Management and staff should take a field trip to another Planet Fitness to see what it should look like. Inside of lockers are always dirty. Some Qtips have been in the shower,growing mold,since last week. They are open 24 hours but have to vacuum right around you while you exercise in the middle of the day. Showers need more than just a mop. Guess it's time to check out Ballys 7 day free pass.

Hi fellow internet friends! I don't write many reviews but i think everyone needs to know about Planet fitness prqactices. I canceled my membership before the end of the month and they went ahead and charged me their annual membership cost. They say because I didn't do this 7 days before the end of the month this is ok. You be the judge. I will not ever join a planet fitness again. They are so short sighted. Lost 3 members, we were moving to another state and planned to join after we were settled. Hope those $50 are worth it!

Two staff members were sitting in the floor at the front desk when I arrived. There isn't a water fountain for water bottles at this location. I used 6 full body circuit machines and 2 were broken so that I couldn't change the positions for my body type. TERRIBLE experience with the Black Card machines. I asked to use the red-light therapy standing thing and they put me in a tanning hybrid thing. The machines look the same, so I didn't realize their error until after the MAX session when I told them I thought the shake floor was broken, which was when the associate told me I was in a tanning machine. I have a very fair skin complexion, so I was badly burned for over a week... to the point of I could smell my skin on my drive home. I asked to use a hydromassage chair as well and the associate said they only had normal massage chairs. As he was showing me where my chair was, we passed 4 hydromassage beds, so I asked why I couldn't use them. He said bc I asked for a chair rather than a bed. Not a great experience at this location. I have huge concerns about my safety here.

Place is great, nice equipment and awesome staff….minus the men’s locker cleaning that takes place in the middle of the day for over an hour and sometimes longer by this individual. I’m a member, I don’t mind “this individual ” cleaning in there, but geez it makes me uncomfortable and takes forever. Btw this individual does a good job.

Customer service is zero over here. Stuff people are not trained properly it seems. Most people at the front desk are NOT nice to club members. Speaking from my own experience. I never feel comfortable going to this location just because I have to deal with them at the front desk. Wish I could just bypass them every time.

I’m a truck driver so parking comes first and this location isn’t uptight about it, I didn’t see any signs or have any issues. Shower was next and that was good. Then off to workout and I didn’t have any issues there either. Took my 10 here and all was good. Thanks a lot for the workout and stress free parking, it’s always nice to come across a location like this, I will be back

The gym had a wide variety of equipment, and the main workout area was mostly clean and well-organized. The layout was easy to navigate. However, the men’s locker room was by far the most disgusting I’ve encountered at any Planet Fitness location I’ve visited in Georgia. Since I travel for work, I frequently visit different locations, and this was by far the worst. The restroom floor was practically a puddle, making the entire space feel unsanitary, poorly maintained, and a serious slip hazard.

The fact that this gym does not have red light therapy but Jesup and Kingsland both do is honestly ridiculous! It is incredibly beneficial and anyone who has ever tried it loves it. I wanted to say thank you to staff member Nicole. I misplaced an item there and she went above and beyond to ensure it was replaced. That was really nice of their staff to do and not required. This is not a big PF but it worked out and grew on me, just avoid busy times and you’ll be ok. Thanks to Cole the Manager and the rest of his staff for always being helpful and keeping the place clean. My last day in Brunswick, worked out here for 5 months. No complaints. Be safe PF staff.

Not too busy, even on the busiest days. Most people seem to clean equipment before and after use, that I’ve noticed. The treadmills aren’t set up for apple watch; there is just a ‘Tag Scanned’ message and nothing happens. Usually more people in early AM compared to evenings. Employees seem nice.

This location is clean, staff is friendly and knowledgeable and equipment is good. I recommend this place to anyone looking to get in shape or blow off some steam or just pamper yourself you can do it all and finish with a shower if you want to! There are still a few muscle heads walking around here but far less than any other gym I've been too! Everyone keeps to themselves here and I love that the most!

I’m amazed that the club in Brunswick Ga is still open. They can’t afford to purchase additional 45# plates to allow a very few members (very slow club) to workout. So, the members have to wait for someone to finish a set to start theirs. Have you even checked in on this pitiful operation? I love everything about planet fitness but one thing, the audio in the break room is awful. The owner posted that I should go to the management and I have done that three times. Ever since PF switched servers they have had horrible audio. I challenge the owner to personally check this out and fix it. I was an audio engineer and this seems to be a mismatch

You have shady practices you take advantage of customers after 2 months with a $50 annual fee when it's supposed to be a yearly fee. Ship manager has poor representation of the company. Does not know how to speak to customer. The proper way to talk to the customer, is not by call customer's boss.

We are visiting the area from Florida, and came here to get a workout in since it's close to our hotel. I have to say, Sierra from the front desk is pretty much one of the nicest people i've ever met at a gym, and definitely the nicest employee at a gym i've evee met as well. Went out of her way to help us out since we were looking for preworkout and all they had that was close was Celsius Heat, and she ended up offering to let us use some of her own, and also offered to share a snack she had on hand to my husband after he asked if they had any snacks there. Best customer service hands down!

I've been a planet fitness member since 2010 I moved to brunswick 2 years ago but been coming here 5 years the Ac breaks every year. Now in brunswick been 2 months no AC. The other planets I was apart of fixed promptly... I'm seriously considering a different gym because of the constant issues. I think this planet should move out of this old worn out mall. This is unacceptable peak summer no AC and no plans on repairs being made anytime soon.. I hear whole unit is bad. Well I do know many AC warehouses in this area carry everything needed. .. maybe we should all go somewhere else.. unacceptable... this is every year...

The air conditioning has been out for over a month. The tanning beds and booths barely get warm. Staff is mostly nice but the other things make this location an avoid at all costs.

ive spoken with the general manager already. yet the air conditioning still doesnt work at all. this is not about being "a bit too warm" its over 100 degrees outside. what do you think that makes the temperature in there? as much money as that club brings in the ac should have been fixed back in june within the first week of it breaking. this is not a new issue. it is hot in there every summer. though it has never been this bad. you as the owner have had to known the ac was going bad. yet you continue to bring in revenue and not fix the problem.
