I came into this Lifetime Spa appointment (which includes use of the gym, pool, etc.) feeling genuinely hesitant. A recent cancellation and communication issue had left me disappointed and unsure about returning. I had called to cancel 23 hours and 15 minutes before my appointment—just 45 minutes outside the 24-hour window—yet I was charged the full amount for a service I did not receive. I was also told that if I did not pay the fee, my future appointments would be cancelled, which felt unusually punitive and surprising given my long history as a loyal guest.
Because of that experience, I hadn’t booked my next visits and felt stuck about whether to return.
That said, a last-minute opening with a different massage therapist felt like a chance to try again, and I’m glad I took it. The service was excellent—calming, attentive, and exactly what I needed. The receptionist was especially kind; she even made me a cup of tea afterward, which was a first for me and a gesture I truly appreciated.
This visit reminded me of the warmth, professionalism, and care that originally drew me to LifeSpa. While the previous cancellation situation was difficult and discouraging, this positive experience helped rebuild some trust. Thank you for creating a relaxing and supportive environment during this visit.

Orville and Calvin , the management are amazing and very kind - great management
Shout out to front desk too 💕
The amenities are amazing. The equipment is amazing. The club is clean. There’s so many positives
Most members are respectful but the high school boys are annoying.
The club is overall great
I was one of the first 100 members when the club opened in 2012 .- a very nice club and very spacious and the staff make it a better place 💕

I’ve been using the facility for years and pay a much higher fee than two places with better seniors rates nearby. Today I ordered a protein shake and showed my card for the charge. The counter person turned around a console to request a tip that I passed on. I told her it’s not a reflection of her service that has not even been performed yet. I explained the rate I play near $200 per month pay as a senior and the company ought to be able to pay a decent wage. I have decided never to buy a shake to avoid the “shame” of not paying a tip.
Lifetime, you just lost future revenue for that intrusion and I’ll te-shop other nearby gyms.

So it’s a ok club. I was at onelife perimeter and switched to lifetime for the amenities. They have a lot of classes but if ur a weight training person equipment is dated at the Roswell road location. Leg press machine is old only one smith machine . Peachtree corners location is small as well and mainly a tennis pickleball center .
Perimeter has brand new excellent floor equipment . Classes have to get going but good trainers, definitely do not like the coed infrared sauna, hot tub which is small and gets awkward even if your married - poor choice to make coed

Occurred an extra charge when i got to this gym in sandy springs. They don’t have a wind down station so im not sure why they are charging more at this location, as they do not have the equipment that other locations do. The check in person wasnt very accommodating. I brought a guest with me and was embarrassed by how much the front desk person put my guest through to work out with me. Ive been to other lifetime locations and this one is not the best. Thank you

The Kids academy is truly THE best. I love how engaging they are, don’t use the tvs like most gyms do just plop kids in front of a screen. My kids love going and are often mad when I pick them up because they want to stay longer. Great staff, Jacinda is top notch. One of the kindest people I have met and she has a great staff. We drive out of our way to take our kids here and it is so worth it. Thank you!

I have been a member for all most 10 years. The original platform that was Lifetime is gone. You pay through the nose for everything you get! Membership dues increase almost yearly with decreasing amementies. The weight room has become an overrun pain. No matter what time of day you come it will be packed. It is simply too small. There absolutely dress code what so ever, especially at the pool!

This gym oversells, it’s so crowded that you have to wait for machines or can’t even workout. Paying roughly $250 a month, I should not have to wait on a machine.
The chest machines are so close together you can’t even get in between them if you need a spotter. Constantly competing with Personal trainers for machines or they’re reaching a class at peak hours and take up every squat machine or bike.
If gyms weren’t so capitalist they could provide a good experience for their customers.

