I’ve been training with Emily for about a year, and in that time, I’ve gone from 165 lbs to my natural 125 lbs, something I honestly never thought I would be able to do. What makes her so great isn’t just her workouts, but her incredible ability to understand exactly what my body needs. She takes the time to really observe, listen, and adjust every exercise to fit my goals and capabilities.
She doesn’t just tell you what to do, she explains why you’re doing it. I’ve learned so much about how my body works and what each movement targets, which has made all the difference in staying consistent. On days I wanted to give up, she knew how to motivate me without ever making me feel pressured or judged.
If you’re looking for a trainer who truly cares, pays attention to detail, and empowers you with knowledge every step of the way, I can’t recommend Emily enough.

As someone who had never worked out in a gym before, I was honestly pretty intimidated walking in—but Emily made all of that disappear right away. From our very first session, she was welcoming, supportive, and incredibly patient. I always love to go to the gym, but sometimes I fall in the same routine of exercise. I was afraid that my joints, back, etc would hurt because I did not have proper for, and I needed knowledge on how to to exercise form properly for certain exercises, for this reason, I decided to look for a personal trainer.
Emily set up an assessment, help me achieve goals, created a set workout routine, monitored my progress, and gave me a nutritional advice plan. In conclusion: SHE EXCEDED MY EXPECTATIONS.
4 months of training with her was well enough beneficial, and will see training sessions in the future.

Emily has helped my with my fitness journey tremendously because when I first started I literally knew nothing about the machines at the gym and Emily was kind enough to send me pictures of the machines we would use, & would also demonstrate the workouts which made it helpful. She helped me get out of my comfort zone. I enjoyed the workouts and really appreciate the consideration Emily gives when it comes to weight size. After only about 8 sessions with Emily, 30 minute sessions at that, I was down to my goal weight & was already seeing noticeable muscle development. I have trained with Emily for 3 months twice a week (30 min sessions) and have already gotten down to my goal weight! I lost 10 pounds and inches from my tummy, thighs, and arms! She gave me suggestions on healthier alternatives to my current meals and snacks, and encouraged me to drink more water. I have needed someone to help me get motivated to create a healthier lifestyle and Emily did that! I have been very pleased with my progress and I’m surprised to be able to feel such a difference in a short amount of time. With my workouts, she has pushed me but also knows my limits. Emily was made to be a personal trainer. She is enthusiastic and uplifting, focused but patient, and is extremely passionate about her job & the health of her clients. She works hard & always ensures that her clients are aware of the muscle groups worked & exactly how to use the machines/adequately train the muscle groups she’s focusing on. She sends meal plans and tips, encouragement throughout the week, and is simply a delightful human to be around. She assists in setting goals that are actually attainable on a weekly-monthly-quarterly basis, but shows grace if something happens to slow down growth. The best of the best, no doubt.
