in typical lifetime events. So why are they still listed on the reservation? Mystery. And no one bothered to call or email and let us know about that event or any of the other classes we'd reserved in advance that were subsequently cancelled.
If all you need is access to tennis courts, which they have quite an abundance of, (both indoor and out) this club could work for you. It's about ~$65/person a month for access to this puny single club, without the indoor tennis, plus whatever enrollment fee they're charging at the time you sign up, plus plenty of upcharges for any sort of extra perks you might consider.
But we are canceling our membership after 2.5 months and going elsewhere.

Great Gym I loved going in the morning. However I have moved and can no longer go. I have been trying to get my membership canceled for almost 90 days now. It requires a 30 day notice to lifetime. I have not heard anything out of customer relations.

Facility is okay, but no sauna, indoor pool, etc. One star because they'll randomly charge you for something you did not use. This has happened twice and if I didn't check my credit card, they would have gotten away with it. Your card is on file with them, so it may happen without notice. I asked for a manager to call me regarding the issue and never received a call. I had to call their Corporate office for it to be fixed.

I get that you have tournaments and stuff. But really with the yelling and very loud music at 8:30-9 in the morning when people live right around the facility?!?!

I primarily use the weightlifting area of the gym and the cardio machines and it's great. While there aren't a lot of weights/lifting areas/machines, it's generally pretty quiet down there, so I've never had a real issue getting a machine I wanted. Lifetime keeps the gym and locker rooms perfectly clean and all of the employees are incredibly kind and helpful. Great gym all around!