This is an amazing gym!! Whatever negative reviews on here are obviously not in regards to the overall club and facilities. This is without a doubt the best gym in the area with the most amenities.
I am a newer member and am very impressed with every aspect of this club. The cleanliness, friendly staff, variety of classes offered and abundance of machines available make this a very comfortable place to workout or relax.
I love how spread out things are and it never feels crowded!! I can’t stand feeling crowded in a gym or a locker room, all of the rooms here are spacious including the steam room and sauna. From what I have seen the gym seems to be well staffed and has always looked clean.
The app is well designed and makes it so easy to check in and book classes! The pool area is large and I love the beach club cafe and bar. The 21+ pool area is perfect too for
Those of us who don’t want to hear little kids screaming and running around!
I enjoy spending time at this club and feel that it’s worth every penny. Great experience and I will recommend it to anyone looking for a new fitness spot!

I’m not sure why all the negative reviews. I’m giving this place a five star because of the location and the amenities the staff are decent. There are a few people who shine really bright at the front desk, which is what I’ve seen to be the case in many of the Lifetime gyms that I’ve been to Front desk staff is amazing. The equipment is usually clean and working. They invest a lot to make the experience great I don’t know of any other gym in the area that can surpass the amenities that you get and yes, they are not 24 hours like they used to be but they open pretty early at 4 AM and close relatively late at 12 AM. I would love for them to open later, but these hours are still decent and parking has never been a problem. I have noticed that the gym is typically packed very early in the morning until about 8 AM and same for the evening overall this is a cleaner and higher in location than the other onesso you can expect more equipment and in decent shape

No one who goes to this gym knows how to re-rack their weights. No one who goes to this gym knows how to cohabitate a space so others can work out. Think of all the cringe videos of people in front of a mirror doing all the damaging weighted movements with bad form + middle age ego lifting + super packed gym busy hours with no thought in efficiency to support their paying customers. This is that gym.
Recommendation- review your lifting weighted area. Expand and spread it out taking up your open mirrored area closer to the stairs. Or get more benches and squat racks. Definitely get more dumbbells.
Have one of your towel guys serve as a ‘bat boy’ and re rack the weights so your weight room is organized. Do this because none of the grown adults here are able to do it themselves.
Opinion from someone that wants to keep coming but is having a hard time due to the disorganization of the place.

I really like this place. It has all the amenities I want in a gym and then some. I'm easy to please; all I want is a well-equipped weight room and a clean locker room. That's about it - and this place has that.
There are four or five flat benches, an incline bench, a decline bench, a seated press, a belt squat, which I love b/c, due to medical issues, I can no longer back squat. There are tons of squat racks, two Smith machines, Hammer equipment, TechnoGym equipment, trap bars and more. I rarely have to wait for a piece of equipment, but I don't go at peak times, either. They don't have what is call esoteric equipment like cancer bars, but I think few at this gym would use, or know how to use that.
Workers are constantly cleaning the floors and mirrors on the walls. I know that's hard to keep up with. They also rack weights that people leave on the floor.
A few things I don't like:
1) Unsupervised young kids play in the weight room and have no idea what they're doing. One was playing on the assisted dip machine and just jumped off; I was sure he broke something.
2) People sit on their phones for several minutes at a time while they're on equipment. I saw one guy get on a machine I was waiting for and immediately got on his phone for five or ten minutes without beginning a set. Phones should be banned on the gym floor.
3) Barbell collars are few and far between. I'm sure they're being stolen. The gym should allow no bags on the gym floor.
4) People don't rack weights when they're done with them. Sometimes I have to search all over the gym to find plates.
5} Trainers seem to turn a blind eye to any of the things I've outlined. Maybe they've been told to for fear of upsetting people, but I'm sure there are many of us that would love to see the things I've outlined stopped.
Otherwise, as I've said, I love this place.

I had a terrible experience at this gym because of how I was treated by the front desk receptionist. She had long braids and was working when I came in Monday around 2pm. I asked her a question, and instead of helping, she gave me so much attitude. It felt like she couldn’t be bothered to do her job and just wanted me to go away.
She was rude, dismissive, and worst of all — she started laughing at me. I felt completely disrespected and honestly bullied. I left the gym in tears because of how she made me feel. I asked to speak to the manager, and she completely ignored me.
I came to this gym to feel better about myself, not to be treated like I don’t matter. This experience was heartbreaking, and I hope management takes it seriously. No one should ever be made to feel like this in a place that’s supposed to support your well-being.

