Max4Fitness is great at personalizing a workout for individual needs. I was having lots of back pain when I first started working with Michael and after doing resistance/weight training and mobility workouts, I am completely pain free

I can say without reservation or hesitation that Michael is the best trainer I’ve ever had. I have experienced a total body transformation since I started working out with Michael several months ago and my energy level, attitude, and overall demeanor have all changed for the better (not to mention all of my health indicators have also drastically improved). My strength gains have been exponential under the programs Michael has designed and employed specifically for me. His studio is nestled with a beautiful view of trees which gives me a nice reprieve from my busy schedule (it’s almost like I get to get an intense workout while getting a meditative session all in one).
On top of all of the foregoing, Michael is just a great human being - I can honestly call him one of my close friends and I look forward to my workouts each and every day.

I had a total knee replacement a year ago and am still having some issues related to it. I had asked my friend/chiropractor/applied kinesiologist, who is a dedicated good health professional in every way, and works with athletes, and knowledgeable about orthopedic issues if he had any recommendations for trainers. He replied. You need someone who will push you but not let you hurt yourself and I strongly recommend Michael Bonetti. I have been training with Michael for about 3 months and am seeing great improvement in my mobility, stamina and muscle strength. I highly recommend Michael. He is professional and present. He is closely engaged in every training move I make to ensure my safety.

I have been working with Michael BONETTI for over ten years. We work on fitness, balance, strengthening, core, and stamina. Michael is very good at adapting our workouts to our specific individual needs as necessary. (Several of us have artificial knees and hips and other problem areas.) He is always learning new methods and coming up with new ideas and fresh approaches to our workouts. He is a superb trainer and keeps us going.

Recently moved here and was looking for a gym, similar to the one I had been attending. I was skeptical. I wanted a small gym with personal attention and not a lot of frills. Luckily, I found it at Max 4 Fitness. The owner/trainer is extremely knowledgeable and an excellent instructor. The groups are small and you get a lot of instruction and variety in the workout. The facility is extremely well maintained and the sessions are personalized and challenging yet fun.

Michael is an excellent trainer. I have been working with him for more than 6 years, and he has gotten me through several operations and broken bones with no loss of movement.
