Read till the end to get an exact idea of who Luke is. He is FANTASTIC. He put together a training program for me that finally got me out of my skin fat look. I wanted to trade fat for muscle and he gave me a meal plan and training regimen that was fun and catered to my busy schedule. I cannot recommend him enough. 10/10. Thank you Luke🙏