I go to their salon to see Diedra for my silk press and blow out! She’s taken care of my hair for years and my hair is always on point.
The front desk is annoying when you just want to go to their spa though! I’m a member at another lifetime and they don’t act like you’re stealing when you have a spa appointment. Aside from the concierge front desk the spa staff is nice and courteous. I “recommend” this place if you’re Asian. They have horrible customer service. And they don’t care whatever happened in the gym.
Pickleball instructor Cynthia is either a racist or not friendly to beginners. She lied in front of me and her bad attitude ruined everything.
She asked to replace with someone after me and my partner lost a game, which I understand based on the rules. But my partner, who is someone she knew, was still on the game. She didn’t ask me anything and just took my paddle and requested me to get off the court.
The front desk left me email to manager, but they didn’t do anything about this.

After 17 years as a Lifetime Fitness member and over $50,000 spent, I never expected to be treated so poorly. My husband and I, both seniors, valued the privacy and accessibility of the family locker room and always used it respectfully and only later in the night when it wasn't in use by families. Yet, Orville Clarke, the general manager, chose to suspend our membership over a minor dispute.
One evening, during an early closure for Hurricane Helene, Orville banged on the suite doors, yelling at us to leave—despite us being within the allowed time. My husband stepped out of his suite, thinking there was an emergency, and told Orville his behavior was unprofessional. A week later our membership was suspended.
When I called corporate in Minnesota, Nan in customer service banned us nationwide without any compassion or understanding. Meanwhile, this gym ignores filth, cockroaches, and non-members sneaking in—yet they target paying seniors using a locker room?
In the end, Orville did us a favor. We’re saving $200/month and have found a gym that actually respects its members, while providing the same services at the same level of quality. If you expect a level of service matching the membership fee, Lifetime Sandy Springs will disappoint.

One of my favorite Lifetime locations besides Sugarloaf and Johns Creek. I'd say this is slightly better than Alpharetta.
Better than Buckhead for sure despite not being a premium club.
MANAGEMENT READ SUGGESTIONS BELOW FOR SUMMER/POOL HOURS ETC
Some changes I would like to see that would increase members' satisfaction and new members:
1. Better food and more options at the cafe, or make the burger somewhat cheaper. Otherwise I don't see many people eating there
2. Make sure to clean towels and the steam room well consistently (although I will say 98% they are very clean)
3. The water slides in the summer and the poolside cafe and outdoor pools are a big hit, please make sure to open as early in the summer as possible, close as late as you can in the summer, and staff enough lifeguards so that kids and family's can have their fun. This will lead to more and more renewals and many family's will not cancel their plans the rest of the year, in hope of having another fun summer. It should be mid-May-end of September or even 2nd week of October. (obviously weather dependent on any storms etc, could even reduce hours in the first 2 weeks of october but this would be nice!)
-you could even enact a summer month's surcharge of 10-20% on the total monthly amount a member is paying, but if they pay for 3+ months in the non-summer months, this get's refunded.

I have been a Lifetime member for roughly a year now and my experience at this location has been very positive. The cleanliness of the facility, professionalism of the staff, and quality of group training instructors - in particular, Hallie, Diana, and Francisco - are aspects of membership that well-warrant the price tag. Additionally, this location has a community feel to it that other gyms tend to lack. I highly recommend considering Lifetime over the other cheap, gimmicky chain spots across the metro area.

I have been a member of Lifetime Sandy Springs for 2 years now. Today I left my water bottle and realized once I got home. I knew exactly where I left it and called the front desk to see if they could confirm if it was there before making the 25 min drive back. I was placed on an 18 min hold (which was not a problem) only to be told that she would not go look and that I could come back and take a look if I would like. I explained that I lived far away and that I would really appreciate her taking a moment to confirm if it was there or not. She was quite rude. I then called back because the conversation did not sit well with me and asked to speak to the manager. He was not on duty, so I asked to reach his voicemail. She gave me a fake number. Not to mention this is not my first complaint on Lifetime Sandy Springs. There are 12-15 yr old kids just “hanging out” on the gym floor not working out and just in the way. Additionally, there are unattended tweens at the pool at 10 at night yelling and causing a scene when I am trying to relax. The aquatics director did handle the pool issue quickly and well and that I commend! I go to this gym 6 days a week and will be escalating the lack of help from the front desk in person. I pay for a “luxury” gym experience. If I wanted crunch fitness level service I would pay $10 a month not $300. If anyone has any recommendations of an upscale gym in Sandy Springs we are in the market.

