About the Club

Mbodyment Fitness operates under trust authority, offering private boot camps, personal fitness programs, and small group sessions. Rooted in a performance-based model inspired by NASM principles, our training emphasizes core stability, strength, and integrated conditioning. All participants complete an attitudinal, physical, and wellness intake aligned with trust standards.
Services are fulfilled privately throughout the South Fulton and Metro Atlanta area.

First off let me just say this....by far the BEST trainer I have ever hired. Mrs. Maureen designed a program specifically with my goals in mind. I trained 1 on 1 with her and also showed up to a few bootcamp sessions. She makes it fun while pushing you to your max. The hardest part of training, is showing up.
