No outside lightning, very dark and dangerous walking on uneven sidewalk and pavement.

Parking is at a premium. Wood flooring is dirty. No cleaning crew
visible. Admission should be collected at the door.

Always a good CYB game at old ball ground gym. Leave early, impossible to find. Had a nacho stand WAY back in the day. Always a good time.

Well, it's indoors...so that's good. Sound inside reverberates something fierce - nearly impossible to hear anything clearly (coaches, parents, etc). Floors were dusty, which ya don't want.

This is one of my favorite to watch the kids play basketball. Old gym is a jewel of bygone days. And the only(besides Buffington I believe ) gym in Cherokee County that will generally sell concessions in the gym. Always fun to hang out here.

I will agree with anyone that says this is a great spot to get that 1940's basketball feel. Hardwood floors, poor ventalation, and wood seating for the fans. The lighting is much better now making this a great old-school gym.