Today, I decided to write a review about this location. I've been coming here for a couple of months and I really like it. I really wish people would stop saying that this place isn't clean. I've seen people post pictures of hair in the drain and towels on the floor. I've also seen reviews about the staff being unprofessional, which I have never experienced that so I can't speak on it. As far as the place being clean, I will speak about that. What i realized from coming to this place is that a lot of the people who visit here feel that they're entitled and are privileged so they don't feel like they have to clean up behind themselves, which is ridiculous. This facility gives you all the resources you need to keep it cleaning. They literally have a trash can at every door and napkins so that if you do have hair that you left in the sink or the drain in the shower, you can wipe it out. If you have a towel there is literally a place to put the return towels by the exit door so there is no excuse for you to leave the towels on the floor all over the place. You want to blame the facility and the workers for the uncleanliness, but you need to blame yourself. Everyone should clean up after themselves. Just because they have people who claim the facility does not mean that they are the maid, meaning pick up after yourself. It's not their job. Stop making a mess. I think in some people's minds that they think it's staff job to clean up after them so they don't respect the facility or other people who are using the facility. In reality, their job to keep the facility clean, but we have to do our part. When I come to this facility, it's clean. So by the time I leave, if it's dirty, it's from everyone else not doing their part. It's literally no reason why this place should not be clean. They give you all the tools you need. So please stop being lazylazyand clean up behind yourself. There are other people that use this facility. Stop being lazy and making it hard for everyone else. And you know who you are.

I expected a lot from this Lifetime given its premium price point, but it ended up being a huge letdown. This is by far the worst Lifetime gym I've visited, both in Georgia and Texas.
First off, the lighting is terrible. It's dim and uninviting, making it hard to feel energized for a workout. The workout areas look old for a gym that charges such high fees. Adding to the frustration, the speakers are broken in most parts of the gym, so don't expect to enjoy any music with tempo or energy.
The playlist they do manage to play sounds like it's straight out of a retirement home. It's completely uninspiring and actually made my workouts feel longer and more tedious.
The gym is cluttered with way too many televisions, all displaying low-brow content like MSNBC, Fox News, reality TV shows, and even silly dog pageant competitions. This constant barrage of distractions is annoying and makes it hard to focus on exercising. Why are TVs necessary above the free weight area? That make zero sense.
It's clear that whoever is the operations manager or organizes this gym has done a pretty poor job, especially for this so-called "premium athletic club."
Considering the high membership cost, especially when compared to surrounding Lifetime gyms, this place is an absolute rip-off. Save your money and find a better gym. This one is a total waste.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I recently had a distressing encounter with the customer service at Lifetime Fitness, and I feel compelled to share my experience. Upon calling to inquire about my membership status, I was met with astonishingly rude and unprofessional behavior from the lady at the front desk.
Not only did she repeatedly put me on hold without explanation, but she also used inappropriate language when I asked a simple question about my membership expiration date. Her lack of courtesy and disrespect towards a paying member was utterly unacceptable.
As someone who values good customer service, I was deeply disappointed by this experience. It's disheartening to see such behavior tarnishing the reputation of what is otherwise a reputable establishment.
I sincerely hope that Lifetime Fitness takes this feedback seriously and implements measures to ensure that all members are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

Some weeks ago, made a review about the state of the showers in the family lockerroom. I was hoping on a postive change after the comments from Life Time, unfotunately NOTHING has changed. Teenagers going into the shower together..... a lot of woman without children are using the family lockerroom showers. Towels on the floor, hairs every where.
Seriously reconsidering our membership.
I believe that there is new management, location is however going in the wrong direction.
People are rude, showers are broken and dirty. Restrooms not clean.
Family lockeroom looks more like a senior living locker room, needed to wait and to my surprise the people exiting did not have any children with them in the showers.
When you want to mention this F2F to management they will not take the time to talk to you.

