My son has been training with Mr. Jackson Deveon for little over 2 months now, and I can confidently say that he is one of the best personal trainers out there! From the very beginning, he took the time to understand my son's fitness goals and tailored every session to ensure I was on the right track.
What stands out most is his knowledge and professionalism. Whether itβs perfecting my son's form, pushing him to my limits, or adjusting workouts based on how he is feeling that day, He always known exactly how to challenge him without overwhelming. He makes each session engaging and motivating, so my son always looks forward to his workouts.
Not only have I seen significant improvements in my son's strength, endurance, and overall health, but he has also gained confidence in his abilities. Jackson also provides great nutritional advice and holistic wellness tips, which has helped him maintain a healthier lifestyle outside the gym.

I trained with Daveon one on one for 6 months!! He would not let me let up. I hated work out days, but 100% appreciated the muscle growth and body fat reduction. He pushed me to a new level. Highly recommend.

Small private training style gym. Owner is currently the sole trainer. Good space with most equipment you need to spend an hour. Kinda small so group training 3+ people can get crowded in the gym, however there is a studio adjacent for larger boot camp style groups. Trainer does a good job of mixing up workouts and will also assist will meal planning and coaching.
As with any gym, your results depend on your effort and discipline. Trainer will help with accountability but you have to be accepting of tough feedback sometimes.

If you're looking for a good, knowledgeable, and motivated trainer Mr. Jackson is that guy. He offers personalize 1 on 1 training sessions, since I've been going to him he has definitely pushed me harder than I ever pushed myself and encouraged me to take it to the next level. I've seen a tremendous change in my body and health. I'm sure I will continue getting great results as I continue my training with Mr. Jackson. I highly recommend working with him if you want to improve your fitness and health.

Jackson is an awesome trainer! You cannot beat the quality for the price! In just 8 weeks I have lost a total of 20 pounds!! He gave me the push and the accountability that I didn't have myself. I did 1 on 1 trainings 3 days a week. He taught me proper nutrition and even meal prepped for me. I cannot recommend him enough! If you are looking to lose weight or gain strength, he should be your first choice! I promise you won't be disappointed! The workouts are always different, challenging, and fun. I even learned boxing!

I had a great experience!! I liked that my sessions were 1 on 1. I was given meal plans and my workouts were tailored to me and the results was amazing. I lost pounds and inches. I was pushed and challenged with every workout, but mostly they were fun!!!

I was referred to Jackson by a friend that he has been a personal trainer for over the last 6 years. I was not disappointed. I wanted to built up some strength/ endurance due to having a partial working lung. Mr. Jackson was able to not only help me by tailoring a great workout for me but it gave me the confidence to do more.His energy is inspiring! I went to him for help in one area and gained so much knowledge and a healthier lifestyle in the process. I was referred to Jackson because we were looking for someone who is familiar with boxing but is closer to us. We were going to Augusta Boxing club across town. My children have been in karate, ji jitsu and most recently boxing. They are now teenagers and needed something more engaging and challenging. Jackson personalizes his sessions to each person for what they need. Not only does he train their bodies, he does so with their minds as well. Iβm very thankful for his weekly session with my boys and I see a difference in them.
