I like it, the people are indeed not judgmental. They also don't pester you, but I do wish there where some more machines, however they would have to have a bigger building for that, other wise they would be over crowded with equipment. Also, the machine placement can sometimes seem awkward.

Membership costs are fair IMO, and you get a choice of membership depending on how you'll use it. The staff are perfectly friendly, the facilities are clean, all the equipment functions properly.
lol, and I have seen no shenanigans going on in the locker room... yet anyways. Hopefully it stays that way.
Not sure what it will be like in the summer yet, but most PF locations are a known hangout when school is out. Maybe they will bring back Pizza Mondays 😆

Contacted me online to pay a bill and fees, when I advised we had moved to a different state and to please cancel the membership, they acted as if these things can’t be done over email or online. But my payment can? Poor form for a new establishment. I’ll be filing with BBB for inaccessible cancellation and refusal if more bills come.

I wanted to switch to this gym to safe money ....I really did ...but so basic of anything to be accommodating..there is no blow dryer in frint of the mirror to dry your hair once you have showered and no place to sit at in front of the mirror for you to do it at either . .they have been open a month now. ..I came here in hopes of lowering my cost at One Life ...I spoke to one of their employees at the desk and I asked for a .manager as I figured that this was a concern I should address to him / her if they are trying to earn customers business but it did not sound like a concern for them at alll ...hr stated that there isnt one in the mens either ...I get it I guess if they are being that cheap I guess when it comes to men ...their hair is normally shorter than a woman's and in the cold who wants to be leaving with a wet head or be having to carry their own dryer...kind of disgusted with the cheapness of this place. 😒

It was nice training. Location on google maps are not correct. It’s located in another building. I was glad to see more than 20 clients in fitness zone. All of them were different ages. Good equipment, not the last version, but in perfect condition.

If I could rate this gym a negative 10, I would do so. I have been to many gyms , including being a member of Planet Fitness for over 10 years, in which I’ve used many, MANY Planet Fitness locations.
This is BY FAR, the worst PF I’ve ever been to. It takes a lot for me to take the time to come write a review, but I feel it’s necessary in this case.
Most of the staff, except a few awesome select people, are really clueless and seem like this is their first job EVER in life. They never know what they’re doing and are never willing to help or go out of their way. They constantly put people ahead of you in the Black Spa Card area, they don’t know anything about the tanning beds or how they work, don’t know how to turn them on-one will tell you it’s working and another will say it’s not. They are clueless about everything. Not all, but most employees are RUDE, cocky, have their arrogant Gen Z lazy attitudes and not willing to help do anything if they can’t press a button. On top of all that, half the time the tanning beds don’t work, the massage beds don’t work, the Cryotherapy bed doesn’t work, their computer system is down, or the vending machines are not working…..it’s a crap show here. I’ve never had so many problems at a PF, or any gym. I’ve said multiple times I’m not coming back here but I love PF and kept trying to come back but after 10 times in a row I’m through. Something is an issue every time I come here. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Canceling my membership today and I’ll find another gym. HIGHLY do not recommend this gym in Carrollton. They are marring the PF reputation.
I suggest the owners get it under control and train these people right and get your electrical issues fixed also. I’m so extremely disappointed.

The atmosphere here is friendly and inviting HOWEVER the facility is too new to be so dirty. All of the equipment is dusty , mirrors and windows dirty , floors, and the bathrooms. I love the vibe of this facility and hope that the cleanliness improves!!

Love this gym!! Employees are friendly, equipment is well taken care of, and overall just a great place to be. This is the first gym I have ever gotten a membership with, and i will definitely be staying! I have already gotten other people to join. Keep it up!!

This gym is really great.I love it especially early in the morning.However, I've noticed that the machines are not cleaned at the bottom gyn is absolutely too new for it to be dirty like that like dog hair and water/juice spots are on the machines