Finally canceled membership after having 2 sets of headphones AND a weightlifting belt stolen in the last 2 months...all taken from a gym bag that was briefly left unattended for a few minutes each time! I can't really blame the Lifetime people for this but it's sad that other members 'made their pre conceived and pre planned moves' in a matter of seconds! Yes there are lockers with combination locks available but they're not conveniently located if you're upstairs working out, and how sad is it that one should need to always fear for the safety of your personal items every second you're at the gym! Some people are just plain obnoxious!

I was visiting from Houston for a conference and wanted to make sure I still got in a workout. I searched the different Lifetime locations and decided to visit this one due to the positive reviews and let me tell you, they did not disappoint. Damita, in the Life Cafe, in particular, was extremely friendly and helpful with getting me all squared away with water, energy drinks, and even a new lifetime shirt. She definitely made this new visit seamless and if I am ever in the area again, will definitely only hit up this location because of her. AWESOME experience!

Me and my husband came here to inquire about a membership. The woman began telling us about it.. the phone rang and she then abruptly tells me to hang on and proceeds to talk on the phone rather than help us finish the signing up process. For 200 a month per member, please do better. Could they not have been placed on hold? Is this the policy? The phone is never more important than an in person interaction. This happened at approximately 1:45pm today. It would be wise to address the level of customer service/respect. Back in 2020, it was a personal office consultation as well. I guess now the front desk is all you get. LA fitness representatives show more courtesy.. surely left a bad taste in my mouth right off the bat and will not be joining Lifetime.

A decent place to exercise, stretch and lift weights. My biggest complaint is from the fellow gym users; many of them are extremely inconsiderate of others and believe the entire gym is their private home. Leaving your drink, phone, wallet and keys sitting in the middle of the floor is not only foolish behavior but also asking for something bad to happen. Sitting in the pool and jacuzzi area sauna is usually peaceful but many people are too scared to go ten minutes without their tablet or phone and opt to play annoying videos for everyone to hear. These people are truly pitiful as well as terribly inconsiderate.
There have been few changes here and there. The towels are now considerably lower quality than before and the filthiness of the locker rooms is getting worse because the staff don't enforce rules or warn sloppy members.

Some of the personal trainers who work their need to focus on their client and not other people trying work out. There’s this one trainer that always stares at my friend weird every time she is there and it is really self degrading and rude. He needs to learn how to mind his own business… A lot of them do like some people don’t wanna feel judged when they’re working out. Specifically garrett needs to mind his own business

I am giving this a 3 star review because I saw about 15+ cockroaches in the pool area come out at once.... It was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen and at this gym. They nees to get this cleaned up and have those cracks sealed, asap! I love the gym but this threw me off and having my little one running around in the pool was not clean. Lifetime Management, please get this handled and controlled, you have kids running around and this is not sanitary.

I love Life Time, and always will. I worked at this particular location as well, and had a wonderful 3 years changing peoples lives. The reason I’m rating a 3 vs a 5 is ever since they got rid of their sales team they do not care about their members, former members, or potential members. They’ve hiked their prices to $500 for a small family, they changed their policies, and no one cares anymore if you’re a member or not. No one wants to help. This only bothers me because i used to work for the company, and know this didn’t used to be the culture. They’re so money hungry now.. it’s disappointing and upsetting to see the place i planned to let my children grow into amazing humans, turn into robotic-lifeless shell of a club.
Still also 3 stars, because it’s still unparalleled facilities, swim lessons, and camp.

Very upset! Either the this was an inside job or some tech savi thief has a duplicate men's gym locker key. Within 5 minutes of starting my workout I was receiving fraud alerts from AMEX, VISA and Chase Bank. All of my credit cards were being used to transfer money through Cash App or make online purchases for a total of $20,000.00. When I went to check on my locker I was unable to open it. They had changed my code. When the attendant with the key showed up my wallet was sitting on top of my gym bag with all of the credit cards put back in the same order. They must have taken photos of the front and backside of all cards. Whoever did this didn't want me to think my locker had been broken into and they didn't take my cash $50.00. This really seems like an inside job. Don't trust this gym with any of your valuables.

