Google does not allow for enough stars! I would give this business 100 if I could. I started with Bryan back in September 2024. It was several weeks after I had surgery for Afib. I was a hot mess. I was obese, my cholesterol and AIC were out of control. In just 4 months, I have lost 30lbs, gained strength and feel better than I have in over a year. I no longer need medication to control my cholesterol or AIC. Bryan is a fantastic coach! He keeps workouts interesting and fun. He is contentious about fitness goals and provides the motivation that a client needs to succeed. This is a judgement free zone! The privacy of this studio is also ideal for anyone who may feel self conscious in a large gym. I will be a long term client and highly recommend this facility to anyone of any age and fitness level! Thank you so much for being supportive and caring of my health/wellness journey!

Cannot say enough good about Brian. My fitness level, strength and posture are all better thanks to him. He knows what I need and switches up workouts so I don't get restless. His strong expertise combined with his focus and encouragement make for great sessions. The facility is well-equipped, easy to navigate and there's plenty of free parking. I have trained with Brian for nearly two years and he is terrific. He's punctual and reliable, but also flexible if things come up last minute. He consistently pushes me without being aggressive. Loved my experience at Live Oak Fitness! It has an intimate feel that for me personally helps a lot with focusing on what I’m doing, I can hear my trainer clearly, and have an amazing work out without worrying about when a machine will be free or loud conversation. Brian is attentive, pushes you, knows so much about body movement and stance and will correct you when needed. He knows when to up your weights or lower them and is so encouraging along the way. This new facility in Decatur is excellently laid out and very conveniently located. The workout area is spacious and very clean, and the way it is set up, you have a private workout area. Brian provides challenging, customized workouts, and has a great deal of knowledge about physiology. My wife and I have been working out with Brian for 6 years and can't say enough good things about him. He also used to train my 80+ year old mother, and did a great job tailoring workouts for her specific physical challenges. He was able to improve her core strength, balance, and overall flexibility so that her quality of life was much better than it was previously.
