I really love this place! What I found is not just a dance studio, but a happy, friendly, and lovely space. I love this place so much. My first class was two years ago and I was surprised how supportive and welcoming everyone was! To this day, I am so happy I chose this place to dance. You can see that the owner and teachers truly have a passion. Even if you don't know a lot of technique like me, you will definitely find a class for you where you'll be able to have fun, express yourself and learn. All classes are great. My favorite class is DeLisa's Just Dancing which is an all level hip-hop fusion class. It is so exciting and fun to see how the choreography comes together at the end of class. Booking classes is easy, flexible, and you can pay per class. I highly recommend Motus Dance!

I found MOTUS 3-years ago after relocating to the metro-Atlanta area from Florida. Little did I know that I was finding more than a dance studio. I found a safe space for creativity, learning, happiness, friendship, and one of the most welcoming dance environments that I have ever been a part of (especially when it comes to adult dance classes). This location is beautiful!! It has plenty of space and plenty of parking. The owner Janine is super sweet and communicates well! My wife had a zumba party there and it was perfect. Janine provided us with everything we needed to make the day a success! There is a huge dance floor, superb lighting and speakers that will knock your socks off!! Oh by the way, it really smells good in there. If you are in the area, you definitely need to check out Motus!!

About 4 months ago I wanted to try going back to dance. It made me happy when I was younger. Janine and the staff are amazing. I have laughed and had fun while I exercise and dance. For me dance has always been a family...for most of my life it was my actual family (sisters, cousin and niece all dance(d) too). Since then I've been lucky enough to find new dance families--first in Florida and then in GA. Now I've found my forever dance home. The community is maybe even the best part, but the caliber of classes offered in so many styles specifically for adults is refreshing. Motus truly supports every dancer at every level. There are classes for beginners to advanced/professionals and everything in between. You can't help but feel better after dance for an hour...or several.

I love Motus and the environment and community the owners have created and continue to foster! It is truly a safe place to learn and grow as a dancer (catering to all levels) and also offers yoga and other cross training and conditioning exercise classes to make for a well rounded studio experience. With classes offered throughout the day (including evenings and Saturdays) it works with varying types of schedules. I always feel welcome and comfortable to explore (even with new types of classes for me) and it’s a fun way to exercise. Going to classes brightens up my week for sure!