I called to get clarity on the membership selections and Dominique was super helpful and very pleasant on the phone today at 8:45am. I also went to visit this club with a day pass last week and I truly enjoyed myself! It was very clean and when I walked in I was greeted by a beautiful young lady with short curly hair, glasses, and a pink blazer on Valentine’s Day. The only reason I subtracted a star is because their sauna was out of service which was 80% of the reason I purchase the day pass. Any how, I loved the atmosphere and it was pretty nice!

I have been a member for several years now, and I enjoy the gym and amenities at this location. But things can be improved. I can say that things could be much better especially when it comes to housekeeping. I'm OCD about the cleaning period. The windows, doors, machines, floors, etc do not get cleaned on a daily, weekly, or monthly, which isn't good for staff or members. With covid, this facility should be disinfected on a regular. Some of the staff are extremely warm and welcoming with a smile which is always such a pleasure, especially at the front desk. I just hope going forward that housekeeping is more on the daily side, especially the walls, locker rooms, mirrors, and floors throughout all areas (yoga for sure). Please check out this location come for the staff but stay for the different classes.

They Love taking your money! So I was SOLD a membership over the phone by 3 different sales people for $60 a month. All 3 quoted me the sales price and this was through a corporate membership through my work. All I had to do was use the gym 6 times a month. To my surprise my monthly billing was much more. The manager informed me that was incorrect and there was nothing they could do. That seems to be their standard answer. Since my discount is based on the amount of times I use the gym and that is by my check-in’s. I have noticed not all of my checks ins are registering either. And what’s their answer. Nothing I can do for you. And, to add to it-they tell me it depends on what screen the desk is on if it registers or not. Are you kidding me?

Update: Besides that initial unfortunate mishap and now spending my first couple weeks here as a new member, I've very much enjoyed being a member. The trainers, the amenities, childcare center, the classes...appreciating and enjoying all of it. I would recommend a membership here. Only bad thing is they're losing quite a bit of staff to the new Buckhead location. :/ Hoping new staff are at the level of experience and customer service as the people here now!
Welp, I've just signed up to be a member today. Left excited about it, but I've been trying to get in touch with the Member Concierge and have left two voicemails because I cannot access my account on the app. I've called the front desk numerous times, held once for almost 10 minutes, and now can't get ahold of anyone. I'm trying to register for the parents night out event tomorrow night and am trying to coordinate with my childcare, but this inability to reach this facility has me second-guessing being a member now. Not a great first impression.

Management is awful, they don’t listen to members suggestions just pretend to… They only care about volume getting you in the doors then drop the ball on service. They took out basketball after they sold hundreds of people on it to replace it with pickle ball for literally 7-8 older people because their “numbers” told them is was a growing sport 🤣, and gave ALL members 1 week notice!! Now over 300 members are left to play with 2 goals, and day camp/Events/ and trainers take president to the other half. Bate and switch… It was a move to get limit black members out of their gym because most black younger guys played there. Very slow towel service, Sauna never works and or not hot enough.. hot tub is always out of order…OVERPRICED FOR NO REASON, 0 deals or specials for loyal long term members..Very arrogant/fake staff!! Please go else we’re don’t waste your time or money bring your family!!

I was a long time member on and off with Lifetime and as they continued to increase the membership the services decreased. Initially when I joined I saw the most attended too gym that I had ever stepped foot inside. They vacuumed the tops of the lockers which really impressed me. Fast forward to 2020, I saw a decline in the upkeep of the gym. Although staffing may have been limited due to the pandemic (I am not sure of this…only given it consideration) the gym was noticeably nasty. Dust and dirt was thick underneath the machines. The machines are white so any dirty will stick out like a sore thumb. I took my own Clorox wipes to wipe down the machines I used and the black dirt easily came off the surfaces. I was in the gym this month on July 12 and noticed a large cockroach running back and forth across the floor as I worked out. I remember walking into a shower once (during my membership) and turning around to walk out as the shower was filled with the same hair and dirt that was there the previous night I walked into that same shower and decided to shower at home. This gym expects a single membership of $199 monthly and yet remains to offer subpar service for its expensive membership fees. The thought of my even considering to renew my membership (as this was a visit for reconsideration) is insane. I have never encountered a cockroach running across any other gym that I have visited and their membership is less than $30 monthly. Lifetime I’m not sure what the deal is here but you need to do better.
(I had to screenshot the video I took of this cockroach running around the equipment and floor as I was unable to load the video.)

