Overtime Elite is a professional basketball league featuring top 17-20-year-old domestic and international players. The arena is in the heart of Atlanta, situated in Atlantic Station and the season runs November-March. While playing in the league, players receive innovative, cutting edge education and training to prepare them for college and professional basketball.

Poor experience with purchasing tickets. A "season pass" was marketed for the weekend so I bought it since this was my first time and I didn't know the structure of the play. Arrived Saturday for 1 game and was told that there would be 3 games at 3pm, 5pm, and 7pm Sunday. That's when I realized even with attending all games on Sunday, it would have been cheaper to buy tickets per game. Arrived on Sunday at 5:30pm to be turned away because of a no entry after half-time rule and also to find out there's no 7pm game. In a city like Atlanta where one can drive 50 miles to see a game, turning someone away who bought a season pass is poor customer service.
Update: Just found out that there WAS a 6:30pm game so I was turned away only to miss an entire game, even though I bought a season pass. I drove almost 50 miles round trip for nothing and wasted my money on a season pass. Very poor experience.

If you have a basketball lover,this is a fun experience. It's important Atlantic Station, well across the street. You can eat, go to a movie, have a drink etc. Normally, it seems they have scheduled 2 games for 1 price. They have big pretzels that remind me of NY street pretzels. There is no real food at the arena.

No seating. Bought tickets, drove an hour, no seats. All available ones had signs and were told we couldnβt sit there..nobody ever showed up for these. My son with an injury had no seat. Stop selling out trying to make a buck when people drove far and canβt even sit in the 100 (?) maybe you DO offer

Beautiful arena! I had never even heard of the place or league before that day. The staff was very polite and helpful. We just happened to be there during their "Signing Day" which I thought was so neat (another first). The multiple screen display surrounding the court was very impressive π

Concept is ahead of its time. Great environment for hoops in Atlanta - and for certain kids wanting automatic exposure. The downside [at this investment level] is that the talent chemistry gets clogged a lot, and many people around the league get pessimistic about it's smaller venue . . . AT THIS TIME. #I see huge growth for this platform! But it will take the right minds to 'settle' all the choppy energy - which is normal for a new venture.

I was refused entry with a Fanny Pack. I had to return to my vehicle to leave the Fanny pack there. Came back with my wallet lipgloss and keys and was still harassed about my wallet. I finally get inside to see about 6+ women with the exact LV Fanny pack or larger bags.

My first visit to OTE arena to my first boxing match. Amazing arena! Seats where at the East side back row and we had a great view of boxing match. They also had a jumbo tron even better viewing. Great staff and clean bathrooms. My adult son and I had a memorable experience.

Non responsive customer service team and false advertising. I bought a ticket package that included a hat. At the games, I was told they ran out of hats and to email their ticketing department. I did and have gotten no response, but keep getting emails from them to buy more tickets. How do you run out of hats when you knew how many packages you sold? OTE got my money, but I didnβt get what I purchased and paid for. Very hard to keep supporting a project you can see has sooooo much money, but could care less to do right. I bet if I was one of the stars or celebrities they want to cater to, I wouldnβt be writing this review.

This was my 1st time here.. The arena is nice. The atmosphere is great. The only thing I didn't like was they had this woman with a microphone that talked throughout the entire game. That annoyed me. Between the quarters, during time outs, and at halftime would have been good, but the entire game too was a bit much.

Really cool small venue! Every seat is close enough to feel intimate. Only complaint is directions on how to get in. Main entrance is on the 3rd level of the parking deck near stair 20. Other than being hard to find the front door this place was great!

Went here with my 13 yo son who is also a basketball player. We had such a good time from start to finish. We got our seats upgraded to courtside. We got tshirts. Parking was cheap and easy. This was such a great experience. Kudos to the OTE team for the hospitality.

I took my 15 and 18 year old sons. They upgraded us to courtside. The arena is awesome. I love the energy and we really enjoyed ourselves. It was very entertaining.. Great service by all of the staff at the entrance. We'll be back for sure.

They had a food truck type deal set up at the arena, but the lines were long, so eat before you come. Other than that, we had a really great experience.
