Love the trainer that works there. Rickie McCormick is the go to guy for training. He definitely gives you great results. If you need training ask the front deck for his contact info.

I just recently joined this gym last month. I must say this gym is well organized, clean, and the staff are knowledgeable, and friendly. They also have child care services during staffed hours. I highly recommend.

Very nice gym they have a playroom and even a service to watch your kids during certain times. Great selection of equipment and very sanitary conditions. 24 hours access is great. Well recommended!!