This place is so dirty. I mean Filthy Dirty. Every where I look it’s over flow of dirty towels piled up 3 feet high, hair and tissue in spa, around the spa. In steam room it’s hair, towels, toilet paper , ugh! dirt as if someone came in the spa with tennis toes . Band aids in and out the pool. Hair all over the pool floors. And you tell me if I want to outside to the pool you want to charge me $100 added to my membership ? Ha! Nice try. Will be canceling TODAY. $289 a month , this place should look like a county club, not rest area stop on the side of the high way. Do better .

I’ve been a member at this location for over 6 years and I never had such a poor and embarrassing experience as me and my family had today with the frond desk personnel (older blonde lady with zero customer service skills.)
I invited two guests to join us for a fun day at the pool and at the same time experience the facility so they can potentially become members as well.
After approaching the lady at the front desk and asked about our guest passes, She said that they don’t allow guests on the weekends. From some reason, this club have been changing their policies in regards to guest passes every other week (this is a new policy for members with seniority.)
At this point, I asked very politely, to speak to a supervisor/manager and see what can be done.
After a few minutes, my guests have arrived and I asked the same lady agin, very politely, if she had a chance to call the manager, instead, completely out of the blue she waved her little walkie-talkie in front of my face claiming that she called SECURITY for absolutely no apparent reason!!!
It’s hard for me to describe how embarrassed me, my family and my guests felt at that moment especially in front of other people!!! As if like we did something wrong by asking a few questions in a very calm and normal manner.
I have no reasonable explanation other than PROFILING!!! One would expect much much better from such a big Corporation like lifetime.
Needless to say, my guests would never consider to become members at this club after this experience and I’m seriously considering to cancel my own.
Sadly, I would highly recommend to take your business somewhere else.

Customer service has always been great, people have treated me with kindness and respect including front desk employees, well up until now! I know people come and go but lately the front desk employees customer service has been below mediocre, I have no desire to see unwelcoming, bitter or disrespectful staff. I pay my monthly bill, I’m not there for free! I would give it 5 stars because there are still some people who are kind and helpful but that’s not accurate and I am beyond generous here!!! Please hire people who really love their job and are passionate about life in general. It is super disappointing!!!

Best all around facility! 2 pools. 1 for lap swimming, 1 big pool roped off for pool therapy, free swimming, & family with children. Lockers, changing area 1 for women, 1 for men with showers supplied with shampoo , body wash cream rinse in each shower. Hair dryers, deodorant body lotion & hair spray. Clean fresh towels in changing areas, pool side. They have a family changing are with towels, showers with a door for privacy.
The 2nd floor has an an elevator to use is needed. The gym is on 2nd floor, it is massive & stocked with all types of work out equipment. Im very impressed. Staff is very supportive & friendly. The whole place is cleaned continuously & pool care is too. They have 2 hot tubs on the 1st floor in pool area.
Cost is higher. But if you can afford a gym & pool membership this is the place to go.
Take a walk thru to see that I telling you the truth. I pay $245.00 monthly for 2 adults for gym & pool .

! I scheduled a tour for 1/9/2022 at 2PM. I arrived at 2:00 and was told to wait 10 minutes. We waited 30 minutes and then the employee who was supposed to give us a tour said to go walk around on our own. We found that odd as we specifically inquired about classes and specific machinery. She said she would come and visit us. After taking a lap around the building we went downstairs to find her and she was sitting down chatting with a coworker at the front reception. This is such a horrible and unfortunate experience as I was looking forward to joining and learning about the gym. To be brushed off and ignored and wasting our time I would hope is not the way you wish to have your customers feel. I hope the manager can address this and someone else doesn’t come and have their time wasted.
