Just started at OTF Milton since Alpharetta closed for remodeling. I remember Jess when she first started but have not seen her in sometime. She is amazing, energetic, and truly cares about the people taking her class. The place is bright, extremely clean, and just a great place to start the day. A great find, a little further for us but worth the drive.

Fabulous coaches and staff. Great supervised workout with numerous modifications as needed. 3 months in with no injuries, losing weight, building strength and endurance and having a good time doing it. Who knew sweating could be so much fun!

Orange Theory is great workout, blending strength and cardio, and doing it with a constantly changing set of exercises which prevents it from getting stale or boring. But it's the sense of community that really puts it over the top. From the minute you walk in, the front desk makes you feel welcome and supported in a genuine way. And the members are always encouraging each other, no matter the level of someone's fitness. Finally, the coaches work incredibly hard to keep the workout moving but always find time to give you the tips and tricks to increase effectiveness and the confidence and inspiration to push you to be your best.

This was my first workout class in quite a while. From the moment of setting up my class and arriving the day of, the staff was engaging and welcoming. They helped walk me through step by step how things would go and made me feel comfortable. Matt was our instructor and he was awesome in helping get me set up on each station and working with me to fully maximize my work out. Great place to get your mind right and sustain you health goals! I can't really put into the words how absolutely amazing the entire staff is at Orangetheory Milton. I was handled with superb care from the moment that I called to schedule my first session. There is an intentional effort to make sure that they are clear on who you are, what you want to achieve and how Orangetheory can help you on your journey. "More Life" is the perfect description for what I've experienced from OTF. I have worked out regularly over the past few months at both Milton and Alpharetta locations, and have seen so much change in my life. I'm running farther and faster, lifting heavier, and seeing constant gains on the water rower. My clothes are fitting better, to the point I almost need new ones. I'm able to stand up easily from sitting on the ground, which I had never done before. I have more energy throughout the day, and I'm sleeping better at night. I've noticed differences in almost every aspect of my life, like being able to run up the stairs with ease. I have a great relationship with everyone and always look forward to going. I may have a favorite coach, but I love all of them and always get a great workout!

It's a very doable workout with spending around 15 min rowing, 15 min with weights, and 15 min on the treadmill. All levels of fitness are able to do it, and the trainers give you a lot of ways to accommodate for the different levels of fitness. Then, once you get into better shape, you are always challenged, and they give you something new to try. It's never boring!

I'm relatively new to OTFMilton (3 months). And have never kept up with a workout routine for this long. Last month, I was out of town for a week and went to an OTF in Texas in order to keep up with my Transformation Challenge workouts. I couldn't wait to get back to OTFMilton! What I love is that I don't have to think about what I am going to do. I just listen and follow the coach's directions. If I can't remember how to do a strength exercise, I can ask the coach for help in modifying it or I can look at the video on the wall to see how to do it. In addition, the workout makes me feel so powerful and strong. I love having the real-time feedback on my heart rate and how hard I'm working out. Update 3/22 I still love it! OTF has added "Lift" classes that are all weight lifting but I have not attended any of them. I prefer the traditional class with about 18 minutes of treadmill (I power walk.), rower (full body workout), and floor (weight lifting) followed by 5 minutes of stretching.

Although Iβm pretty athletic, I really donβt love cardio endurance type workouts and have always thought I would βdieβ doing OTF. I did CrossFit for years and found those workouts to really fit for my love of strength type workouts and shorter periods of high energy output. Well, I was very wrong about Orangetheory. Not only do I absolutely love the workout, it is challenging but doable even for a non-endurance person like me. Additionally, I have gotten to the point that I can run at a base pace in between push/sprint work, and thatβs huge for me. Iβm about to turn 40 (and have 3 kids between the age of 4 and 8), and Iβm probably close to being in the best overall shape of my life outside of high school. I have been to several other studios in Atlanta and around the country since I travel for work, and Milton is definitely my favorite. The layout and equipment are great and the coaches are awesome! 10/10 recommend.

The initial experience was good, but since the opening there has been constant turnover with head coaches, management, class times and class format. I didnβt feel I was getting what I needed based on what I was paying for 3 family members. I submitted a 30 day notice and they continued to charge the full non prorated price for the next billing cycle 30 days later.
Read the contract closely as OT is nice when you sign up, but not so caring when you decide to leave.

I love this OTF location! The reception, locker and bathrooms areas have a bright open layout and are simply beautiful. The gym layout is unique with the row in the center between the floor and treads. I haven't seen another studio like it and it adds to the positive energy. The coaches are fun and inspiring and promote a party-workout atmosphere that makes me want to go back again and again. Thanks, team!

OTF is the best decision I made for my post-partum health - both mentally and physically. The best part in my opinion is the accountability and not having to think or make a decision - you walk in, get greeted by friendly staff, and do what the coach says. Every day is different so itβs never monotonous. I appreciate the community atmosphere and group work out setting, but I can always count on my coaches to keep an eye on me and correct form when needed. I love this place so much! Make the jump - itβs worth every penny for your mental and physical health!

OTF Milton is by far the BEST. Coach Jermaine, Coach Jess, Manager Daniel, SAs Evan and Shelby each make my day every time I come in. The SAs will run back and forth for trouble shooting if you have technology issues, keeping your workout uninterrupted. I think this is going above and beyond because I havenβt experienced that kindness at other OTFs (technology hates me). Evan is my hero.
Jess and Jermaine are energetic, fun, and helpful while also being amazing cheerleaders- not sure how they multitask so well.
Shelby called me to make sure my app was working correctly and to see if I needed any help. This was well after my class was over and very appreciated.
Daniel always has something positive to say before and after class. He hooked me into Orange Theory when patiently explaining everything to me. Twice.
OTF Milton is the best team who doesnβt even know the awesome impact they have on people day to day!

Amazing full body workout! this is the first time that i feel like i hit all targeted areas in an one hour workout! the instructors are very helpful and super fun to work with. the instructors even took time out before the class to show me how to use the machines and make sure i was using them in a way that i wasn't going to hurt myself. never once did i feel like i was on my own! i loved that the front desk workers were actually working out beside me! the team was very supportive and judgement free. after the class i even had the opportunity to talk to the trainers about my " fitness goal" and find a work out plan that is going to help me reach it. Cant wait to go back for my next class!
