Pros: free parking.

Cons: instructor was very rude and unwelcoming. Too many participants. Floor was dirty. Routine was mid. No guidance (how to clean the pole, safety measures, etc.).

Overall, the class was not fun and, even for the $10 price, I wouldn't go back.

Was excited about a class but a mess.

Walked in and the group before us looked PISSED!!! (Should’ve known something was up) You hear people asking them to record they said HELL NO and walked out. lol

The song of choice was a bit slow “T Pain- she got it”

Get to the appointed time and intermediate ladies were having a birthday celebration (obviously during two classes) we were RUSHED through the routine that the ladies were putting together before/during or session.

Three groups (10+ ladies in the space) with only eight or nine poles in the space. We were on the pole for TWO MINUTES and were told to exit the floor for the intermediate ladies/party group. 😩 One of the intermediate girls asked why we weren’t up but it wasn’t enough poles and the ladies that walked in after us ran to the poles first. They were also asked if they had previous pole experience to get up there first(LIES THEY LOOKED NEED TO ME)!!! 🤔🙄

We were definitely annoyed but we stayed because we paid MONEY ($10 or not) the class was suppose to be hour and we spent 15 minutes give or take on the floor. 😞😩

I had a lot of fun taking a class here. I previously took classes at another studio for about a year, and wanted to get back into it.

I only took away a star because the floor was really dirty and since you spend quite a bit of time on the floor, I left with dirt all over my body.

After being told the class passes do not expire, I purchased a 10 pack of classes. Well when I was trying to use a class pass after the pandemic, I was then told it was too late to use anymore and they have no way of tracking it.

I provided the text conversation showing the same phone number, telling me class passes do not expire, along with the picture of the punch card showing it was only marked once- with the hopes that they'll do good business and honor what was said. Yet she proceeded to talk over me to tell me it was too late, evidently not knowing what "never expires" means.

I tried to explain these weren't for private lessons or anything you'd have to go out your way for as I'd just be attending classes that are already being held. So why not just honor the remaining classes since I was misled at the time of purchase? She rudely went on to tell I should've came sooner because it's too late. I then explained "too late" and never expires" contradict each other and to avoid taking ppl money under false pretenses in the future, simply set an expiration date for the class passes.

The one class I did attend was ok, they robbed me of the other 9 classes, and were unprofessional when called on their mistake. So it's safe to say I wouldn't recommend spending my time or money there.

The owner is amazing. Had a slight issue with an instructor named Jane....(time and days were not accurately communicated ) and before it could be blown out of proportion I spoke to Tia... she heard me out and ensured I got the info needed to be successful in Level 2.

Love this studio!! The owner will occasionally pop in to make sure everything is to the students liking. They are always making different upgrades to better my experience, and those upgrades never cause class delays. The class instructors are all very professional and I have the same person every class. Their safety precautions make me feel like they care about my health both from a workout stand point and a COVID prevention standpoint. Can say it enough, I love this place!!!

I had my 30th birthday party there, the instructor was very fun and patient. The owner herself called me to confirm my party date and make sure I had everything my guest and I needed. I ended up purchasing a class pass to come back again. Great time...Great customer service...overall great experience!
